We really loved our month long stay here. So clean and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. Cynthia, the owner, was super responsive with any questions. Just a delight. Loved our stay!

My partner and I spent a few months in Boulder working remotely this winter to take advantage of the incredible outdoor recreation that this area offers on the weekends. We were lucky enough to find Cynthia's place when we were looking to extend our original stay and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time in her home. It's clear that the place is so well cared for, it's incredibly comfortable, and in an excellent location to downtown Boulder. My partner and I both work long days and the WiFi and working setup was perfect for the two of us. The Mount Sanitas hike is within walking distance from the apartment, as were great coffee shops, we couldn't ask for anything more. The complex is very easy to access and street parking was simple. Cynthia was incredibly responsive and kind whenever we reached out and very thoughtful about how she could help us enjoy our stay even more. This apartment is truly a gem in Boulder if you're looking for an extended place to stay, and Cynthia is a pleasure to work with. Should we be back this way we would absolutely look to return. This was the most perfect place for my boyfriend and I to spend a few weeks in Boulder away from our home on the East coast. He was able to WFH on the desk in the bedroom and I was able to set up in the living room no-problem. the appliances are all great, and the location is just a few blocks from Pearl St. Cynthia was incredibly responsive if we had any questions and left plenty of supplies in the pantry including food, spices, a brita, shampoo (etc), laundry & dish detergent, garbage bags, etc, etc.. Our stay could not have been more perfect, thank you!

This was a fantastic location. Everything was really convenient and new appliances. My one complaint is the bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable especially for 2 people. I wish they would update the bed - and then I would give them 5 stars.

Lovely home and neighborhood.

It's easy to see why Cynthia's place is always booked! It's easy walking distance to Pearl Street with its great shops and restaurants, biking to the Boulder Creek Path, and hiking in Mt Sanitas. The condo is gorgeous inside, the kitchen is well-appointed with all the appliances you need, and the pantry was stocked with many of the basics you don't always find (flour, sugar, coffee, some spices, a hardside cooler). There's even a cruiser bike on the patio and patio furniture that's comfortable & in good condition. Quarters were thoughtfully left for the washer/dryer that are just across the pool from the unit. We never had a problem finding parking on the street (even when they were doing ditch work). The Mapleton neighborhood is the most gorgeous in Boulder, and it's quiet. We loved just walking around the neighborhood looking at the beautiful million dollar homes. We couldn't have enjoyed our 1 month stay more!

Lovely home and neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay in Boulder and this apartment was just fantastic. Quick walk into the main drag, easy access to nearby walking trails, nice comfortable furnishings and even came with a pool and courtesy bike. Stayed for a month, and honestly would have been very happy to have stayed longer. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need, the internet was fast and reliable, the hot water/shower head in the shower was great. The bed mattress was softer than we would like, but was still very comfy. The apartment complex was relatively quiet and the neighbours (and cat) friendly. Definitely recommend, and if we come back to Boulder we would love to stay again.

The apartment has everything you would need. A comfortable bed and linens, good space in the lounge area and kitchen, safe area with gated entrance and swimming pool for those hot days in Boulder. I was travelling on my own visiting relatives in Boulder and this was ideal for me. Just down the road on Broadway, there are buses taking you to different parts of town, or to the local Ideal Market for your food shopping. It is within walking distance to Pearl Street but in a quiet street away from tourists. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions and helpful in every way. The apartment is very comfortable and has air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom - was very helpful in the summer and made it that much more comfortable. The pool is an added bonus for summer as well and there is an outside sitting area which I used. The apartment was ideal for me and I would definitely stay here again. We really loved our stay here. The apartment is perfectly located with just minutes walk to Pearl Street. You have everything you need in the apartment and more. The pool was especially welcome during the hot days. I would highly recommend this place.

This was our second time staying at Cynthia's Boulder home. The neighborhood is very walkable and just a couple of Blocks from the best of Pearl St. We trully enjoy exporing Boulder and returning to a well equipped and inviting home. Can't wait to return!

This condo was in the perfect location for everything...whole foods, restaurants, pharmacy, medical care, and Pearl Street were all a short walk. I did not have a car, and managed perfectly! The condo itself is very well equipped with everything needed, it was clean, very comfortable and welcoming. The complex is small and quiet. The laundry room worked great, just a quick walk across the courtyard. There were no negatives at this place! Thanks for making this available for me during my transition to the area.

Thank you for making our visit to Boulder so comfortable. The location was perfect. We walked to Pearl Street, the local grocery store and coffee shops. The neighborhood was very friendly. The condo had everything we needed and was well furnished. We can't wait to return!

This apartment is as perfect as the photos suggest. My husband and I stayed there from mid-Oct to mid-Nov. while visiting our daughter and grandchildren. It is attractive and comfortable, with thoughtful details like a blackout curtain and humidifier in the bedroom, well-placed reading lights throughout, ceiling speakers in several areas, and a cozy throw on the sofa. The contemporary furnishings are fresh and clean—as is everything in the apartment—as well as tasteful and functional; the kitchen is efficient with nearly new appliances and a handy pantry. We loved the high top dining table and appreciated the spotlight overhead for reading. The small bathroom is modern, immaculate, has sufficient storage, good towels, and a heat lamp though better lighting would help with make-up. The bedroom decor has wonderful Asian accents, a soothing gray color scheme on the bedding and a well-appointed corner desk. Plenty of hanging space in the closet nearly makes up for the limited drawer space. The bed is comfortable and the comforter is just the right weight. We enjoyed sitting on the patio on warm days and cozying up to the electric fireplace on cold days. The heat and a/c were quiet and the temperature inside was always comfortable. The apartment complex is quiet and the residents friendly. Cynthia was available by phone and email almost instantly to answer questions and her daughter and son-in-law, who live nearby, were delightful guides to the mysteries of the TV settings. The location is perfect for walking to both the local shopping plaza -with many stores including a Whole Foods and a dry cleaner—two blocks away; or the four blocks (slightly uphill on the way back) to shops and many excellent restaurants on the amazing Pearl Street Mall. The residential neighborhood is delightful for walks and it is not far to the trails on Mt. Salinas. It is also a short drive to the excellent public library and to Chautauqua and Encar. The new parking garage will be a good addition as street parking took some planning. This small apartment is ideal for one or two, is lovely to be in and is superbly located. We would gladly stay here again.

No hesitation giving 5 stars. This is a very nice small apartment within walking distance of pearl street. One thing that stands out is the owners have thought of everything. It's tastefully and comfortably furnished, and has all the utensils and appliances you'll need. The owners are also very responsive; we stayed for 6 weeks and had one small issue with the air conditioner. I called Cynthia, and she had someone out to repair it the next day. You'll also have access to a pool and a small outdoor patio with an electric grill. Great experience overall.

This condo is in a great location close to Pearl Street, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The condo is beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable.
