The proximity to H Toad and Shady/Lazy Gators can not be beat. The bedrooms were huge with great bathroom accommodations. The loving space was open and perfect hang out space for our group.

Great location, we use the playing hooky charter boats to get to coconuts and this is right by the pick up point!

The house was perfect for a girls’ weekend getaway. It was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes needed to cook. Good view from the balcony, too. Denise was helpful with recommendations, and she was quick to get back to me regarding any questions.

We had a group of 8 for a 40th birthday party, the location was awesome, the property was clean, had more than enough space for our group and had everything we needed!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It was a perfect place for our group of 8 girlfriends to stay. So much room and so clean. The views and pools were great too! Denise was wonderful about answering all of my questions and communicating with me. She was flexible through the whole booking process as we thought we might have to cancel but thankful we didn't have to. The location was prime. It is smack dab in the middle of H Toad and Shady Gators. We took a water taxi called Playin Hooky from Shady Gators that took us to two different restaurant and bars on the lake. Because of the prime location we didn't have to worry about paying for UBER's. If you are looking for a place to stay for your big group that is in the middle of the action but still quiet, this is it.
