Super clean, stocked with tons of extra stuff for beach, cooking, gaming, reading, people watching, and tons of room!!! This condo is the best hands down from anywhere we've stayed in PCB!!!!

Nice property, very well stocked with extra items. Little disappointed on the cleanliness of floors and baseboards. Elevators were long hot wait and parking space was taken so much we gave up. Nice spacious place to stay. Bedrooms were great!

This condo was so nice, clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Being on the 18th floor we were worried about elevator wait times and hauling things back and forth but we never had to wait long and there are tons of luggage carts available. We liked that it was on the east end of PCB where it was less crowded but still plenty of restaurants, stores and things to do nearby. The 2 cushioned lounge chairs with the umbrella that was reserved and set up for us each day was so nice! The pool was spacious and our 5-year old had a blast going back and forth from the beach to the pool. During check in I had to fill out a lot of paperwork and didn’t have the key code (bc I didn’t read through my emails so it was totally my fault) so I highly suggest making sure to check your emails after booking. However when I reached out the owner with questions he was very quick to respond and help me resolve my check-in issue. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Randy is one of the most responsive owners I've ever experienced. We had an amazing stay. The pictures really don't do this condo justice. It was the perfect size for 5 of us plus our dog. We could have easily had a few more family members stay and it would have been fine. The unit is on the 18th floor, but we never had to wait long at all for elevators. So many convenient shops and restaurants near by that were easy to walk to. We ate in a lot and had lots of spices, utensils, cookware, Keurig at our disposal. We didn't need any additional pillows, blankets, pool toys, towels, shampoo, lotion, soap, trash liners, detergent, paper towels. Our older kids even had fun playing on the Nintendo Game Cube in the front bedroom. There's lots of puzzles, board games, books, and a set of binoculars which my husband loved (he forgot his) We really needed for nothing besides food. Randy texted several times to make sure we had everything we needed which I assured him we did. The best part of the place is the view on the giant balcony. The sunset on the gulf is really something to behold. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything, Randy!

We've stayed at Treasure Island before and always have a great time, but this property was by far the best unit we've been in. It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and the beds could not have been more comfortable. Randy was a pleasure to deal with and even checked in on us midway through the trip to ensure everything was ok.
If you're looking for a place in Panama City, stop looking and book this unit. You will not be disappointed. Our entire party was very very happy with our stay.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was comfortable, clean, well provisioned, with a fantastic beach view and great parking. It was just the right size for us. And the complex was outstanding with a great, customer-focused staff, great amenities, and within a short walk of some of our favorite restaurants. Highly, highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. My family and I could not get over how well stocked it was. Tons of floats, paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, pots, pans, trash bags, games, etc. The owner has went above and beyond to make it as close to perfect as it gets. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The only issue we had was with the elevators not working for an hour or so, but that was the complex itself and nothing to do with the actual condo. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our 8th anniversary
5 out 5 is not a high enough rating for this property. While we have enjoyed the other properties that we have stayed at in the past in PCB, we can not imagine not staying at this place for all of our future trips to PCB. It is a complete understatement to say that Randy spoils his renters. We were so shocked at all the extras provided. The complex itself was very well run. The staff was friendly and present all week. The location is the best spot in all of PCB. We barely put 15 miles on our car once we arrived.
We really can't wait until we can set up our next visit to Treasure Island 1805!

Great, family friendly place to stay in PCB
We chose this place based on the location, amenities and the reviews of this unit.
The owner, Randy, was very friendly and quick to respond to all questions I had.
The unit was clean and everything you could ever need is in the condo, especially kitchen needs and utensils and beach items.
The property is very well maintained. I really like how you have an assigned parking place. This is a huge benefit. Places we stayed before didn’t have this and you spend so much time circling a parking garage like a shark trying to find a spot to park.
This is the first time we had stayed on Thomas Drive since I was a kid. We were burned out of staying on Front Beach Rd. The traffic on Front Beach is just so ridiculous so we decided to get out of all of the hustle and bustle and go where it’s peaceful and quiet. Thomas Drive is where it’s at.
I would highly recommend Treasure Island and renting this unit from Randy.

Perfect condo for vacation
This condo has everything it says in the listing and more. There were so many extra beach toys, beach chairs, floating rings, boogie boards. And in the kitchen plenty of spices, utensils, paper towels. Also in the bedroom there is a whole bookshelf full of different books to read and a bunch of dvd movies. Condo has a really big balcony with a perfect view. We usually stay at the Calypso on the other end of PCB but this year we decided to try the other end of the beach and it was great, less crowded and very beautiful. We could walk to a few different restaurants like schooners. Was a really nice condo and we will definitely stay there again.

Overall the condo was great. Well furnished, good supplies, very comfortable, fantastic view of the Gulf. The complex was impeccable. Friendly staff, paid close attention to details, kept facility clean.
Randy is a great host. I mentioned a few details that could require attention (nothing very serious) and I felt that these details would be addressed in a timely fashion.
We are very happy that his condo is available next year for the time we want.
