Relaxing visit to Maui. Two couples fit comfortably and we had plenty of space. The hall bathroom was used by one couple and the other had the master bath so it worked out well. My only complaint was the unit next door has an extremely bright and sensitive motion sensor and when we would go out at night to look at the stars, the darn light would pop on! Really enjoyed the property, the location and the views! Look forward to coming back every year!

Waking up to the view and sound of the surf is worth every penny we spent to have the ocean view! We all enjoyed sipping coffee and cocktails on the lanai and watching the ocean (and visiting chickens). An added bonus is being able to walk into Lahaina for shopping and shaved ice! The owner has provided everything you need for a stay, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which we used every day! One suggestion for improving the guest experience would be to boost the wifi signal on the lanai. If we had been working remotely, that is where we would want to work! We highly recommend this unit and would love to come back in the future!

Beautiful location Amazing views from lani

We had an awesome 5 day vacation on Maui. This home was perfect. Comfortable, clean, convenient and quiet. Coffee on the lanai each morning was un paralleled. I thought I would miss not having a TV in the living room but who needs TV with a few like this.

This is a pretty epic location. Sunsets are amazing every night. Steps away from the beach. For those that surf there is a surf break within walking distance. Great place for a family to stay!

The property was fine, decently maintained and clean. The only complaint we really have is that if Saturday is going to be the check-in date for many of us, there should be someone on site to assist those of us arriving on that day. No one in the office to give us our passwords to the front gate let alone our house key lock. If it wasn't for a maintenance person we would have waited even longer than we did. When we arrived there were three other groups hanging around the clubhouse unable to access their units as well.

Great beach for stronger swimmers. Complex had other amenities for the kids like pools and playground. Kids enjoyed the chickens wandering around the property, however the chickens were a bit bold and wouldn't hesitate to jump on the outside furniture or your outside table while you were sitting at it.

The condo was gorgeous. We opened the doors and sat on the patio every chance we got. We thought it was well stocked with everything we needed and enjoyed the adult pool right on the ocean as well as the family pool. We even were greeted by our neighbors the first evening and invited to their silent disco party on the grass!!!! It was my two adult daughters and my grandaughter so it was lovely place for our 3 generation girl's trip. I would definately recommend it. Mahalo from your 9th Island visitors.

Beautiful home with amazing views

We had the most amazing vacation. We highly recommend staying in Dave's home. We enjoyed everything that this resort offered. The sunsets were amazing, the pools were great for our granddaughter and our lanai was EXCEPTIONAL ! We enjoyed every meal and our mai tais while watching the sunset on our lanai. We can hardly wait to return.

This property was an ideal and very special place to spend our vacation. I could never get over being right on the ocean with beach access just a few steps from our back door! We loved waking up with a cup of coffee by the ocean and enjoying dinners on the patio with the sunset in the evening. This property accommodated all 6 of us adults just fine. Enjoy your stay!

Place was very comfortable and had the essentials to make you feel like you are right at home. The view is amazing. Everything was in good working condition and we did not have any issues whatsoever. Place is highly recommended.

We have stayed in other units at Puamana and I am going to be honest and say that this unit was dated and definitely not clean. The ceiling fans were covered in old visible dust.The kitchen was well stocked with appliances but very poorly organized with no order in any of the cabinets. The closets in the bedrooms and hall way were also extremely disorganized and just did not feel clean or inviting. Compared to other units the second and third bedroom were dark and the bed frames are all loose and continuously hit the wall behind it. Although we did not come on holiday to watch TV we have 3 teenagers and they had no TV in the second and third bedroom and the TV in the living room was too small for the size of the room. The gas barbecue was too filthy to use and extremely small. There was dark fat overflowing from the tray on this barbecue and we were shocked at the condition it was in.We enjoyed the view of the ocean, the lanai and the subsets but we have had far better experiences in other units at Puamana. Compared to other units we feel this one was completely overpriced.

A very nice unit in a perfect location.

The living room opens with wide glass doors to a large patio. The fans keep the patio cool. The hedge kept our 3 yr old safe from the ocean but you can still see the waves and surfers. Can walk to lava sand beach. Pools are popular for families. Beach/pool things in condo nice addition, inner tube on patio great for 6 month old starting to sit, toys for sand, beach chairs etc. Located near bigger shady beaches.

We had a great stay - we loved the location of Puamana, and this unit is situated ideally in the community. The view is beautiful. We ate many meals outside on the lanai and watched countless whales. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this unit. The location right on the water was spectacular. We watched the sunset every evening with whales viewable in the water. It was close to town and had everything we needed.

We stayed at the beginning of February and my biggest disappointment was that there was no beach at that time of year for sitting on or easy access to water. Any problems we had were quickly handled by the caretaker. I would recommend a wifi booster be put into the unit, wifi signal was very weak or not available on the Lani unless the doors were wide open.

The property was a perfect spot for our family We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai with the waves breaking!
