Location and view in this unit are the very best. It’s centrally located on the island and a short stroll to the beach.

Great Location to golf courses, restaurants and Beach!!

We loved Sea Cloisters and the location. Super super convenient to the beach. Unit was very clean and amenities were more than enough. We had a small problem with the air unit but the local staff was super supportive and responsive and fixed it within 12 hours! We will definitely use vacasa again.

Close to the beach, some updates have been made but more updates needed (furniture, bedspreads and carpet need replacing).

The unit was much larger than we needed but the location is our very favorite on the island and the price was the very best. Wonderfun week before the tourist season and perfect for our anniversary trip to our honeymoon location!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was very clean and all around a perfect size for our family of 6. We will be coming back! My only concern about the condo itself were the outlets. They are pretty dated (overused) and do not hold a plug in at all. They kept falling out and that's a fire hazard. That isn't a tough upgrade to do, therefore, we will be back! All around GREAT view, property, and condo!

Poor lighting, no tv service, bathroom need updating comfort toilets, no welcome packet local restaurant’s or sites of interest plastic dishes, not adequate glassware, one wine glass- - view was excellent that was the only positive feature - bummer

It’s about time for a couple updates in the house, couches and beds are starting to be a little saggy. Other than that, it was a really great stay. Walk right to the beach in a minute. Beach chairs and a few toys were provided. Nice big rooms. It was nice that they gave you starter toiletries, some house rentals don’t. Did use the washer and dryer a couple times. It was just a really nice place, really nice trip, very pleased. Discovered on the last day, when we were asked to load the dishwasher before leaving if possible, that the dishwasher didn’t work. I’m sure that will be quickly repaired.

Everything was perfect, as always! We love staying at this condo.

This is all on the VRBO renter, and not Vacasa. Vacasa was extremely responsive when called and documented the below issues: We absolutely loved the view from this home but there were 3 large things that could have been easily fixed by the Condo Owner that caused us to go from a definite 5-stars to only 3-stars: 1) Washing machines agitator was going out. The neighbors could hear it, we had to sit outside while it was washing and could not watch TV even due to how loud. 2) Upon arrival, the bedroom screen door was leaning against the wall, off. We had to leave a chair against it to keep the bugs from coming in. 3) Beds were old spring type and extremely uncomfortable, not a quality bed. We had to take the bedspread and sheets off the other bed just to make it through our 11-days. There was no reason these item could not have been fixed before our arrival. We spent North of $5300.00, but with these issues, our past locations where we spent $4-k would have been better.

First the positive/pros. I loved the view. I loved the loft/bedroom area. I loved the space. 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels. No sand on the floor. I loved the netting around the balcony for my little ones. Cons. I was a bit upset that things that were noted in last years reviews were not fixed. The sliding screen door for the bedroom balcony access is still broken. The washer is still HORRIBLE as it is so loud a neighbor had knocked on the door to check on us. It also shook the wall Beside the closet so hard that a wall decor fell off of its nail. The spin cycle did not dry out the clothes as it should have. Just a waste. If you’re looking for cool beach decor, it was bland. One TV is a smart tv but would not allow you to add apps like HBO Max, Spectrum, Starz etc unless you had the owners code. So, not helpful. The other tvs were either 32 inches or computer monitor sized. The master bedroom had a wobbly loud bed. I woke up every time my husband moved. The pool is NOT heated or at least it wasn’t while we were there. There is NO hot tub. One plus for the pool, it was clean because no one wanted to get into it because of the cold water which would be great for 90-100 degree weather. But the grounds keepers did keep all debris out as well. I apologize for having to share THIS part but it is what would have made the entire stay a deal breaker if I had known previously. I spotted SEVERAL German Cockroaches on the kitchen counter and one in a dresser drawer. I am now having to leave my bags outside and get some spray to be sure I don’t bring them into my home. I think it would be wise have a walk through and to the small things (exterminator, washer/dryer, upstairs hot cold in shower, screen for balcony door, smart tv or add Roku boxes, more beach themed decor, sturdy bed). It could really add value and make us feel like we are getting our moneys worth. I’m sorry for not giving a more positive review but I did not enjoy my stay.

You can’t beat this condo! It’s right on the beach. Easy access and close to everything you need, grocery, dining, and fun for the kids. Very comfortable place to stay for the whole family. Shooting star views on the balcony of the evening when the kids go to bed. We will return!

The condo was a bit dated, but the views are beautiful from the condo and you could stay on the balcony and view the pool and the beach! We had a wonderful time. Just needs a new washer and dryer!

The property has a fantastic location with a fantastic view!! The property itself is getting dated and could use some furniture upgrades as well as some additions to the kitchen such as bigger pans. It seemed like the dryer vent to the outside needed to be cleaned—it took several cycles to dry a small load of clothes. The property comfortably sleeps 6 people.

Great property and location! Perfect view of the ocean and plenty of room in the condo. Only issue is the noisy washer and dryer didnt work well. Other than that, perfect!!!

It was clean. The View with perfect. No problem with parking. We really enjoyed our self.

The property was nice and the view off the patio of the beach was great. Easy walking to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. The Vacasa App was a head ache. They never responded to my messages and even when I called the number for “emergencies” they never picked up. I booked through VRBO but I believe this property uses Vacasa as their primary rental management company.

Very welcoming place, view and access to the beach. Sense of open space in the unit, well stocked for cooking and comfort.

There was nothing not to love about the condo. It was spotless on arrival, well equipped, all the codes worked, and the view was spectacular!

Nice. Kitchen was well stocked , but too few coffee cups. Ice maker did not work, had to get the pool code from another visitor at the complex. Overall, good stay !

Check-in was handled via email and gate codes. However, code to swimming pool was missing so we had to ask some other visitors!

This was great for our larger family! The only thing I would complain about is the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to wash them and there were dead cockroaches on the floor in a few places.. other than that we loved it!!!!

The grounds at Sea Cloisters are immaculately cared for and beautiful. In the unit, we felt our beds were clean and comfortable and the updated master bathroom was very nice. The other bathrooms, appliances and furniture are in need of some major updates. We did a load of wash during our stay, only to find out the dryer was broken when we went to dry our wet beach towels. After a call to the Vacasa after hours number, the representative made it seem like we should have received a call prior to our trip letting us know that the dryer was broken. We did not. A repair tech came a couple days later to fix the dryer. The ice maker also did not work in the freezer. The repair tech attempted to fix that, but was unable. The microwave handle is broken and appears to have been loosely glued back on. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator door was unusable because the bracket that keeps things on the shelf kept falling off. The electrical outlets in the the unit are very loose. If the internet went out, we found that it was because the modem/router plug was loose in the outlet. One of the biggest issues with the unit is the sliding glass door out to the balcony. It is very difficult to open and close. To even budge it, one must grab the handle with two hands and put one's hips, back and everything they got into it, only to do that again to open it wide enough to walk through. Then the agonizing process starts over again to be able to close it. It needs addressed, repaired or replaced to comfortably enjoy the best feature of the unit. Although minor, but worth noting, are the fact that there are only 2 coffee mugs (one is even chipped), no kitchen sink drain stopper or tub stopper. Thanks to other reviews, we knew to bring extra coffee mugs with more than 2 adults in our group. We certainly enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head, the ocean view and convenient beach access, but the issues and updates need to be addressed to make this unit worthy of the cost.

The villa was nice. Great location and views. However, there were no sheets for the pullout bed causing us some trouble since we needed it. Also, the dryer is broken and so we were unable to dry our laundry. Don’t count on using the pull out bed or being able to do laundry until that gets fixed!
