After reading some previous reviews, I was a bit concerned about the furniture on this property. My husband is wheelchair-bound (post severe stroke) and very comfort oriented. Other than two small steps to navigate up on the pathway, entry was seamless. Now for the furniture. Yes the living room furniture has slight wear, but for me it added to the overall charm of the house. It looks lived-in. Kid ready with room to safely roam! And the beds!!!! OMG!!! I always bring a foam mattress due to my husband’s immobility, I can tell you, the foam stayed in the closet. I can attest the beds are SO comfortable, that upon returning, my niece bought herself a new mattress! What is not told -and should be- is that the property is less than a mile from a (huge) grocery store. Don’t let the name fool you! This is no small town market! We trucked in food thinking we needed to. Don’t! Everything -and then some- is there, from 10 different brands of hot sauce to the best wines that rival a large liquor store! You will NOT be disappointed staying here. The views are stunning and close enough to all the vortexes (for those so inclined) but not so close that you’ll get a headache! ;) Enjoy your stay -I know we did, and are already planning our return visit! Great location and view! Very spacious, quiet place! Festive decorations around the holidays. I would stay again but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, it needs new living room furniture as others said, and the solar lights leading to the front door didn’t work since it’s in the shade. Use a flashlight at night. One person from our party tripped and fell in the dark. Otherwise, it was great, and the host was thoughtful and left snacks. Check in and out was easy.

We had a family getaway and we found the accommodations lovely, a nicely stocked kitchen. It was quiet and lovely.

This was a nice property and in a great location. The check-in process is the easiest I have had with a VRBO. I will say the furniture could use a little love. Otherwise a great property

Quiet location with plenty of space to spread out. Awesome views and a quintessential southwest vibe and close to everything. During our April 2023 stay, the secondary master bathroom shower did not work, the couches in the living room need to be replaced. There are obvious tears in the cushions and the outdoor patio table is broken and needs to be replaced. The owners and rental company don’t seem to eyeball the property too often.

Great location, awesome amenities, and prompt communication with the property management team. Areas of improvement include proactive communication and cleanliness. We chose this home due to the 3 bed, 3 bath offering. One shower did not function, and this was not proactively communicated to us prior to our arrival. Positively, the management team was quick to respond and offered us a credit due to the inconvenience. Additionally, the furniture was quite dated, worn out, and had animal fur still on it - assuming from a previous renter. As previous reviews have indicated, if you are light sleeper, do not sleep in the back rooms, as the well water sound thumping is quite loud. Overall a great experience, thank you for hosting us.

Good communication, accurate property description. Excellent neighborhood— private but close to services. Many architectural and design elements throughout home make it welcoming and interesting.
