We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit is exactly as described. I'm crave cleanliness and organization and this place had it and so much more! The super clean fridge and labeled cabinets were quite impressing! If we were to visit this area again, this is definitely our location. Nice work, owners!

Of all the condos we’ve rented at Dunes of Panama, this unit is the best - well-equipped, well-furnished, and well-labeled too, with a commanding view of ocean sunsets. We’ll be back!

All I can say is this unit is old and cleanliness is not a factor. Old outdated drapes stains on them. Needs to be infomation in there reguarding balcony door won’t open and other one won’t lock Ac problems / water draining problems / fridge on last leg. Is makes loud sounds so does dishwasher The unit applicances are loud. Alll of them. Tooo loud. Black feet from floors had to keep socks or bedroom shoes on We are just not use to staying in environment like this. We will stay in our normal condos through y’all from now on This place has beautiful views in living room

The panoramic beach view was the best!! The wrap around balcony was amazing. There were 8 of us and we all were comfortable in the clean, amazing condo. I personally would have enjoyed it a bit more if the balcony master door would have been allowed to open. Listening to the waves come in on a cooler night would have been amazing.

Really enjoy our stay at the Dunes in Panama City Beach. The condo was as advertised. Great views - enjoyed the large porch area. It was also nice to have your own private parking next to the elevators and can reserve beach chairs for your entire stay!

The photos look photoshopped, but the property and views are beautiful like the photos. Clean condo with a great location. We really enjoyed the property and the balcony.

The condo view was like nothing we’ve seen before. You have almost a panoramic view of the ocean since the condo is at an angle and there are windows through the entire condo. The master bedroom view was amazing. The condo was nice and was as advertised. Our only complaint was the cleanliness when we got there. There were goldfish crackers under the master bedroom bed, dust in the air vents, and a little food left in the fridge but that definitely didn’t take away from us enjoying our stay. We did not find the information binder which was in a drawer until we were cleaning up to leave so you may want to set that out for others to find. Wonderful vacation and wonderful condo.

Nice place. Guest bedrooms didn’t get as cool as the rest of the condo. Couldn’t get icemaker in the freezer to work.

This property is exactly as listed, but the pictures cannot do that view justice!! We were blown away by the beauty and experience this property provided. Easy beach access, pools with tiki bars on site, close to some amazing restaurants and amenities, but not too busy (in the best way). Would LOVE to go back!!

I would highly recommend. The view alone was breath taking. We actually saw dolphins a few times from the balcony!

This unit is absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the view everyday was so beautiful. All the rooms were nice and clean. We absolutely loved it and will book again!

This condo has a beautiful view. We have stayed two times and enjoyed both. The unit looks just like the pictures.

Condo was nice and as described. Enjoyed the balcony and the view from inside and outside of the condo was AMAZING with the wall of windows!! Beds were also comfortable and the beach toys that were available in the condo plus the beach service was nice! Condo was not very clean as my girls feet were black after walking in the condo for just the first 15 minutes and my oldest ended up sweeping a lot of dirt and sand not to mention the dust. They only give you one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for the bathrooms for 8-10 people for a week? The worst part of our stay was the lack of water! Water pressure was so low in the morning that it barely trickled out. In the afternoon on two different days my husband was in the shower and the water just stopped!! He had to finish using bottle water and on the last day there was no hot water. This would be the primary reason I would hesitate staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The views alone made the trip worth it. The only negative thing I have to say is about the water pressure. We found it hard to shower, wash dishes, or do laundry with the dribble of water coming from the faucets. Apparently this is an issue for the whole building, as we had several neighbors complain as well. Every other day I would pack my shampoo in my beach bag and shower at the hose by the pool just to get a good pressure to get my hair really clean. Hopefully this is an issue that can be remedied by the complex or the city.

It's really hard to book a place like this online. It's hard to tell what they area, the building, the accommodations will actually be like. I feel so lucky to have booked this property. The condo property is five very large building in a gated area. This condo is in a building right on the water and directly across from the pools. There are restaurants across the street and a few shops within walking distance. The condo itself is fully stocked. Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we had everything we needed for a full holiday week. (We did need to go buy dish soap, but that's it.) The balcony was one of my favorite parts of this condo. It's huge and has a full table and multiple chairs for lounging. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

The view of the Gulf from this property was by far one of the best I've had. Great view in all directions. Kitchen - moderately well stocked. Living room - couches are extremely uncomfortable. Our weather wasn't the best so were sitting more than normal. Bathrooms - Master bathroom had a large amount of dark hair on the shower drain. Overhead vent very dusty. As one with a dust allergy, I did attempt to clean it. Light out in the shower. Master bedroom - BYOP, bring your own pillows. The king sized bed had only 2, totally flat pillows. Since we had an empty guest room, we took those pillows. Also, the balcony doors are permanently closed. Not sure you can imply the bedroom has balcony access in any way since the doors don't open. In the listing pictures, the red sign posted on the balcony door "Door permanently closed. Do not attempt to open" is conveniently missing. That was disappointing. We had an issue with the heat and air conditioning since it was warm in the day time and cool at night (temperature is on a schedule and was locked so we couldn't change it). That was addressed immediately and was very appreciated. Overall, it was a very nice condo. We would stay there again. We will just bring our own pillows next time. Thank you!

Through the years we have stayed in around 15 different properties on Panama City beach. Have loved most of them, but this is our new favorite. LOVE the view and layout. Friendly and responsive management, all instructions clear. Close to everything. We mainly liked to be a bit away from the crowds of Pier Park. And we loved that this property is not a massive high rise where tons of people are on the beach. This was still a busy holiday weekend but it was not crowded here. Truly had an amazing time! Unit is renovated, nice and clean. Everything you need is there (except we did not find a hair dryer). That simple addition would make it perfect. Preferably one in each bathroom.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Between the oversize wrap around balcony, master bedroom overlooking the beautiful gulf, huge bathroom and walk in shower, windows along the side of the condo to see the gulf at every angle, etc.. this was perfect for our stay. Every year we go to the dunes of Panama but this was our first year staying in this unit and it definitely exceeded our expectations. I would recommended this unit to EVERYONE!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious property. The layout was excellent! Lots of privacy and there were 7 of us! The views were amazing! We saw several HUGE manta rays from our lanai! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Lots of blankets for breezy nights. Just can’t say enough good things about this place!! Well worth the money!!

Beautiful condo!!! We had a group of 8 and we all stayed/slept comfortably for 4 nights. Highly recommend!

This was a group of 4 women over 45, and 3 gals ages 26. And we all had an absolutely wonderful stay. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the condo was so conveniently close to the pool AND the beach access. Being on the top floor of this building made it seem very private, yet because it is only 6 floors up we still could enjoy being close to the ocean. The condo itself was very clean, and 7 ladies with all their stuff never felt crowded. The furnishings were lovely too. We had one issue with a toilet that kept running, but on once reported it was fixed the next day. My only comment would be to suggest some work be done on the living room windows facing the ocean. That is your first impression when you walk in; that gorgeous view. And the caulking around the windows and protective film are showing their age. But I also understand that this is often just a consequence of living so close to that beautiful ocean view. The weather is hard on structures. Overall, was a fantastic place to stay at a very reasonable price for the location and the space provided. Will definitely consider this unit again when booking for a group!

We have stayed in all of the buildings at the Dunes and bldg. C is by far the best view and the most centrally located. Loved it..

We just got home from a "girls week" at the beach. This condo is much nicer than the pictures depict. Plenty of room for 5 women. The view is great and every sunset was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the high end balcony furniture. That was a nice surprise. From the pictures, we were a little concerned about having comfy chairs to do all the balcony stuff we intended to do. (Watching sunsets, relaxing etc.) The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. One of the little beach chairs in the closet was broken ......just FYI . We agree with one of the previous guests about the dim lighting in the master bath. But that is the only thing we have to complain about. From the reservation process ,to the parking (which was very convenient, to the condo itself, everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We will hopefully be back.
