Convenient and comfortable 1 bedroom condo in beautiful upscale tennis resort on beach. Owner was very responsive.

This place was as advertised. The suite was exactly what we expected - larger than a standard room at the Ritz for less money. All the perks of the Ritz (except daily housekeeping) without the ritz price tag. Communication with the host was excellent. A small snafu upon check in when the hotel couldn't find the notes from the owner and couldn't reach the owner - delayed our check in by an hour and a bit of a panic - but all was cleared up in the end.

Seriously we got a beautiful suite at the ritz with a great, flexible and responsive owner for a whole lot less than resort. With NO compromises. Okay maybe no room service and no maid service but who cares! The ritz key biscayne is the first resort we’ve stayed in that rivals some of the nicer places in Wailea, Maui. Incredibly warm big pool. Not too busy. Beautiful beach and great food and service. Ann’s place is exactly as described. Immaculate. And situated among the regularly booked ritz rooms and suites not some separate area.

Owner super responsive and kind. Have stayed here many times. This unit is the best.

Apartment is spacious with nice small kitchen.The facilities are fabulous. Great stay all around.

The suite was beautiful and clean upon arrival and as advertised. The Ritz is the Ritz and a great property. We had a great time. Would not hesitate to re-book.

My wife and I have stayed on this property several times before, but this is our first time at a VRBO private residence. We were a bit skeptical on how a residence with a living room and kitchen could be significantly less expensive than staying in the hotel, but it was exactly as described. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. The property and amenities are fantastic. All around, a great trip

I can't say enough great things about our family trip and about the host in general. We brought a family of 4, and had the best time,. It was the perfect accommodations for us we will 100% be returning. The property was pretty, staff was kind, food was good, drinks were good, parking spot was extremely helpful, and nothing was wrong at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

La habitación en peor estado que he alquilado en el hotel , todo sucio lo cual después me echaron la culpa y me hicieron pagar extra por qué la dueña dice sin ningún sustento que yo las ensucie. Recomiendo que si alquilan esto le tomen foto a todo cómo se lo entregan. El contacto previo de la alquilada no existe , tuve que insistir para que me respondan El hotel y la zona es increíble se los recomiendo pero en otra habitación.

The owner was communicative, helpful and the stay was perfect. The 1BR suite helped a lot in keeping some separation between parents and kids. And, let's not forget, it's a Ritz property, so you know it will be a perfect stay. I highly recommend.

The resort and this particular condo was A+ and literally I could not have asked for more. The lovely decor inside and out, delicious food, the pools and beach and service was tops.

Wonderful stay!

We took our 8 year olds girls for Easter weekend and had a fantastic stay! There was no room cleaning and we had trouble getting blankets to accommodate a feather allergy, but we managed to finagle what we needed. Ann was super responsive on text. Look forward to returning!

The hotel grounds are really nice, we actually loved the hotel. Even the restaurants were pretty decent for hotel food. However, in the description for this room was not 100% accurate. It states that there is a bay view, well not exactly. The room faces the parking lot and the main hotel drop off area. So if you want to sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee, be prepared for lots of car noise. You can kind of see the bay way off in the distance (kind of), it is about 5 miles away so you can at times see a sliver of it above the tree line. The only other caution I have is the sofa bed...yikes. The mattress on the bed is maybe an inch thick, there is no way anyone could sleep on this bed, not even a child. I know most sofa beds are not very comfortable but this one was horrific. My 14 year old slept on the floor because it was more comfortable :( I would say this room only sleeps 2.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Ann's condo at the Ritz. It is a very lovely condo. The Ritz property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and polished.

The condo was perfect for our stay on Key Biscayne! We enjoyed all the amenities of the Ritz, convenience of a private parking spot, and the hospitality of the staff!

Lovely location and accommodations. Beach very close and Ritz staff provided umbrellas and services. Lovely pool where we were able to do laps early in the morning. Excellent restaurants and Winn-Dixie grocery close by. Miami's sights and shopping a short drive away. We had a very convenient parking space in the hotel basement garage. Owner is very responsive. Replaced broken coffee maker immediately. Recommend without reservation.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Room was great service was excellent. Family focused resort. Would definitely come back. Property owner was a pleasure and always answered in timely manner.
