The house was well-equipped, clean, up-to-date, and beautifully furnished. Be prepared to bring your own sheets/towels - not an issue. I fell in love with the ice maker! (It's those little things that make your day...) There was some construction going on next door during our stay, which got us up earlier in the morning than we would have liked...but it got us onto the beach that much sooner! Which BTW is about 30 yards from the house : ) Overall - a great vacation!

The beach cottage was a great place to stay for our family reunion weekend. The cottage is warm and inviting, neighborhood is quiet and beach access wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation!

Quite compact and nicely arranged 3 bedroom. Easy 50 yard trot to the beach. Once we knew about bringing your own sheets or ordering from the linen service it was much easier. Good space up front.

Beautiful Beach Cottage one house back from the ocean. New upgrades including, tankless water heater, exposed spiral duct, cedar shower with a heated floor to step out onto, Sonos sound system, and many more! Loved our stay there and will be back.

This home was beautiful! All updated but still holding true to the beach homes of the past. Perfect for sunny days and rainy. We showed up and it was raining but did not matter the home was laid out so everyone could hang out and play games and joke around. My whole family loved it and already started making plans to go back.

Excellent location just steps from the beach. Awesome surf beach right in front of house. Riverfront cafe short walk from house was perfect for a quick breakfast. Back bay just a short drive away where you can put paddle boards or kayaks in. Edgar Felix Bike trail (coast to capital trail) in town that should go to Allaire State Park. Unfortunately there is construction at the moment. In-line skating park was also fun for our hockey kids. The roads were way too bumpy for skateboarding though. A quiet town during the week that became very popular on the weekend! All in all great for our family, and we felt safe letting the teenagers ride their bikes around to explore.

We are very familiar with Manasquan and knew the exact location of this rental property which was right on the beach. The pictures on VRBO looked good and the reviews were positive so we decided to go for it even though it was for only 4 nights (we were looking for 7). OMG!! Pictures cannot do this place justice! The high ceilings, open kitchen/living room, and HUGE dining nook, was simply fantastic. The wide hallway leading to the three good sized bedrooms made this place look much larger than we had expected. There’s a half bath in the living room area, a full bath with a beautiful large shower and a cedar shower at the end of the hallway where a back door leads to the beach. We had six people on this trip. Me and my husband, my 85-year-old mother, my brother, and my two teenage sons. Six adults in this property and it was more than comfortable. We even had a rainy day where we were all stuck inside and the living space was so roomy! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. Measuring cups, pots and pans, cutting knives, and a gas stove with hood range. There was a large sized Keurig plus a coffee pot for those who like to brew more than one cup. We had an amazing time in Manasquan and this beach property was perfect for our family. There is no doubt that we will be booking this property next summer and plan to stay for a full week!

The owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. We did a remote school/remote work/beach trip. WiFi supported all of our demands. Great property.

House was perfect for off season at the shore.....steps to beach.......a block to inlet to watch boats. Very clean and comfortable.....we hope to return to this lovely home.

If you walk out the back door the beach is right there and there is a walking path along the ocean if you walk out the street side and down the block you can go fishing right by the bulkhead Excellent Location!!

This is a very nice house, short walk to the beach, maybe 40 yrds. if that, everything you need is there, seems to have been remodeled not too long ago, very clean, we all enjoyed very much.

We had an awesome time at the beach house - it really is literally steps from the beach, close enough that our kids could run there barefoot. The house looks just like in the pictures - very clean, spacious, and cute beach decor. The built in eating nook was perfect to fit the family, and the layout with tv and couches was very comfortable. Comfy beds too! Everything about the house and location was perfect. All the details were well thought through - cedar shower right at back entrance, hose outside to clean the sand off your feet, clothesline out back... Highly recommend!
