This was our sixth year at Lake Anna and the lake front home named Mirabella is our favorite spot! Great floor plan, ideal setting and the beach and boat house-pier put it over the top.

This was our second year a Mirabella. We came with 6 grandchildren ages one to six, and 3 sets of parents. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has everything anyone could need. The large dock house and beach are extremely user friendly because the water is shallow for the small ones. The large covered dock assures that you can be in shade if needed with the kids or on the beach in the sun. We love everything about Mirabella. Thanks for making it great Susan.

Every year our family looks forward to coming to this lake view house. This house is very welcoming with lots of activities for the kids and adults. The house is always clean and the boat house is well maintained. The host are always available with any questions or concerns we may have and truly make the renting experience easy. Thank you for allowing us to rent!

House and property were perfect. Something to do for all ages. From kids to adult we had a blast!

Great place to kick back and RELAX!

The house was immaculate, loaded with amenities, water toys, and a kitchen stocked for a gourmet cook. Perfect location for July 4th fireworks - what a special treat for our grandkids.

Everyone had a blast. The beach was perfect for our little ones. Fishing off the dock was great. The game room got a lot of attention. No complaints and would love to vacation here again in the future!

We were all very pleased with the home and its accommodations. The views of the lake from the home are just spectacular!

Very lovely location, with easy access to the lake. The lake is much calmer at this location then other areas on the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunrise drinking our coffee every morning. The property is beautiful and has plenty of amenities. This is our second year and we love it.

Great dock area amenities for our water sports oriented family

Mirabella was great as always. It’s a great location with superb view of the lake from the house and a great dock to spend time on.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family which includes 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 5 years to 2 months. This is a beautiful home that is thoughtfully well provisioned with a lake front that is extremely user friendly for small people. We were so comfortable and spent most of the day at the water and on the dock which is huge and covered so the babies could be there all day as well.

Outstanding property! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed everything the property offered. We loved the accommodations of the dock, outside shower, and the space of the house that allowed everyone to rest after long days boating on Lake Anna. We've been to Lake Gaston and Kerr in the past but we think we found our new favorite Lake to enjoy our vacations in the future. Excellent communications with the owner! Our kids loved the private sandy beach and swimming by the dock. The house was clean, tasteful, and modern. WIFI was excellent while some of us had to tend to work while on vacation. We wish we were still there... Thank you!

We have loved staying at this home. It is a great location on the lake for being able to do water sports. The dock and boat house are perfect for enjoying that outside but staying in the shade . The house had everything we needed for a great week. Our family had a wonderful vacation here .

Our family loves looking forward to and being at Lake Anna each summer (5 years now). We just returned from Mirabella on Lake Anna which is a beautiful sequestered lake front home. It has all the amenities and comforts you could ask for. We’ve already booked 2022!

Awesome property and even better than expected! Perfect location on the lake and couldn’t beat the view. Plenty of room for 3 families with 9 small children. We loved the boat house and all the amenities. Susan was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back next year!

This is a beautiful property, great location. It is loaded with amenities and everything you need for a great vacation. Susan is great to work with.

Where do I begin? With the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom (including in the outdoor shower!)? Or, with the kitchen that is stocked with absolutely anything and everything you could possibly need? How about the outdoor space – you like shade? Sit on the large, covered dock with comfortable furniture and multiple ceiling fans. Or, if you want to catch some rays, lounge in the sun on the beach on one of the many lounge chairs. Want the beach AND shade? Don’t worry….the hosts have that covered too with multiple beach umbrellas available. How about floating on the lake? You got it! Not only do the hosts offer an array of floats for all ages, but they even have an electric air pump at the dock to blow them all up!! We absolutely loved the gradual, sandy entrance into the water. Made swimming easy for all ages! Me and my family (3 grown children with their own respective families) have been vacationing at various lakes throughout MD, PA, and VA over the past 10 years. We have enjoyed most places, but continue to be in search of the perfect place. Well, we found it in Mirabella. The pictures don’t begin to do this place justice. The house is beyond gorgeous – spacious, clean, well appointed. We had 15 people (ranging in ages from 7 – 73), and never felt like we were on top of each other. Usually a pool table is a nice ‘extra’ – but to have pool AND shuffleboard?! Amazing. Oh, and did I mention refrigerators? The one MASSIVE one in the kitchen probably would have been sufficient, but then there was another full sized fridge in the basement, and ANOTHER down at the dock!! Made storing extra food and beverages a breeze! I could keep going, but I think I’ve hit the characters limit. Thank you, Susan, for an amazing week! We hope to have many more in the years to come at Mirabella!

We loved our stay. The views of the lake were amazing and so relaxing. The house was big and very open to accommodate a larger group. The boat house and beach were great. Clear clean water with sand several feet out. Water gets deep just off the dock which was good for our boat. Would definitely go back.

One of the best houses we have stayed on at Lake Anna. We are a group from age 6-80. There was something for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, even a kettle for our tea drinkers. Huge kitchen fridge was a plus. Beach area outside is great. Dock is very nice. Game room downstairs is fun. On a busier part of the lake than we are used to but was good. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The dock and beach were great for both adults and little kids to hang out. The dock provided great shade and a great spot to tie up our boat. The house was well equipped for cooking and the large dining table provided a great spot for all of us to sit and eat. We also appreciated the SUPs and kayaks and fisherman's cove provided a great spot to explore with both. Thanks again for sharing your home!

The property at Mirabella on Lake Anna is amazing. The setting of a wooded lot on the lakefront near Bumpas VA is ideal. There are always things to do and places to go for fun excitement, relaxation and quiet alone or naptime. The home gives you an extended great room that includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms with vaulted ceilings. A huge exotgic wooden table with benches makes gathering for meals and games so easy and comfortable. Lake views extend across the entire back of the house. The Kitchen is fully stocked with the latest conveniences: a huge refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, a built in Food Ninja, under counter over, microwave and all the cooking and dining accessories you could ever need. In the lower rec-room there's shuffle board and a pool table. Outside is a huge elevated deck provides views of the fire pit by the water, beach and a dock with a covered portion, bar and boat slip. The property host, Susan is the absolute best! She's friendly, gracious and a good communicator. The entire experience at Mirabella is first class and joyful. We plan to make it our family's desination for yeats to come!

This home was better than we expected. The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. The house was very clean, the towels and linens provided were top notch and it felt like I was at home. The kitchen was well laid out for a large family and the pool table and games in the basement were perfect for our nightly entertainment. The neighborhood was great for morning walks and we felt very secure in the gated community. We really enjoyed this home and hope to book it again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lake Anna. This location on the lake is wonderful and the dock area is fantastic for spending an entire day / night outside. We hope to come back in the future and stay here again .

This was our 2nd summer renting Mirabella and it was great again. We have rented on Lake Anna for the past 5 summers and this is the best location. Due to COVID we brought all our provisions with us so we never had to leave other than to gas up the boat. The dock is great and there are ample amenities for adults and kids. We had 8 yrs to 78 years.

Upon entering the front door of the house, the large windows showing a 180 view of the lake are spectacular! The kitchen is large and is set up with nice appliances and stocked with everything you need to easily cook for 20 people, including a huge table to sit at overlooking the lake. The family room easily sat 14 of us to watch a movie, the basement was set up to enjoy pool, shuffle board, foosball, and video games, including a mini-kitchen with a small cooktop! The bathrooms were huge and clean, newly renovated (the hall bath upstairs has a huge awesome shower!). The beds were super comfortable with memory foam mattresses (even the bunk beds). The outdoor shower was really nice, and the dock with a nice shaded area to hang out and watch kids boat and swim in Fisherman’s cove was the best- it has fans and comfy lounge chairs and couches, a table where we enjoyed crabs one night from Tim’s. The fridge & freezer down at the dock was so nice! No coolers needed, no runs to the store to get ice, everything stayed cold at the dock in the fridge/freezer. The dock has bumpers and nice folding cleats. The sandy beach area is perfect for kids, it had a canoe, paddle boards and kayaks to use. The firepit and tons of Adirondack chairs to enjoy s’mores was a great evening event for the family. Can’t say enough about how nice this place was to stay at, and can’t say enough about how accommodating, kind, & responsive Susan was through this whole process, as it was an unknown situation with the Corona virus if we were going to be able to even go on vacation. We are so glad it worked out, this family vacation was the best thing about the crappy year 2020!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mirabella and the house and amenities as listed did not disappoint. The home is lovely and comfortable and the location on the lake was perfect. If we get the chance to return we would most definitely book here again.
