Great Location with great ocean view. However, dissapointed in the condition of the proporty. Toilet seat broken, dresser drawers not usable, refrigerator door handel filthy. One of 2 elevators broken the whole time we were. There. For the price I felt things were pretty run down.

Absolutely perfect location! Could not ask for a better place to stay in our opinion. Right on the beach, plus 2 beautiful pools and the added convenience of being able to walk right across the street to Coligny Plaza for all the fun shops and restaurants. The condo was even nicer than the photos in the listing except for the shower in the master bathroom. I have to mention that it really needs an update. It is so small you can hardly turn around and I am a small person. The tile is old and honestly looks gross. It’s just so opposite of everything else in this condo it was very surprising. It’s almost as if they updated the entire condo but skipped that bathroom. All in all we would still rent again. Beautiful view from the 5th floor of the ponds, pools and beach too!!

View, ease of access pool bar Jim’s and amenities were great. Floors were dirty and bulging/ cracking by the kitchen, shower was finicky (not that hot and water wouldn’t shut off completely), dryer stopped working, the place was dated but had the basics. We found someone’s wallet and lighter in a drawer ( we returned it), local communication from maintenance was not good as we went 3 days with out an update to our dryer, the main call center was responsive and adjusted for inconvenience but I would be sure items are fixed and honestly make sure it is clean before you stay. The trip was still good but could have been better being able to do laundry and the place being very deep cleaned.

Called Vacasa about the dryer. Never was fixed or replaced and there was no followup after we reported the problem. If I would have known we would not have stayed there. It is something we use every time we vacation there which is over 20 years. Vacasa has terrible service.

We loved our first time staying at sea crest. We even liked our room. We liked the size of the rooms, the view, close to the elevator (when they were fixed on Monday) nice big bathrooms and the closeness to everything. What we did not like about the room was the dryer took forever to dry anything, a lot of the light fixtures flickered, there was no secure Wi-Fi internet for guest to use we did not like that for our privacy, the living room back door did not open and close well, the hot and cold water was weird; couldn’t get hot water every time, the bedding was old on all beds and needs new sheets and comforters( makes the place look old), the flooring in the kitchen was coming up, the dishwasher and fridge are out dated and broken inside on some shelves, not a lot of kitchen supplies and the hot tub and pools were not heated; only 2 days did the hot tub felt hot and the pool never. The condo has a lot of potential but just needs some updates and a makeover. If the owners make these small changes we would love to stay in the unit again. We will definitely be returning to Sea Crest Villas!

Great views and the best location on Hilton Head! We walked to everything. The condo is very roomy and had everything we needed. The pool area and food was great. You are very close to the ocean. Everyone we met were as nice as they could be.

I've been staying in Hilton Head for 20+ years now. You cannot beat the location of this complex and the views from this unit were great. I would highly suggest the owners of the unit invest in a new mattress for the king size bed. I have never experienced back pain like that, and quite frankly would have preferred to sleep on an air mattress over their current mattress. They should also have a shelf in the showers, as you end up placing everything on the shower floor.

Location was very good and the building is secure. However the property itself is very old and needs renovated. The bathrooms and showers need updated and I would not stay here again because of these things. Furniture needs replaced, blinds are broken, doors squeak and its just very loud all night long. Kitchen is updated but that is about it. We love this property and location but would not stay in this unit again.

If you want an amazing view, this is the condo. A few things we noticed about the condo: AC filter is so dusty it needed changed months ago. The master bathroom shower needs caulked better and mold gotten rid of too. The kitchen floor is coming up in a few spots. The dishwasher needs replaced. Replace the old chair in the living room. Or get it professionally cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the place pretty clean. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay. We love Sea Crest. It’s a beautiful resort!

The unit had all the amenities expected. Seacrest is a great resort in a great location (we have stayed there before). The unit is outdated and was not thoroughly cleaned. Black mold was present on most air conditioning vents and on the ceiling around them. The Master bath needs a new shower fixture. Toilet ran on/off. Dresser drawers were broken and lightbulbs missing. Also, we needed to provide batteries for the remote. There were two balconies with a great view, but the chairs were broken and the furniture useless. We sent an email to Vacasa (rental company, our first time dealing with) on the 1st day of the stay regarding issues. We received a response that they would communicate with the local manager. We heard nothing back. We will not rent a Vacasa property again. HHI and Seacrest is great.

Nothing good about the unit. If I could rate below 1 star I would. Dirty, Dated, mold on the ceilings, rust around tub, electrical not correct, blinds broken, 1 tiny table & 1 chair for patio, tv in LR volume doesn’t work. We left a day earlier so we wouldn’t stay another night. Mr/Mrs Owner…invest in your unit! We’ll never stay again! Very dissatisfied!

Location: Honestly can’t be beat. Underground parking, right across the street from groceries, restaurants, bars and shops, but still quiet in the condo. Right on the beach, grounds were well maintained with 2 huge pools, one deeper and geared more towards adults and the other shallower and more geared to kids. All hot tubs and gyms were closed, assumed due to covid. Pool bar has good food and frozen drinks. I would definitely stay in this complex again. Unit: Nice, but in definite need of some TLC, showing age: Multiple light bulbs were out; TV remotes missing batteries; volume on main TV wouldn’t change no matter what we tried though indicator on TV would go up and down when volume button was pushed; sliders were extremely hard to lock and even open and slider screens need replaced; only one chair on main balcony and balcony too small for more than two people. A/C worked well, good selection of TV channels. Washer/dryer worked well. Other than missing chair pictures appear accurate, but were taken after a remodel/refresh probably. Plenty of towels. View is better than it appears in pictures. There were 4 beach chairs, some toys and a small umbrella in the closet, along with an iron and a box fan. Overall impression: Would probably stay here again, thought would check for other units in complex first. Overall cleanliness was ok, but could have been cleaner (we wiped down fridge handle for instance and it went from dingy to white with a bleach wipe and there was a band aid in the tub). Beds were ok. Foyer wasn’t the cleanest, which I get is normal at a beach condo. A coat of paint is needed on the kitchen ceiling. Owner VACASA requires off site check about 4 blocks away, which was fine and took 3 minutes. Housekeeping knocked on the door on checkout day over an hour before check out time, which was a bit odd. Unit is actually 2 units, Master bedroom and bath is one unit and the rest is another, because of this there is no dead bolt on the main door. A few hours of TLC is all this place needs to be an A instead of B to B-.

Great view. Condo was rather clean. Beds we're adequately comfortable. Easy beach access. Resort was quite nice, though the outdoor hot tub was out of service during our stay. Not a perfect condo, but all in all we liked it and enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head.

The property wasn't clean at check in. Once we called someone came to clean the room, we got in the room 3 hours later and it was dirty, beds were made and towels were removed. They left 2 garbage bins full of garbage. The place had a new floor but is completely dated, online looks like it has been renovated. The ceiling is black in spots by the vents and needs general repair. I would not recommend this place

The condo has a beautiful view, unfortunately you can’t see it through the dirty, salty windows. At first glance on arrival, everything seems clean and in place. However, the showers were moldy with hair balls and soap scum/residue all of ever green drains and walls. The cieling vents are dirty/moldy and it is on the ceilings. The master bath vanity base is cracked and water logged near the toilet. The mattresses squeak and the linens are pulled. Make sure to bring your own pillows as the ones I. The condo are old & lumpy. I’d also recommend putting any dishes you plan to use through the dishwasher before using as ours were dirty.The gilding & view are great, but having been in other condos in the building during the same week on the same floor/building, this condo is completely overpriced for the experience. Avoid if you can!

Vacasa must be short staffed or the cleaning crew has no clue how to clean! I paid alot of money to walk into a condo that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Sand on floors,sticky counters in kitchen,hairballs in shower,stains and crumbs in and on couches. Vents in bathrooms broke,lock to balcony broke,blinds in 1 bedroom broke, power went out due to condo owner not paying electric bill!! Mike who is Operations Manager said he would send someone to fix vents and blinds in my daughters room and nothing got fixed,a maintenance man came and said he would have to order parts to fix. I know I can't be 1st person to complain so why was it never fixed??
