This is a a nicely updated condo with a great kitchen. Having the washer and dryer was a wonderful convenience.

We liked this property. It's well-maintained, clean, and includes all the appliances and cookware you might want. Everything worked perfectly. I was comfortable on the sleeper sofa. Parking is convenient and plentiful. There's a nice guest book with good info in it. The only minor thing was that we couldn't find the check-out instructions. After I got back home, I found that they had e-mailed them to me. I don't do e-mail while on vacation, so I didn't see this until it was too late. Overall, I was well-satisfied with my stay...hard to beat for the price.

the only complaint was that both the shower and bathroom sink where backed up. The shower was so slow by the end of a shower we where standing in a couple of inches of water. The sink was just really slow and not clean when we got there.

This is the place to stay, which was validated by a local. The place is nice and was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The location was SUPERB. And, the price was very respectable as well. I really have nothing bad to say.

All the reviews below mention the great location and access to the free town shuttle, and I appreciated those things but what also surprised me was how clean and modern the condo was, and the amenities that were left for us to use like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, full sized shampoo and soap from a company in town, etc. those were a pleasant surprise.

My husband and I love Telluride. It is such a picturesque place and what a grand view you’ll have from this condo. Walking distance to everywhere, but the grocery store is very convenient and the gondola is a short 5-7 minute walk. New renovated with light and bright touches, this condo is perfect for a couple enjoying any length of trip. Laundry in condo if you are there for a bit.

Really convenient to town and comfortable
We loved our stay during the Bluegrass Festival. It was great to have access to town so close by and walking distance to just about everything. The unit was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Hot tub wasn't working, so that was really the only bummer.

Great little condo, Ski to the lift from the back door.
It's a nice little condo. Easy check in. Parking across the street. Lift 7 is about 50 yards away. Short walk to downtown.

Exactly as advertised. Spotless property, seamless rental and check-in process, lovely welcome basket on arrival. No need for a car - steps from the #7 lift, town bus loop stops right out front, short walk to the market, or a few blocks further to the gondola, downtown shops and restaurants. Kitchen is better equipped than any expectation.

Exactly as advertised. Spotless property, seamless rental and check-in process, lovely welcome basket on arrival. The check in process went smoothly! The check in instructions, and instructions were accurate. We loved the location and the view of the mountain and it was very close to restaurants and shopping. The VRBO was very clean and quiet. We will return and stay at this place again.

Great stay! Fun place, comfy and great location. We stayed for a weekend and everything was great: easy check-in, good space for my buddy and I (with the bed and the pull-out couch), and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a few things. Would love to stay there again on my next trip down there.

Beautiful telluride getaway!
An amazing weekend away in beautiful telluride! The unit was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Walking distance from all telluride restaurants. We never drove once we got there. Get yourself a reservation at Allred’s if you’re planning a trip! Only problem was the garbage disposal was really struggling when we were there but I am sure they have fixed it by now! Quick communication and very nice people on the other end of the phone for sure. Thanks we’ll be back!

Great stay in Telluride!
Loved our rental in Telluride! 10/10 would stay again. Enough room for 2 adults and everything was very clean and the check-in could not have been easier. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that we had some issues with water pressure in the shower but that did not materially affect our stay

Excellent stay
Newly remodeled, very thoughtfully laid out. 1/2 or 3/4 size fridge/oven/dishwasher make the kitchen perfect (and plenty big enough for 2-4 people). Good light, a few kitchen staples available and easy to share the bathroom with the couch sleeper. Very well done, thanks!

Great location for skiers, easy access to a morning ride on a double.
The location was an easy ski-walk to the lift in the morning, well enough time to have coffee and stretch but still make it over to Mountain Village in time for some first tracks. Its a bit of a walk to most of the town central, eating, and shopping - a little over half-a-mile. The same distance to the gondola.
Clean place, clean but old and kinda falling apart hottub. I would stay again.
