Jim was a great host, everything was clean, well organized, and high quality. Location is great at the base of the canyons, with great restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay at this property. The property owner is very responsive, informative, and accommodating. This rental included many extra amenities like a stocked kitchen and laundry room and was super clean. Our getaway was a blast!

The location was perfect for us to us the UTA park and ride system to the slopes. We did get a noise complaint on the first night that I hope the owner and caretaker can forgive. The property has a world class Sonos speaker system. I would highly recommend this for anyone to stay that wants to experience Salt Lake City.

From the moment of our reservation, the property owner had great communication and clearly communicated check in procedures making our late night arrival a breeze. The property was meticulous and well appointed. We were there almost a week and felt right at home. The home is cozy and well laid out with a beautiful master suite on the top floor. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed in many places in Cottonwood Heights and this is the perfect fit for our family. Very nice attention to detail, good layout, and even a great sound system. Hope to stay next year.

Every aspect of this home was perfect for our family ski trip. The owner is responsive and accommodating. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware and equipment and many basics, and there are thoughtful touches throughout, like wireless phone chargers, a room for warming ski boots and equipment, several good family games, motion-detecting night lights, and of curse the private hot tub on the deck! The location was even better than we expected — very centrally located if you want to ski a number of different Utah resorts. Restaurants, a convenience store, and a ski equipment rental location (With discounted lift tickets) are within walking distance, and grocery stores are 5 minutes away. We’d highly recommended this home for your vacation!

This property is really great. Lots of rooms and beds and a hot tub!! It’s very clean and well equipped. We love working with Stacey the property manager and found access super easy. We love how close we are to the mountains for hiking, great grocery stores like Whole Foods, excellent restaurants (The Porcupine, and Lonestar Taqueria), and a 20 minute drive to the Salt Palace convention center down town. This is our 3rd year staying in the same neighborhood because we like it so much.

We had a family group and the condo was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We enjoyed the decor and the original artwork in the condo. Communication with both the owner and property manager was great. We had an infant with us and used a service recommended by the owner that delivered some baby gear, which was super helpful; the property manager facilitated the drop-off and pick-up of the baby items, which was great. The check-in and out process was easy and they were able to work with our flight arrival and departure. Highly, highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great first visit to beautiful Utah!

Very clean . Great location . Great furnishings. Lots of natural light. The owner is very easy to work with. It met my expectations. Deft recommend . There was lots of construction in the resort area but it did not bother me.

Jim's property is one of the best ones my friends and I have stayed at for a ski getaway. It certainly was the most perfectly stocked out of any properties I've ever stayed at. Every little detail was thought of - from tissue boxes on both bedside tables in every room, to ample amounts of toilet tissue and paper towels, etc. It is rare to find vacation homes outfitted with the comforts of home, but Jim and his manager Stacey have obviously made a great effort to make sure this property has it all. The townhouse itself is a great size for groups. We had two couples and 3 single friends and an infant and it was perfect. Everyone had access to space and bathrooms and the layout was great for privacy. Both the owner, Jim, and manager Stacey, were easy to reach from booking to check out. They were friendly and thoughtful and I know our group appreciated it. If you're heading to Snowbird or Alta, the location doesn't get any better unless you're on the mountain. This is personally the perfect location for a group looking to get on the slopes quickly while having the options of dining in some of the best Salt Lake City has to offer easily. The restaurants/coffee shop within walking distance were also delicious and an added bonus. We love to come to SLC for ski trips and will definitely keep our fingers crossed that this property is available for future trips!!

This was perfect for our ski weekend at Snowbird & Alta and easy drive to visit friends in Park City. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen, warm & inviting. This will be a first choice the next time we're in the area.

Really nice property, Jim did a great job with the remodel. Lot's of attention to detail in the Condo. .Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were all very nice. BBQ and Hot Tub were great. My wife and three adult kids spent four great nights. Location is perfect, super close to all ski resorts, restaurants and grocery store are also close by. Definitely will come back. This is our second year in a row renting this unit. The owner, property manager and the unit each get 5 out of 5 stars. The unit is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. If you like to cook, the unit has the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in my 17 years of renting ski condos. The improvements and upgrades made throughout the unit over the past two years have made what was already a great place to stay into one that is exceptional . Both the owner and property manager have a hands on approach and were extremely helpful in addressing any issues and questions during our stay at the condo. In a nutshell, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay at this unit and are looking forward to returning for a third stay during next year's ski season.

We met family in Utah and were so lucky to have found this amazing home to rent!! When we arrived there was a bottle of wine some chocolates and a bag of coffee!! Thank you very much for that!! The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept! Every need was met!! Shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in every bathroom!!! My absolute favorite thing is the heater feature in the shower area!! No more freezing after a shower! Genius!! Garage door openers for the cars is another thoughtful gesture!! The kitchen is so well stocked!! The knives were sharp!! My family and my sisters family enjoyed the hot tub after great days of skiing!! So much fun to sit outside in the hot tub as its snowing!! We met Stacey the hostess and she was available if we had any needs! How wonderful that there is someone on site in case something comes up!! Jim provided us with many great tips of where to ski and shop and eat!!! We also met a very nice neighbor and her cute dog Ned!! Everyone was so friendly!! We can't say enough great things about this property. We are definitely going to come back!!! Thank you for such an amazing place to stay while we enjoyed the beautiful mountains!!!

Was glad to stay at Jim's home again. His recent upgrades are fantastic. Enjoyed skiing the first snow of the season at Alta, and relaxing in the hot tub afterwards. Great communications with the owner and property manager. Will be coming back.

We stayed here earlier this year before the recent renovation, and it was great.  Now with all the improvements it is wonderful.  The new window in the living room has a great mountain view.  We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast at the table and looking at the snow covered mountains.  The new stone fireplace, the new flooring, the new furniture and the new wall colors all make this a fantastic home away from home.  We cooked most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed our short stay.  Beds were very comfortable, and linens of high quality.  Pictures are accurate but don’t do it justice.  Looking forward to coming back.  Five stars all around.  Excellent contact with owner and manager.

This is our second time staying at one of Jim's homes. You are welcomed with a plate full of home baked cookies and a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. This house was so conveniently located. The ski rental place was walking distance from the front door and they were helpful and quick to get us our gear. There were nice grocery stores and pharmacies right around the corner. A restaurant called the Porcupine grill was, again, walking distance and had really fun/delicious food. There is also a really cool restaurant called La Caille, just around the corner, a bit pricey but great for a final special meal before going back to reality. There were these peacocks running all around the La Caille property! The rooms of the house were large sized. The place was very clean. Everyone in our party had their own room. It was beautifully decorated. As an excellent home chef, the kitchen was very well stocked with gourmet pots and pans, sharp knives etc. I also noticed they had a crockpot and a waffle maker in the cabinets. They had many spices, salt, pepper, oil, pam, sugar etc. which we did not need to purchase. We had 3 delicious meals at the home and wonderful breakfasts every day. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of skiing and I loved the fireplace in the living room. They also had the leather reclining chair from Norway which I wish I had at home. We all fought over who would get to sit in it every night! Best of all, I left my tablet on the master bed and did not realize it until I was at the airport. I called Stacey, the property manager, and she immediately hopped in her car and brought it to me. I never got to see her, in person, to thank her. It was passed to me through a security supervisor but I was so impressed! Talk about being there 100% for your clients. You just don't see that type of service anymore. Thank you Stacey and Jim for making our stay wonderful as always. We will be back again!
