כשמתייחסים אליך כמו לקוח הכי יקר, כשמציאים לך עזרה לפני שאתה מבקש, כשזוכרים את השם שלך ואת הצרכים שלך, אתה מתחיל להרגיש כמו בבית. חשבנו ללון 3 לילות בלבד, ולהמשיך למקום אחר, אך מצאנו את עצמינו נשארים ל14 יום. וכשעזבנו הרגשנו שזא המקום שאנחנו רוצים להיות בו בביקורים שלנו בישראל.
תודה לסאנאד שדאג לניקיון וסדר, תודה לאורן שתמיד עונה מייד, מוצא פתרונות ,דואג, מסביר,בחור נהדר ! תודה ליוסף על האוכל הנפלא ופינוקים קטנים, תודה לג"ודית שהיתה שם אתנו ,עם תה, עוגיות, מוזיקה טובה ושיחה נעימה.וכמובן תודה ליובל על תשומת
הלב האישית, על כמה שיחות מעניינות ,על זה שסידר לנו את האינטרנט, ובעיקר על הצוות הנפלא שעובד במלון הזה

חדר מרווח,,פינת קפה חופשית בסלון לובי. חניה ₪25 במלון ל 24שעות.
מיקום מצויין ביפו, הליכה לפשפשים וסמטאות הפאבים והטברנות.

It's a really good place for a decent price. Rooms are clean, close to Old Jaffa, staff is friendly. There is free tea/coffee in the reception. You've got everything you need. I recommend this stay.
All good - for this price it was really good value. It's not the most beautiful building from the outside.

The staff are absolutely amazing! all of them specially the Russian guy (which o forgot the name). They were super kind, attentive, helpful and really amazing. the place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and shower is very good. big spacious room with high ceiling. location also great if you want to be close to Jaffa.
the towels were a bit too thin but it’s a very minor non important thing. and they need to have black tea. that’s all

The location is ideally located for the bars, cafes, restaurants of Jaffa.
The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations for things to do and helping to organise transport.
I liked everything.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

the staff are friendly and polite. The location is safe and convenient. We could easily walk everywhere.
The noise from outside was extreme. It could be our room as it was facing the street but we couldn’t sleep well. also the housekeeper left the AC on and our room was absolutely freezing.

Staffs (Ligal, Alex and Vivian) are accommodating and friendly, the place is near to cafes, restaurant, beach and tourist spot. The rooftop bar is so nice 👌 😍 will surely recommend it to my friends

The 30,000 seater Bloomfield stadium is 50 metres from the hotel, lots of noise on match nights.
Nice roof top bar but no staff working there on the two occasions I visited.

It was fine enough but we were happy to not spend much time there.
Staff we encountered were really lovely and pre-arrival and departure comms were excellent.
Door keys with pin codes was great, meant not having to worry about keys when you were out for the day.
We appreciate that INTA are trying to be environmentally friendly (which is great) however, we felt like this was replaced by a lack of quality, such as the bed sheets, towels, furniture, etc. It felt like 'more of a hostel with private rooms than a hotel.
It was a shame that the roof terrace was not available our last night due to a private event but appreciate that couldn't be helped.
Replacing the mouldy shower curtain would be an instant lift to the bathrooms.

Located very close to JAFFA, in my opinion the nicest part of the city.
It's more a hostel.
Next to a car washing station and on a very busy road, don't forget to bring earplugs.

We loved the silence. Everything was really nice, the weather was not too good, so we could not enjoy the roof. Personal, beds and everything was really nice!
the location is nice since it is really quiet. Still, you have to walk / drive a bit. We liked it, but you have to have it in mind - not in the center.

Very nicely decorated hotel, including the reception area, the room and the terrace. The bathroom was also very modern and had a nice design. The location was very good, close to the tram stop and the bonus was that the football stadium is right next door so you could hear the football match happening from your window. That was very fun.

It‘s a nice little hotel with really beautiful rooms and great beds. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the flea market area.
The hotel has a roof bar - and there are lots of parties there. It is really loud inside the rooms. I stayed three nights and there where (private) parties on two of those nights. If you are looking for a quiet place, it might not be perfect.

Free coffee, tea, and water. Very friendly staff. The location is 30 mins from the city centre.
The water ran out of the shower area because it does not have a threshold. It is impossible to shower for more than 2 minutes otherwise the room would get flooded.
