Location was the only good thing of this stay.

To start, I had agreed to meet the host at 8pm so she could hand me the key, but 30mn she texted me to go to another address to pick them up in a key box. Very tricky coordinates, and a wrong code made me lose time, especially as the host knew beforehand at what time I was arriving. Small bed.if you are a tall person you won't fit in the bed... Cleaning was not very good, low quality bath towels. The only toilet paper provided was almost at the end, and no hand soap nor hand towel were provided. Shower is not suitbale for tall people, and water pressure was very very low. Wouldn't come back

Location of the apartment is just amazing! Close to everything. Apartment was clean. Comfortable bed. Tv has millions of options and internet was very good.

Nora, person that greets you was late on check in and check out. Apartment did not have enough toilet paper, no hand soap or liquid in kitchen or in toilet, not even a bottle of water. Little disapointing since they advertise it like warm welcome to the guests.

Some miscommunication on checkin times but that’s was quickly resolved and we checked in on times. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all places. I would definitely recommend.

I would have given a 10 if it wasn’t for the RUDE cleaner we dealt with at checkout. After we had checked out, We realized we forgot something and had to go back to collect it. When i got There, she ordered me to take the bin out because besides the bin we had initially found at the property , we had another paper bag that wasn’t even en 40cm height and didn’t weight more than 200gr. I wouldn’t mind helping taking the bin out if I was asked politely. Maybe they should clearly state to guests, they would have to take their waste out if it’s doesn’t fit in the provided bag.

Very clean and well catered. Great location.

No air con and it was 32 degrees. Took a while to meet host. Also no parking. Public parking was v close by though. All very minor points though.
