I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Visakha 6 Hotel. The room exceeded expectations, offering a comfortable bed and ample space, including a spacious bathroom. The peaceful environment, coupled with an excellent location, made my visit truly enjoyable. The staff's professionalism added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for a restful and pleasant stay.

When I reached, there was power outage of 6 hours. I checked in in the candlelight. The hotel does not have generator. It was agonizing to find way in the dark, I skidded in the bathroom in pitch darkness. Next day I got five stitches near the eye SLR 9500 expenses. All lies : no paid breakfast, not allowed to cook, no tumble dryer, .poor Wifi, biting mosquitoes, far from R. Sttion, no ironing facility, soiled linen, no hot water in the bathroom as no water heater. Extremely overpriced. SLR 11000 without breakfast. Outrageous. Booking. com should remove this property.

The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are small but if you stay for a short period is perfect. Also Mr. Benjamin Is very kind and very helpful, I highly recommend the hotel.

Benjamin war ein toller Gastgeber. Hat ich um alles gekümmert und war immer zur stelle. Das haus ist sehr schön und es roch wirklich sehr gut. Die gemeinschaftsküche hatte alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und sehr sauber.

We really enjoyed our stay at Visakha 6. The room was clean and comfortable. We even watched a little of the TV that had a lot of channels. It was great for our first night stay in Colombo and Ben is a very nice host. Also well located on a quiet street, quite close to the coast and only 10 mins tuk tuk to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a room at Visakha 6 for the final night of our holiday as we had an early flight the next morning. It offered a convenient location for an overnight stay - clean and comfortable with good service and helpful information provided by the host (Tuk Tuk to dinner and taxi to the airport).

Very clean and new, fantastic location and helpful manager. The value for money is unsurpassed in Colombo imho.

Wifi strength not great.

It’s very clean, staffs are very friendly and kind. All the wall paintings give a nice touch up to the whole place. It’s near the main road so one can easily find cheap restaurants and supermarkets.

We wish that it would be possible for guests to use the open kitchen for simple cooking, like boiling noodles and so on.

Simple, functional, very quiet and clean. The host had answers to all of our questions and gave good advice, for example where to eat and how much one should pay for tuk-tuk.

Benjamin is a good soul who will try his best to make your stay as close to perfect as possible! Rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Many international sockets everywhere and enough room to store your luggage. Beds are amazingly comfortable! I liked the location with several restaurants and shops in walking distance while being quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back whenever I'm in Colombo again!

Benjamin the host is great men. He welcomed us so nicely. He also speak very good English. Acommodation is also great , nice room in a safe neigbourhood. Location is also good not far from centar with tuk tuk. We felt here like at our home. I would highly recommend this place in Colombo.

The owner is very helpfull. He gave good tips for malls and restaurants. The room is good and the shower is great. Breakfast also good. You can walk or take tuktuk to nice places. We will recommend the street food named Cinema, nearby along the railway station at the beach.

We stayed in room 6, nice to wake up with the smell from the kitchen.

Great rooms with a perfect location. Coffee and water for free which is amazing to have. A/C works perfectly and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend this place in Colombo.
