A wonderful place! This condo is so well equipped, was clean and very comfortable. We have stayed at many vrbo condos in the Winter Park/Fraser area, and so many are lacking in basic essentials and comforts of home… this one stands out as a winner! Even had soft toilet paper! :) Thanks for the great stay!

The property is clean, well-stocked and maintained. The owner was friendly and very attentive. It’s a quick trip from the condo to the Winter Park ski slopes. I look forward to staying there in the future.

My family loved our time in Fraser. The location of the condo is great for adventure. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. We even had the chance to see some wildlife in the meadow across the street from the condo. In short we loved it.

We were very impressed with the quality of this rental. It has been beautifully updated with a kitchen that will help bring out your inner chef. It has a very comfortable master king bed, which is very important on vacation. Internet service rocked! We highly recommend this vacation rental!

This condo was perfect for 2 families enjoying a long weekend of skiing. Facilities were good and everything we needed. Access to the hot tub at the rec center was a nice bonus.

Nice collection of popular movies and board games. Fits 5 adults in the living area, 4 around the eating table. Kitchen and pantry have everything -- well stocked and everything we used functioned perfectly. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the apartment, which is very well-equipped. The outdoor pool and spa are great !

Condo was clean and comfortable. There was no propane in the grill, and only 1 full and 2 partial rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, but other than that it was good.

Excellent location. Quiet. Clean. Appeared newly remodeled with very nice appliances . We prepared a number of meals with ease. King bed was very comfortable. We liked the Wi Fi and having the Blue Ray player in the living room. Having two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning faster for us.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it. Situated in Meadow Ridge it is very well located for Fraser, Winter Park town and Resort and less than an hour’s drive to the lovely Grand Lake town, the Trail Ridge road through the Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs Resort and Kremmling for rafting. Very well appointed condo with everything we needed and lots of space for the four of us. Comfy beds, enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine on the nice balcony. Meadow Ridge Resort rec centre has a nice pool and handy laundry as well as a gym and tennis courts if you need them. Safeway is fairly close just down the hill. There was so much to do in this area even in the summer. It was our first trip to Colorado and loved the area and the condo. The owner Michelle always responded quickly to our questions before we arrived which was appreciated! I would have no hesitation in rebooking this apartment if we ever came back to the area. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our little family had a great time, the condo was clean with a nice layout and everything was well stocked. Going for a dip in the swimming pool right across the road after a day of adventure and sightseeing was a big treat!

Great condo, nicely updated and clean. Beds were super comfortable and location was perfect. We enjoyed the club house pool, hot tubs, and courts. Take a trip to Granby and Monarch Lake for some beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Will definitely return!
