I manage events at the Big Sky horse park and use this property to house my officials. Tom is friendly and helpful and always quick to respond to questions and requests.

Three big bedrooms, comfortable beds, two couches, a full kitchen, patio and two full baths. Also, fresh garlic from the garden and nice conversation from the host! A real find.

This was our second stay at Tom’s place. The property is just lovely - quiet, clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. Plenty of room for our family of five. Tom and Ann are very accommodating - always trying to make your stay the best it can be. Would highly recommend this property. It is definitely a home away from home. Hope to return when visiting Missoula again.

Relaxing. My wife and I wanted out of the Vegas heat. We couldn’t have picked a cooler place. Our daughter lives in Missoula and the spacious property made it ideal to host backyard BBQ’s. The Separate entrance from the main house made the property feel like it was our own. Could not have been happier with our hosts. They are attentive and communicate as if they were in the kitchen with us. Thanks for a great stay. We will see them again I am sure.

My dad, son, and I stayed at Tom and Ann's place for 5 nights while we fished the Blackfoot, Bitterroot, and Clark Fork rivers. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Tom was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed and gave us suggestions on nearby restaurants. With deer and farmland around us, we felt like we were in the country. Nothing like sitting out on the patio relaxing after a fun day of fishing. We highly recommend to anyone staying in Missoula.

Three of us did a road trip to Missoula for the marathon. This place was amazing. We each had our own bedroom and used the kitchen a couple of times. Super quiet at night, as well. Tom and Ann are lovely people and take pride in their home. We’ll be staying here when we come back.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, “homey”, spacious, well-lit, well-stocked…nice towels, nice bedding. Stayed nice and cool in the summer heat. Location was perfect for our kids’ soccer games: within walking distance of Fort Missoula Park. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was a pleasant one. I definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the Missoula area and in need/want of accommodations that exceed expectations!

Our hosts, Tom and Anne were gracious and welcoming through the entire process - answering questions prior to the visit, fresh flowers to welcome us and providing suggestions during our stay. The home is well maintained, extremely clean, very comfortable! We will definitely return when we visit family next time!

3 bedrooms in the daylight basement of the owner’s home. Owners, Tom and Ann, went the extra step to accommodate us. Not fancy but spacious.

The Orchard Homes rental is charming, private and quiet. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, it felt as if we were at home. Everything we could possibly need was there. Very clean and comfortable.

Tom's place was ok for our group. Just needed some place to put our heads down. Be sure to read the fine print on how many people stay there and associated cost per person. They charge extra for each person over 2 people. not bad for the price though.

A spacious home that allowed us to have friends over for meals. Tom and Ann were great hosts.

Owner met us when we arrived. Snow removal was excellent and sand/ice melt was down. The owner obviously takes great care of this property- we felt like family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of seating- 2 bathrooms both immaculate. This place was perfect for our family and the location made it easy to get any pretty quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this property. Hosts were lovely. I was mistakenly overcharged by $50.00. Was not even aware of this. Tom, the owner, brought it to my attention. Paid me back in cash. Good Montana people.

We've found a new home away from home! This is a fantastic property. We stayed a whole week and could have stayed months. The property is so well equipped, it has everything a visitor could want and more. The owners are amazing..... kind, supportive, genuinely concerned that you have a perfect stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood and close to all areas of Missoula. Tom and Ann couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. The living area is clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a great vacation. The property was exactly as described and a great place for a large family to enjoy all the beauty and fun activities in the area. We hope to return to this property next time we visit Missoula. Very nice reasonably priced large 3 bedroom basement apartment located only 10 minutes from downtown. A clean and well maintained property in a very quiet area with nice views of the mountains. The host communicated well and was very nice and helpful. He even offered veggies from his garden! We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing space! It’s clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation or get away. 3 comfortable queen bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room will easily sleep 8. One of the bedrooms also has a full-size futon. I came to Missoula for my 50 year high school reunion with 3 other family members. Additional family came in and stayed at hotels, but there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us to gather here for a few meals and enjoy spending time with loved ones we haven’t seen in awhile. The courtyard and outdoor landscaping is beautiful! Tom and Ann are extremely gracious hosts; always available and responsive. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! If I could give a higher score than 5, I would. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Missoula and highly recommend this property to any families looking for a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the beauty of Missoula and surrounding areas. Thank you Tom and Ann!! You’re the BEST!

We came to go to a friend's wedding. The check in process was easy the space was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very accommodating.. We'll be staying here again.

We were lucky to find this place at this time of the year. Very elegant accommodation powered by very hospitable hosts. Ideal for 6-8 people in terms of space and cost. Would not like to stay anywhere else in Missoula!

This apartment was very clean, well decorated and very spacious. The 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths ply a large kitchen and family were perfect for our family. Close to everything you would need and the hosts were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great space with a fantastic host! Tom was so helpful and accommodating! We appreciated all of the comforts of home! The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well! The patio is a beautiful spot for coffee and the yard was amazing! We are very happy that we found this gem!
