This wonderful property provided all that my family and I needed to thoroughly enjoy our time on beautiful St. John.

This property is excellently maintained. Great location to town, very clean. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful decor. I would say the only thing to know if that it can be a little noisy until 10pm due to its close proximity to The Beach Bar and Drink. We were ok w that thought and found it fun to sit on the porch and listen to the music. Will def stay here again.

Beautiful spacious beachfront 3 bedroom with everything you will need for a comfortable and convenient beach stay, full kitchen and small appliances...even a blender for your own lime in da coconut, beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach bags, sun screen, clothing steamer, hair dryer, washer/dryer, dedicated parking, easy walk to shops, grocery, restaurants, and taxis. Will definitely return and was sad to leave.

My friends and I came to celebrate a 40th birthday. We loved the unit, the place, the walkability...everything was perfect. Our greeter met us at the ferry, then gave us a guided tour of the property. Everything was seamless. The property management company was extremely responsive to all my questions in advance of our trip. Can't say enough good things. Well worth it. We will definitely stay here again.

I almost don’t want to give a good review as I want to make to make sure it’s available the next time we come! All kidding aside, the place is clean, well maintained and the owners and their support folks on the island are top notch! Owners were attentive and will support you in any way leading up to coming. Desmond, who greeted us when we arrived is amazing at what he does and had answers for every question we had. The location is equally as good as the villa as the rest. You can get to any beach easily and come home to everything Cruz Bay has at your fingertips! We were thinking we would do more cooking than we did but ended up at a restaurant in town almost every night! However, if you want to cook, everything is there for you. A couple tips for those who are coming… Rent your shade tent and snorkels next door at Low Key next door. Very reasonable and nice equipment!

This condo is great for those who want to be in town with easy access to taxis and the ferry. The space is well appointed with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and thankfully the AC worked great! The primary bedroom wall is next to a bar so might be noisy for those who go to sleep early but was not an issue for our group. Highly recommend overall.

Great place to stay and quick access to downtown, taxis and places to eat. Would recommend staying at this property.

We loved our stay at Grande Retreat. The location cannot be beat. So close to everything in Cruz Bay. The pool and fitness area were fantastic. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, new washer and dryer. Came with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. Everything we needed to make our stay great!

Grande Bay is a great location - walking distance to all that is happening in Cruz Bay. Having a dedicated parking space with this unit was a great convenience. We made good use of the pool too! The unit is a great size and very well equipped. The unit was tidy and clean but could really benefit from a deep clean.

The bar next door(really next door) music got loud but music was good. Floors were pretty dirty. Around all faucets pretty dirty Overal. Excellent. Ty

This was a seamless and perfect stay. The Crandall Property Management group is the best - we’ve been coming as a family to St John for over 20 years and will only be coming back on Crandall properties moving forward. Beyond accommodating. This condo is the PRIME location. The balcony is next to a bar (like right next to it) that has live music 4-6pm. We LOVED this. It was our own little happy hour on our balcony. Thanks for everything!!

We have stayed at Grande Bay many times. We love the property. Being able to walk everywhere is so nice. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s also very quiet.

So close to everything. Can walk to all the downtown bars and restaurants. 20 mins to beaches. Communication was great. Easy check in and check out. 10 out of 10

The apartment is a great size and location for an adult family of 5 or 6. There was enough space for all of us to relax comfortably. Also, it is in a great location! We loved the view of the bay, enjoyed the music/energy from Drink and found the walk to downtown easy and convenient! We will definitely be back!

The place was very nice, clean and in a great location. Easy to walk to anything in Cruz Bay. The covered parking space was really helpful, as well as the ice machine, coolers and beach chairs provided. I would stay here again.

Amazing location, so close to town. The condo was the clean and had all the comforts we could want. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi with amazing views. The staff was super responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely come back and stay again

We loved our stay here! It couldn't be more perfect. The condo was great with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. The view was beautiful, right at Cruz Bay. Plenty of room for 3 couples. And the location could not have been better! We were able to walk to everything. Got our snorkel gear at Low Key next door, and walked to all the restaurants. And we could walk just a block to see bands at the Beach Bar. It was also nice to have a greeter meet us at the ferry to get us to our condo. Holly was great and accessible if we needed her during our stay. The pool and hot tub area on the roof was a short walk from our condo and we enjoyed hanging out up there too. Out on the balcony, we could hear music from the neighboring bar or the bands down at the Beach Bar, but inside was quiet. We rented a car on the island from Cool Breeze so we could explore the island and it was great that the condo came with a parking space in the garage. Weather, location, accommodations, food were all fantastic! We would come back again here!

Grande Bay is centrally located just a 3-4 minute walk from the ferry dock. Super close to bars and restaurants, but with the private deck and peaceful views of the bay, it is the best of both worlds. We loved watching all the boats come and go. Our original unit had a leak during a rainstorm. After reaching out to Wednesday, our on-island contact, she had us rebooked in a new unit within a few hours. Both were nearly identical with updated kitchens, spacious decks, generous sized bedrooms, washer dryers, central air, coffee makers etc. The decks have ceiling fans and each unit had a small electric grill and coolers. The pool is great and so nice to have after a long day in the hot sun. Very clean. Staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful. One of the beds in the 2nd condo had not the most comfortable mattress, but everyone else slept well. We had a wonderful stay and we LOVE St John!!

Staying here was such a treat. We were there for a whole week and will definitely come back next year. Drinking coffee on the balcony with an Ocean view was simply amazing, especially before my son wakes up! We could not have asked for a more convenient location - we walked to dinner every night, restaurants and shops were all within a 2-10 minute walk. When we needed a quick beach fix, we just walked downstairs and there was one right across the street (and conveniently with restaurants and bars right in front of it). We love St. John and can't wait to come back and stay here!
