Our 3 generation family of 9 loved our stay at this gorgeous location. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful, there are blossoms everywhere, the pool is really lovely, well kept.. I'm running out of superlatives but the food was delicious and of excellent quality and variety. You do need a car and there is not a simple beach walking option (though there's a rough little path once we found it). Just a dream 4 days, thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Huatulco. The property was awesome with breathtaking views. The host was very helpful with setting us up with reliable transportation through out our trip. Lulu the house keeper was great. She was a great cook and also help us with any questions we had and gave us suggestions on what we could do there in Huatulco. We felt very safe at the property and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you again to the host Rossana.

The view is spectacular. The place was large with lot's of stirs but manageable for our group. We had a fabulous time at the Villa. Lulu is an amazing cook. Transportation was easily arranged for our group. We felt very safe and the area is beautiful! I would come back.

The property is located in a double guard gated area. A cab or hired driver is necessary to get anywhere. Our villa had a cook and housekeeping service provided with our rental fee. The layout of the villa is not a good fit for a family with toddlers. Lots of stairs and a cliff plus an infinity pool with no way to safely gate. Overall, a wonderful experience for our family. However, I would upgrade the bath towles, wash cloths & beach towles.

We had a dream week spent at this house. The views are unbelievable and the house and house staff are amazing. Best family vacation we've ever had

We had a great time at Villa Roxana. Lulu was a great chef and very accommodating. The views from the villa are amazing. The Huatulco region has so much to offer and everyone we encounter was very friendly. We hope to return soon!

It was Our first time in the Pacific coast of Mexico and it was a wonderful discovery. We chose Huatulco because of this gorgeous villa and couldn’t be happier with the house and the area itself. Huatulco is super safe, friendly and with amazing pristine beaches. House is gorgeous: there is an authentic Mexican feeling mixed to charming Mediterranean style, a luxurious accommodation that made our stay an memorable holiday. The view is incredible and from the pool you literally feel on top of the world! There is a Lovely pool, beautiful sitting area, hammocks, outdoor tables, lounge sofas and chairs: so relaxing and so well designed. The central living accommodates a big family yet all lovely separate areas provide quiet and privacy to everyone. You could mistake the gorgeous pale blu shadows for a Sardinian house. You move to the opposite side of the outdoor and you are in a tropical dreams with a bamboo pergola full of beautiful climbing vines. Rooms are very comfortable, super clean and welcoming. The staff (we had two amazing ladies being a large group of 10 people) was incredibly professional. They cooked excellent food, frankly tastier than the best restaurants in town, and offered an impeccable service always with a great smile, generosity and thoughtfulness. We loved them! A huge thankyou to the owner Rossana for making our stay so remarkable. Rossana is the most gracious and attentive host we ever met. She is welcoming and caring, super attentive to any details even before our arrival. Thank you, Rossana for your charm and elegance. It was a wonderful experience for us.

La atención en línea con Rossana P. propietaria fue muy oportuna , precisa y su equipo en el sitio a través de Lulú quien funge como una excelente anfitriona en su representación te hace una estancia muy amena, grata y el sazón de la comida que te prepara es de muy buena calidad. Fue un viaje familiar y todos concluimos haber pasado un tiempo maravilloso en un excelente lugar . Ampliamente recomendable, sin duda volvería .

Great Villa!We stayed with 3 couples in this lovely villa, with nice oceanview in a quiet area of Huatulco.The evening of arrival the cook Lulu offered us a free meal, pasta Bolognaise with some Taquito's. The pasta was ok and the mexican food was even more delicious dan we first thought. It was very handy to know someone was able to make us breakfast whenever we wanted, so we only had to buy the ingrediënts and Lulu makes delicous eggs with bacon, fruitsalad... Whatever you want! We always went to the towncentre for diner, but I think it's worth it to try another diner of Lulu's kitchen.The 'infinity'-pool is great, with lots of 'lounch'-area around it to enjoy the sun and oceanview. A great place to stay if you have pets. We brought two dogs and they liked it also!We didn't met the Italian owner, but she sounded very nice to me on the telephone!I recommend it to everybody!

We have traveled many places and I have to say this is at the top of the list. The house is beyond unbelievable - more than we expected. Having Lulu to cook for us was the icing on the cake. Meals were better than any restaurant and having the luxury to not have to leave the house gave us more time to enjoy the pool, outdoor living areas and each other. I can't recommend this house enough and will definitely be back. Would also definitely recommend chartering a yacht to tour the different bays. With 11 people it came to about $55 per person.
