Perfect location, beautiful condo equipped with everything you need. The furniture has been updated since the photos were taken and it looks great (and comfy)! Will definitely stay again!

Property was good but the weather was horrible for us

This location was excellent! Perfect location for all both kids and adults. The outside pool was great and the inside pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 11 pm which was perfect for the kids. The unit itself was a bit dated although that does not really matter, and was clean but some places needed a little extra care. Overall, great place!

Excellent location, walking distance to most anything you need. Had a maintenance issue with one of the showers, called property management and problem was fixed within an hour.Furniture could use upgrading, but overall, would stay in this unit again.

This was one of our best vacations. Condo was beautiful and in a great location. Right next to Flora-Bama. We had an amazing view from our balcony. We will be back next year.

With the location being absolutely perfect and the cleanliness of the condo itself, I would highly recommend staying at this property. I hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at the beach! We laughed and got to relax with our children and grandchildren. Time is precious and it’s hard to get everyone together but this trip checked off all the to dos of everyone.

Had a great last minute trip for Spring Break. Everything was very clean and updated. The condo was the perfect location for our family to be close to our friends down there. Will definitely try to stay there again.

This property was exactly as listed. Condo was in good condition and the location to the beach and Florabama was perfect. Loved the pools and hot tubs on site and the beds were comfortable.

Nice layout, good view of gulf. The condo could use some updating, the couch & rocking chairs need a deep cleaning or replacing altogether. The master room is pretty big but the bathroom is kinda cramped. The main bathroom is large but only has a shower. We rented this condo to evacuate from Louisiana for hurricane ida so we weren’t on vacation. There’s multiple elevators so you don’t have to wait too long & the pools are nice.

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen and bathrooms could use updating but overall we were very pleased.

Location was great!! We enjoyed the condo, beach, pools and gym. My only complaints are: The beds really need to be replaced. The king bed has a sink whole in the middle, not good for old folks backs. The double bed room had a bed that the bed frame was broken. They need to use something else to mop, because we had grocery store feet the first day. Other than just needed to be updated a bit, everything was great!!

Overall we had a great time at Orange Beach. The beaches are Whitley and the water is blue! The only thing that was kind of a disadvantage was the timing. We forgot about Hurricane Sally just six months prior. There was a lot of construction and rebuilding going on while we were there.

When we got to the property, and realized we were right next door to the Flora-Bama, we were super excited! I didn't realize it was right there, and it made it so we could enjoy a night out, and stumble our way back to our room. The view was amazing, as was the beach! Even with it being Spring Break, we didn't encounter any problems with rowdyness or noise. We loved having a kitchen and laundry. The only things I would suggest are maybe an extra roll of TP in each of the bathrooms, and an extra roll of PT in the kitchen, along with an extra trash bag or 2. Since we were only staying 2 nights/3days, it wasn't economical or conventional to buy a pack of each, however by the last night/day we were conserving TP and using the trashcan without a liner. Overall, and excellent stay, and we are already planning to book again next year, around this time!

Broken pieces of frame were under the bed and in the closet. I ended up sleeping on couch the 2nd night.Living room furniture is very old and needs replaced. Would rent again and recommend to others but only if master bed has been replaced.

Our room was not overall as it should have been for the money we paid. For example, behind the broom in the laundry room, there were dead bugs that someone just did not finish sweeping up. The toilet tissue left to us were not full rolls nor were the paper towels in the kitchen. The telephone in the room never worked. The TV's were very difficult to operation as no instructions for use were provided.

This condo is so nice and perfectly positioned on the gulf. Beautiful beachfront views with excellent beach access. The dryer in the unit took a long time to dry clothes. The building has 2 false fire alarms go off, once in early morning and the other at 2:15am. This put a damper on things and being on floor 14 it was a big scary. Aside from those 2 things it is a great place to vacation.

Condo could use a little upgrade as far as dishes and some minor things. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We stayed a week in June 2020. 4 adults & 3 teenage girls. The sleeping accommodations in this condo were perfect for our group. The location is great, just a few short steps to the beach or the Floribama. TIP: bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent. They only provide starters. About the condo: Pros: Check in process was super easy, I love having a key code so that you are not fumbling for your key through your beach bag. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious (even for three 17 year old girls) Pool was nice and always had chairs available. Vending machine for ice in the lobby was very convenient & only $4.00 a bag. Covered parking was great and close to the elevators. Cons: Condo could have been cleaner upon arrival, lots of dust in the corners of the rooms and under the beds. The living room area tile was not clean at all, the bottoms of our feet were black in the first few minutes of being there. There is a lot of wear & tear on this condo. The toilet paper holders were missing in the bathroom, towel racks were bent and had random paint spots on them. The vent in the master bathroom did not work. Kitchen definitely needs new pots & pans, I actually ended up cooking on the electric griddle that I brought “just in case”. The can opener did not work, every time we used the oven the fire alarm went off. The drawers in the refrigerator were flimsy and falling apart. Although I was glad it seemed someone tried to clean the coffee pot, the first 3 batches of coffee tasted like dish soap and I had to wash all of the bubbles out of the bottom of the pot before I could drink my first cup. There were no grilling tools for BBQ grills. Most of the cooking utensils were plastic & melted. Overall, we had a great trip. Would stay at Phoenix X again, but maybe in a different unit.
