We were a group of 7 adult friends. Wonderful Floorplan with different interior space plus great outdoor space.

The house was clean and spacious, and it's a 15 minute walk to Kelly Beach. We loved the closed-in backyard and deck—and would recommend to anyone who is assessing a home in the area. Thanks for a great trip!

House was lovely and proximity to Kelly Beach was great. we stay in Narragansett every year, but this house was the best "stocked" as far as kitchen items go. would recommend this property to others.

We had a Fantastic vacation week in your home. We were comfortable, we were happy, we were home. We took advantage of all the home had to offer. Since we're still in COVID time we cooked every night and the only thing we had to bring was the food. The kitchen has everything you'll ever need to prepare your own delicious meal. I mean EVERYTHING! The home is very spacious, we weren't on top of each other. The backyard is spacious and we played a lot of Badminton. The Beach is a quick 12 minute walk. We didn't go to the beach itself everyday but the walk was great. The area is pretty, the neighbors were Friendly and Carly was great to work with. We would definitely go back again and again

We visit Narragansett for vacation each summer and just returned from our stay at this Bonnet Shores home. This is a wonderful house - both the owners and property management company did a great job making sure we were welcome here. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone thinking about booking a stay, as it has everything you will need.

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed the week in Bonnet Shores. Our ages ranged from 14 to 58, and everyone had a great time.

We were very impressed with the size of this home and the location was fantastic! The location is definitely close to the beach and walkable - but if you are bring lots of chairs, toys, etc. it will be easier for you to drop everyone off and nominate someone to drive back to the property and walk to meet the rest of the group. The kitchen is fully stocked so if you like to shop and cook for your family - you will have no problem doing that here! Of course, if you prefer to dine out there are plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away. You can tell the owners care for this home as it is extremely clean, comfortable and includes fun Rhode Island details throughout the decor.We had a couple of minor hiccups when we arrived with hot water and cable but the management company was able to come over to remedy the issues quickly and we very pleasant and apologetic that we had any trouble at all. Checking in was slightly difficult as our GPS kept us going in circles around the parking lot where the building is located - and then once at the right building the signage was wrong and sent us to the wrong floor. We were able to find the office but it was a little stressful trying to get there before the office closed for the weekend and feeling like we were wasting time wandering around. This can be easily remedied with a note in the pre-check in instructions. Overall, this was a great place to spend a week with multiple families catching up and enjoying the RI summer. We loved our stay in this most perfect beach home! We enjoyed everything from the comfy beds, the huge amount of space, back deck, and that it was kid friendly. The house is so close to the beach and great food. We loved spending the day at the beach then coming home and cooking a great meal and eating it on the back deck. We ending each night sitting around the big kitchen table playing games. Every room is clean and tastefully decorated and it was enough space for everyone. I really appreciated how clean and spacious the bathrooms are especially having to bath small children. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

The house is beautifully maintained with all the up to date amenities and furnishings. Beds are super comfy and plenty of them. Everything you need for a relaxing week is included in the house. Beds are comfortable and the room "themes" are creative and colorful! Air conditioning throughout made it enjoyable although the best part had to be the back porch with comfortable seating overlooking the well landscaped private back yard. Walking to the private beach is easy and the sand was like heaven!

Happy and well rested after our stay in this very clean, very large Bonnet Shores house. Located on a quiet tree lined road, minutes from the beach, this house checked all the boxes. The owners did a great job of decorating with Narragansett and RI themed art giving the house a nice beachy feel. The house is very clean with new bedding and other accoutrements. All 4 bathrooms are in perfect, like new condition, as is the rest of the house. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was huge and comfy. The main floor has a nice open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The kitchen had every cup, dish, glass utensil, etc. you would ever need. I had fun using the espresso maker. There is a nice size Bluetooth speaker in the dining area loud enough to fill the space with music. Every room has books! My wife and I kept saying, “this is how we would want our beach house to look”. This house comes with access to Kelly Beach, which is beautiful with clean (raked daily) soft sand. It’s quite special. But you can easily drive to the bigger beaches like Scarborough about 10-15 minutes away. We also liked being so close to Jamestown and Newport. Overall, we highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.

This property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean. Carefully curated so that most things we needed (or didn’t know we’d need) were provided. Very nicely decorated and included bedtime stories in the “kids” room. Communication with the property managers was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
