We loved each having a king sized bed and having a tv in our rooms. The location was perfect.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Within driving distance to venue, family homes and necessities. Perfect spot for the beach with kids.

The host was quick to communicate and check-in and check-out where simple. The place had everything we needed. Would stay here again

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is closely located to the beach so it is easy to go in and out with babies. It was great to have 4 bedrooms with king size beds. The best part was that there is plenty of seating room for a large family to gather in the front room for games and movies. That is unusual in a rental. We loved that! There are also two great decks to read and relax and sunbathe. Really, the only downfall to the property is that there is only a coin operated washing machine which we never found. With a big family, it is imperative to have a washing machine. But, overal, it is a great property!

My family and I had a lovely long weekend at Newport Beach. This unit is bright, airy, and spacious. The location was fantastic; we were just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. I found it to be unique in that each of the four bedrooms had a king bed as well as a TV, which was a great match for the four of us. Communication with the management company was excellent. We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing time catching up (six college roommates with 20-yrs to cover)...this house was the best location. We were close to good eats, shopping, biking to Balboa, and enjoying the beach. The house was comfortable and clean with ample space to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Don't bypass the back patio through the bedroom (we forgot about it)...it's HUGE and would have been a great, shady place to relax with the afternoon breeze.

Location can’t be beat. Property was easy to get into, Management was awesome in responding with little questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space for our 2 families totaling 10 people.

Easy and as advertised

Easy check in process and great location to beach. The house is very large and has a lot of storage. The furniture has some stains ( could use a good cleaning) and there are minor issues with the bathrooms.

This unit was in a perfect location just right across the street from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, close to most stores. My bunch had a wonderful stay!

Our family had a great stay! This property was the perfect distance to the beach, which was great for our littles, after having had so much walking in Disneyland. The unit was clean and comfortable. It does get loud when weekend parties are going on, as all of the homes are very close together. Otherwise it was great!

We arrived late and the process to enter the property was effortless. Property Management was wonderful and patience with all my questions. The property was beyond clean and everything you needed to keep it that way was readily available. One block to the beach. We stayed in upstairs unit and the outside back patio was a great place to gather. You can also sit on the front patio and see the beach. Enough linens and bath towels for our 4 day stay without having to do laundry. Beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Having an open concept for the kitchen, dining and living room was a plus as no one was left out. The rental bikes were delivered and ready to go. Easy bike ride or walk to pier. Sunday there is a Farmers Market by the pier which has yummy fruit and food. Everyone from 8 to 70 enjoyed our stay. Plenty to do from where the house sits. Plenty of couch seating in the living room for all of us. Wonderful stay! We can't wait to return.

This place was only one small block from the ocean. The big patio on the back is through a bedroom, which is awkward. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped.

Everything was just as described. Make sure to read the fine print for extra fees. Still a great value considering the amount of space!

Great location to walk to the beach and stores, restaurants, etc. Home was perfect for our group of 8. Only problem was the hall toilet kept plugging up. 1st time we called the mgmt comp and they responded very quickly. Unfortunately it seems to plug on a daily basis and we just dealt with it ourselves. Other than that it was great.

My 2 adult kids and I had a great time here, a fabulous location with ocean view from the living room and narrow deck ( larger deck on other side). Very spacious and quick response from management, would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly how it was described on the site. We really appreciate the great customer service of the property management - specifically, Celine! She was such a delight and recommended us to many places to visit with our kiddos. The Property itself was really clean, and spacious! We would totally come back and stay here again soon!

Just a few steps from the sand, quick walk or drive to Balboa, 4 large bedrooms...full kitchen and grill. What more can you ask for! Note: Housekeepers are there at 10am checkout and SHARP. So start packing early and get OUT LOL...or maybe the PM company should honor the hour wiggle room we were told about upon check-in and have the cleaners there at 1030 or 11.

We had a amazing time! Property was a great location. It was clean and a perfect size. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and loved having separate bedrooms for each of us! The master bathroom is fairly small, but it was nice to have two full baths. Two parking spaces and the outdoor deck were also great. Just one block off the beach so we walked there and back so many times! My only suggestions were to add a letter to the door (we had food delivered quite a few times and the delivery drivers always had to call since the units weren’t labeled) and to change out the shower head in the master shower for one with better pressure! Not having to pick up and drop off keys at the management office would also be a good change. But overall would totally stay here again!

It was very clean, everything is very new. I even have dishwasher envy now. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here with two families (Families of 4). Couldn't beat the location. Beach is right there, and the walk down south to the pier/shops is not bad at all.
