We would rent this property again for our family reunion. It had a large common area, large eating area, fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, and nice large deck for summer use. It was very well laid out with equal sized queen bedrooms downstairs and additional beds upstairs. The bathrooms were small but functional. It showed its age (not recently remodeled) but worked great for us. Next time we'll bring a couple extra large cooking pots. The owner, Ben, provided very detailed and helpful instructions and info about the house and area.

The floor plan of the house allows a fair sized group to cook, eat, play games and relax and never feel crowded. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked. Would suggest a completely empty kitchen cabinet for food storage. Loved the prep space in kitchen. Lots of counter space allows several people to cook together. Would rent again.

Ben’s cabin is super comfy and very spacious, and he was amazing to work with. We were two families with teens traveling together, and there was plenty of space and fun things to do for all. We would definitely stay here again!

House was clean and well stocked. There was lots of snow, which was great. Beds were all comfy. Loved the open floor plan, the game room and loft was awesome. We had a family get together for my moms 60th and there was plenty of room.

We had a great experience here at this cabin, very spacious, has everything you might need, great cabin if you have kids, full of games and entertainment, great parking space for at least 6 cars, awesome owner, aslnswered all our questions, called a few days before check in to see if we needed anything. The only thing that could be better was maybe a little more lighting in the patio, it was just a bit dark at night. But overall 9/10. Definitely would recommend and book again

Fun cabin for 4 tweens and teens. Games in loft were a hit. Big open floor plan with plenty of space for 10 of us. Ben was easy to communicate with.

Liked the layout of the house & location for our purposes. Property has lots of kitchenware. Never had to bring own linens before in VRBO rental & it was a pain. No discount on cleaning. House really needs deep clean , de clutter & update. BBQ fire was prevented only by quick action!! Very greasy & flames came out under the grill.

Check in was easy, the house was beautiful, the game room was perfect for the kids, it had plenty of sleeping space, & the host was great at communicating. There is a drought right now. So we didn't get to enjoy the deck. Because it's surrounded my yellowjackets. My husband got stung the first day. So bring spray or any repellent you have. There is no good broom or a mop to keep the house clean. So we bought a swifter from the store not far from there. Other than that. The drive is beautiful & there are plenty of lakes & creeks near by. We can't wait to go back.

It was so easy to rent this house. The owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, kids played and hung out up stairs in the game room and the adults downstairs or out in the deck. It has an awesome big kitchen for large groups. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was wonderful! Very clean and had all the essentials we needed. We all had a great time staying there. It was very stuffy and hot, but once we found the fans everything worked out. Thank you!

The Cabin is extremely well layed out with the 4 bedrooms on main floor a nd one bedroom in loft area. The amenities were great and the games in the loft kept everyone entertained such that we did not even watch the televisions they had. the elevation of the cabin was perfect in that we were high enough to have approximately 3 feet of snow around the cabin during our stay.

The cabin was great! Big with lots of space and toys and games for the kids. Owner was super nice and always answered my questions in a timely manner.

Ben was excellent and accommodating. We had the most fun with a little bit of snow over the weekend and home had a perfect upstairs play area for friends and kids. Pack n plays were already there as well as kid gates as needed. Perfect weekend away! Thank you!

The internet worked great as well. Owner (Ben) really cares about guests. He was available within minutes if any questions came up and was very helpful. House plan is perfect for multiple families to share. (4 separate bedrooms on 1st floor is great for family with seniors). On second floor you can place a troop of boy scouts, there is lots of living space and a loft area with many beds.Access to the house is perfect, as the parking is huge and it’s right off Meko (main street, just a few hundred yards, from Dorrington snow removal services).

We had four families stay in this huge cabin. The adults all had their own room and the kids had the whole upstairs to themselves. There were a ton of things for the kids to do and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We would love to come back to stay at this fun cabin in the future. Ben was a great host and he very responsive and understanding.

My family needed a break and Ben's cabin provided a nice respite from the craziness of the world. First was space. The cabin is huge and beautiful, so a good place to just kick back. Second was location. There were lots of outdoors activities to head out to, whether it be a walk in the woods, kayaking at many lakes or just swiming.

The place was spacious and perfect for families with kids. We all had a great time. The host was responsive and easy to work with.

The cabin was perfect for our family 8 adults and 3 preteens. We usually camp, but with family members getting older they prefer a real bed, running water, and electricity. The neighborhood was quieter than a campground too! The furniture in the 2 living spaces was very comfortable. The bedrooms were set up well for individual space and comfortable beds. The upstairs loft and game area was fun for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a larger group. Ben was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for accessing the cabin. We also enjoyed the deck and gas grill. We’d love to stay in the cabin with our family again.

Great floor plan, nicely balanced with four equal bedrooms and two bathrooms at the first floor, perfect to share by up to four families. Huge loft and fifth bedrooms upstairs, perfect for entertainment and kids to play games. Great location close to Bear Valley. Excellent management and great communication. The cabin is a bit outdated though, the carpet is old and some holes in the ceiling in one bathroom are the cons. Also there's no access to the back patio during winter and there's no grill.
