We really enjoyed the week we spent in Condo 503 at Spanish Key. The condo is very well stocked with all the kitchen and household supplies needed. We didn't use the on-site beach supplies but they were available in the storage unit. The condo was clean and in a great location. Really good communication with the owners.

Unit 503 exceeded our expectations! The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The condo is well kept and had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The beach area was not crowded which was so important to us. Also being 5 minutes in walking distance to FloraBama was another big plus!

This condo was great! It was perfect for our annual teacher beach trip. Great location and condo had everything we needed. We look forward to booking it again for next year.

The property was more beautiful than the pictures show. The whole property was very well kept and clean. The beach supplies were a huge added bonus. After a stop at the grocery store, we had everything we needed to feel at home for the week. The view is gorgeous from the balcony. The owners were very quick to respond to the only question we had while there and also reached out to us to check on us after some severe weather moved through. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Perdido Key. It was the perfect vacation!

We loved this place, it was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and playing in the pool. The beach was clean and we loved walking it. The condo had everything we needed and it was well stocked. A great time was had by all.

There were 6 of us and the property was great. 3 couples, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; great stocked kitchen and beachfront. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic stay, wonderful owner!
This was our third year staying at Spanish Key, we love this location and the amenities. Owner had fantastic communication throughout and was easy to work with. Condo had everything we needed and more, loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

No complaints!
Nothing is ever perfect, but this condo was close. While I could list a few “not so good” things, they would only take away from the REALLY GREAT things: great location, great beach, great amenities, great host. If your looking for these things, then you have found your spot. You can expect to find what you see in the VRBO pics and description.

Such a nice get a-way
Only negative about this place was that only one elevator was working. The wait was sometimes long. This is on the first floor, so taking the stairs was not a bad. Going down was the easiest - HA!
Bar ice maker was broke (which we were made aware of prior to our stay). The frig has auto ice, so this was not a problem.,
Rooms are plenty big and 3 bathrooms are a plus. Nicely stocked kitchen. We are saving this one for a return visit for sure!

Fall break with family
Despite some rain, we had a wonderful stay! Very quiet beach area. Great location to restaurants to the east and west. The condo itself was one of the most well appointed and had everything we needed and some things we didn't even know we needed!

Great Location for a Family Reunion
This unit was perfect for our adult family reunion. Beautiful beaches, convenient location. One of the best features of the unit is the beach equipment locker that is available for guests. Chairs, a wagon and beach toys are available to use.

Great family getaway spot
We had a great time at Spanish key 503. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was as described in the listing. The unit is clean and well kept& stocked well with appliances / utensils. We were very comfortable and able to relax on our beach getaway trip.

We had an amazing time at this condo! It is beautiful, comfortable, and beachfront. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony! It was so clean, full of cookware, and gorgeous!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful beach condo!!!

Wonderful Place!
This location was ideal for our family’s first post-COVID vacation. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean. The beach wasn’t crowded, the view was lovely, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Brenda responded to all of my pre-trip questions in a timely manner, and she was helpful both times I reached out after we checked in. This rental experience was excellent.

A wonderful vacation
We had a fantastic and relaxing getaway. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with anything you may need. The views are beautiful and the beach was not crowded. Our host was also great and very responsive. Nice amenities too! We would definitely reserve this lovely spot again.

Best Christmas Ever!
What an amazing property and condo! I have stayed at many up and down the Emerald Coast but this one tops it all. It even was decorated for Christmas! Brenda, the owner, answered all my questions promptly and it was the best vacation ever. The amenities included everything we wanted, near great restaurants & cheap dolphin tour and the condo was pristine and had lots more than what we needed. Thanks, Brenda and Rex for an fantastic beach Christmas vacation!

Great Place
You have a nice place. It was very relaxing and quite. Hope to come back next year.
PS: the dish washer did not function correctly on the wash cycle, therefore we washed all the dishes before place them in the machine and rinsing them.
