This property has its own parking, and is located a block from downtown, so quiet with easy access, walking distance access to shops and restaurants. Loved the furniture, and kitchen was well-supplied with cutlery and dishes. Only regret about our visit west was that we didn't stay an extra day in Moab.

This is the optimum spot in the heart of downtown Moab. Only a block off of Main Street, this dead-end street is as quiet and peaceful as can be. The access to the bike/walking path makes it perfect for getting back and forth across town. The bathroom is tiny, but efficient. The bedrooms are just right. The kitchen, dining and living room are perfect. And the hot tub is great. The outdoor shower is out of commission. Would be great to have that operable. The front screen door slams shut. It just needs some TLC. The gas grill didn't function properly. Bottom line is we would love to stay here again next year. THANKS VACASA.

Quiet street, but right off the main drag. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Charming decor.

The house was wonderful - perfect location for walking all over town, clean, private, and very quiet.

The house is conveniently located in Moab and close to everything you would need. Very comfortable home with everything provided that you might need. Arches National Park is very close by and some wonderful hiking is to be had, despite the crowds. For a quieter experience head out to hike up to the Corona Arch which is outside of the park. You can see petroglyphs and dinosaur prints located close to the road. We saw the sunrise on our hot air balloon ride and later - sunset in Arches. Highly recommend Red Rock Ballooning. Absolutely amazing experience. And the icing in the cake was to come back at the end of the day and soak in the hot tub ! It was worth the long drive from Vancouver Island to Utah. Wonderful trip !

Old home. Many Cobwebs in home. Very filthy under master bed. Tiny toilet had to sit sideways. Diner table seem dirty. Old furniture had feathers coming out. MiniSplit AC remote controls didn’t respond. Pix available if u wish.

Very neat and clean. Clear instructions to check in and out. Close to national park and very convenient to eat out and do grocery. The only thing is wifi very slow. Other than that will recommend a nice place to stay

House was good, as advertised. Address on sign in yard did not match email & there was no number on the house. Construction immediately next door started at 6:30 am weekdays, made sleeping in main bedroom difficult.

The cottage was clean, the location is perfect near downtown Moab, and the host was very helpful during the check-in process.

Fabulous location, we easily walked to everything downtown with our two young kids. Stocked kitchen & clean washer/dryer. Very charming, but dated, house. The beds & linens are our only complaint. The sheets were so, so thin and drabby, as well as the towels.

It was a great location for home base to local parks and hikes. Hot tub at the end of the day was a plus!

Nice house one block from Main St.

Perfect vacation property. So cute and functional. Walking distance to restaurants but we made our meals in the fully appointed kitchen. We used the hot tub every night before bed to loosen those our soar muscles after a day of hiking the canyons. Highly recommended property.

Beautiful house, walking distance to everything in Moab.

Everything was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed during our stay. We really appreciated that the area was very quiet and yet was just a few minutes' walk into town. This location is also very convenient to some of the main areas we wanted to explore including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. We would definitely recommend this home for your stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is perfect--quiet and tucked away, but right off the main road near many shops and restaurants. Outdoor space, including the hot tub were ideal. Only issue is that the dryer makes an incredibly loud buzzing noise.

Overall we had a great stay. Pros: Communication was excellent. Property is on a quiet side street one block from everything you need. The parking area is large and A/C was great. Cons: All of the basics were there, we are just used to all of the thoughtful touches that other properties we have stayed at included that don’t cost a lot, but make your stay exceptional, such as a few bottles of water in the fridge, an assortment of different pillows to choose from (they we too flat for a side-sleeper), Tupperware for leftovers, etc. and the clothes washer was unbelievably loud. We would definitely stay again, but hope it is updated a bit in the future.

This property was accurately described, a great location and quick walk to downtown Moab…. Had issue with the bathtub still dirty when we arrived but when reported the issue they offered to send someone out… only other issue was that the washing machine was extremely loud when running….hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking….overall would definitely recommend!

Loved this charming, quiet, older home short walking distance from main street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Clear instructions on the inside bullet board. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The small yard is full of shade. The master bed is firm, which we like. Bathroom is small but has plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. Kitchen has everything to cook including crockpot. We will try to stay here next time we come to Moab.

This cabin/house was perfect for me and my husband and our adult son working in Moab area who was able to stay a few nights with us. We loved and used every part of this very cute, clean, perfect space. The kitchen, hot tub, grill, washer and dryer, outdoor eating and sitting area, etc. are things a motel wouldn’t have offered us. It was such a perfect hideaway tucked in a perfect spot a block or so behind Main Street. If there had been more than two or threeif us though we probably would prefer a second bathroom. We mainly explored the parks in Utah and didn’t set enough time aside for exploring Moab. We loved this cabin, it made me nostalgic for a cabin my family owned growing up in the Ozarks. Thanks for a perfect spot for us!

Pros: clean, comfortable beds, room for 3 with ease, excellent well stocked kitchen. Comfortable and inviting dinning and living area. A welcomed change from hotels Extra pros: within a few minutes walk of the best restaurant in Moab - Desert Bistro. Also, Fiesta Mexica, essentially across the street, is excellent. All other shops within walking distance. Cons: small bathroom with tiny toilet and no fan. If you share with others, make sure you are willing to accept this limitation. Overall: worth it for a minimum of 2 nights, a far better deal for a week.

We arrived and could not open the hot tub it was locked. Called and waited for an hour for someone to answer. Called again the next day waited an hour to be told the local person would be in touch. We still haven’t heard from that person. Even after many messages from me. The lock on the hot tub is stuck and will not turn and we were not sent the combination
