right next to major road,room next to front entrance with light on all night,reluctant to hand over air con remote

On our arrival the staff were very indifferent towards us rather than welcoming. Furthermore the staff demanded payment, I told them that it was already paid for but they insisted it wasn't paid for, it was late and we were tired so we paid and took it up with Booking.com. We have still not been reimbursed by Booking.com.

You get what you pay for which wasn’t a lot so don’t expect the Ritz

It was just a bed for the night on the way down to the south at last minute wouldn’t be staying again

I did not have breakfast. The location is excellent, adjacent to motorway and petrol available next to hostel.

Knew what to expect as stayed here a long time and regularly stop for a drink/ snack when passing. very clean but somewhat old fashioned decor. Some light bulbs missing/not working. Only stay here if you have enough Spanish to make yourself understood.

Stayed here on our journey from England great for an overnight stay. very good menu del dia

Non existent breakfast.we were offered coffee,half a toasted baguette,or churros,or a pastry left over from previous day.

The breakfast. As the Santa Ana is on the motorway,there is no chance of going anywhere else to eat. T he place was comfortable enough.

The room was great, quiet, very clean and comfortable
