Our family of five adults stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute. The unit is well furnished, including the kitchen. It was clean when we arrived and everything functioned well for the duration. The location and beach were amazing.

Property was immaculately clean recently remodeled. Condo is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony had a beautiful ocean view. Leslie was very accommodating and communicated well. The elevators were a little confusing to figure out when we first got there, but that’s not the owner’s issue. 10/10 - would stay there again!

If your looking for perfect sunsets, dolphins, crashing waves sounds all day, beach just steps away. This is your place. We had a great time. It was sad to leave.

We will definitely come back. The location is great too, so many restaurants and fun things to do. You can see the bay from the living room and the ocean from the dining room. The beds were comfortable and this condo has everything you need. Communication with the owners were great as well.

Even though we only had one beach day because if red tide, we absolutely loved this property and the area. I would highly recommend it to family and friends!

Rented for family vacation. First time in Indian Rocks but loved the area. Less populated but still had plenty of restaurant/shopping options. Traveled with 3 teens/young adult children (15,18,21) and had plenty of room. Parents enjoyed the family room was not right next to master suite. They stayed up late and watched movies/played games and didn’t keep us awake! Will return 🏝❤️

Perfect location for a family holiday. Fellow moms, this is the condo for you! No roads to cross to get to the beach. No need to pack a lunch to take to the beach, just go back upstairs to the kitchen, open a beer and make sandwiches while the kids cool down in front of the TV for an hour during the heat of the day. The beds are comfy & the condo is super clean. Lots of food options within easy walking distance for kids - our youngest is four. We enjoyed Los Mexicanos, Jake's Cantina & Mike's Pizza & Subs. The sunsets are not to be missed & perfect from the balcony. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise from the living room. We spotted dolphins at least four times a day, everyday! The beach is very clean, nice and quiet / not crowded. The pool is perfect for cooling off during the day & also very clean. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers & some sand toys. There are toys, puzzles and boardgames in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need for families & yes, the blender makes a killer margarita. Plenty of room for our family of 6 / did not feel crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

My family has been renting VRBO condos for several years now. All have been good but Sunset Paradise tops them all. We loved how spacious and homey it was. The condo is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has about everything you could possibly need. They even have beach chairs and pool noodles! Other reviewers are not joking when they mention the sunset. It is outstanding, especially seen from the balconey. We had never visited IRB before but after driving up and down through the area, we concluded it's the best place to be. The beach is not too crowded and there are many restaurants you can walk to or take a short drive. My son loved going back and forth from pool to beach to pool. Leslie and Tom were a pleasure to work with, too. Thank you for letting us enjoy your Sunset Paradise!

We had a great stay! This condo is exactly as described & we couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed fresh seafood for dinner on the balcony almost every night - you just couldn't get a better view! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and all of the appliances worked perfectly. We will gladly stay here again!

We had a great week on the beach. We loved that we had a short distance to the pool and the beach. The blender made perfect frozen drinks. I was sad to leave on the last day!

Our stay at Sunset Paradise was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The condo is beautiful, we especially loved the view from the dining table. The beds are comfy allowing each of us to sleep well each night. We spent plenty of relaxing time reading on the beach, and our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool! This location is great because we could walk to our favorite IRB restaurants for dinner, and enjoy an evening stroll on the beach on the way back. The condo was real nice & clean. Great location-restaraunts, activities. The beach was amazing. New shells to pick from every morning. Would definately like to come back!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very spacious and clean.Beach and pool private and close. Great restaurants nearby-our favorite is JD's. Sunsets are stunning and I found myself getting up early every morning to hunt seashells-(I don't do exercise in morning!). Watched dolphins while having coffee on the balcony-don't want to eat out there though, can't outsmart the seagulls! The elevator to front door is very convenient and still have option of stairs from balcony to pool and beach. Enjoyed the company of the "regulars" and look forward to seeing them next year. My only complaint(my husband had no problem) is we had a full size Tahoe and the parking garage is tight-no way could I get in and out but I did get brave and took the trolley to Johns Pass by myself to shop, which was also convenient. The owners were very accommodating and would definitly rent from them again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The beach was actually closed in front of the condo for beach restoration the first few days we were there but we were able to enjoy the pool. Once the construction crew built a ramp over the tubes we were able to access the beach. Favorite places to eat; Crabby Bill's, Kooky Coconut, Keegans and Lighthouse Donuts.

Found this condo to be everything as described in the rental listing. Apt was clean and well-maintained, well furnished with both appliances and furnishings. Pool area was delightful and inviting, beach access easy and convenient. Easy drive from Tampa airport and area tourist attractions. Would definitely return for a longer stay!

We normally stay down the road at Madeira Beach, but I think our group unanimously decided we like this stretch of Gulf Blvd. better. The beach was quiet and we loved our semi-private elevator. Never had to wait for it, or we could just walk up the three flights of stairs to balcony. The place was immaculate, plenty of sleeping space (except the bottom bunk was lumpy with springs). Beautiful view of the gulf from the back and of the intercoastal from the living room. Everything was just perfect for our moms' beach getaway.
