Wonderful property! Everyone enjoyed the stay and had fun snorkeling for lobsters! Melanie was very responsive to any questions I had and helped make our stay worry free.

we had difficulty taking our suitcases up to our condo . veiws very obstructed ,no real beach ,pictures deceptive rules to wash all dishes all the dishes and place them back to where it was kept ...we are on vacation worn out sheets and towels ,beds are worn and comfortable no welcome notes ....to business like .. last but not least $ 250 cash for cleaning the place

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway, quiet, relaxing, and much-needed. if you’re looking for nightlife key west is only 30 minutes away. If you enjoy the peace and quiet the little resort was perfect. My only complaint would be the beds. Both beds were very loud and uncomfortable but that’s just my personal preference.

Property is better than advertised. The house is clean and very well stocked. Great communication during the check in process. Ocean view is beautiful and the pool is great. Perfect location near Key West, Big Pine, and Marathon. Will definitely be back.

The house was clean and the location was nice. The pool was clean and had furniture for use. Great views of the sunset and sunrise. Grocery store was close by. Found some places to get shells, it was a bit of work. We did find a place with a lot of conch shells. We also stopped at a park just before the bridge leaving Cudjo Key and founs some nice shells (few). There was a pair of flamingos in the marsh just past the house complex, you could see them early in the morning and just before sunset/dusk. So awesome.

The property was well maintained. We did have an issue with the freezer in our unit but Melanie was very quick to respond and worked on getting it taken care of. The kayaks and the pool were everyone's favorite! The pool was kept at a perfect temperature! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Perfect location for relaxing. Far enough away from the downtown area to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to the action if you’re into it.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock chairs that overlooked the water. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at this Cudjoe Key home was excellent. The house was very clean, and well appointed. All we needed to bring was food. The house is very comfortable, and relaxing. It's location was perfect for access to KW, and many orher activities in the area. The owner was very helpful, and great to communicate with. I highly recommend this home.

After our stay, we noticed whether good or bad, the property manager gets very defensive in her reply to reviews. To avoid being blasted ourselves, we will avoid further comment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and neat and well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra sheets and towels and pillows. We were comfortable here right away. View from top balcony is beautiful. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and taking the kayak out at sunset. Great location away from the busyness of Key West but close enough to drive there every day. Owner was so easy to communicate with. She responded to any question I had within minutes which is very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved out stay & found the location & accomdations to be perfect!!! We will definetly be back & will choose the same location & condo for our stay. Just a short drive into Duval street & surrounding keys!! The community is well kept & the condo has all the essentials we needed for our stay!!! So much fun!!!!

We had a long day of travel from the west coast to Miami. One piece of luggage was delayed. We didn't get to the property til 11pm or so. There was no water. We contacted Melanie for suggestions. There was a water main line break and no one had water in the lower keys. She brought us bottled water first thing in the morning. The accommodations are everything you need. Neighbors are so friendly. Would stay there again!! Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay. Clean accommodations. Good location. Pool was small, well maintained. Tiki hut was relaxful. Bikes were old, tires needed air. Bring laundry soap, expected to wash beach towels, but there is no soap. After checking out, received text from manager, accusing us of having more that 2 people, because both beds had been used. We only had two! We have never rented a house, where you were not allowed to use the whole place. Confusing!

Beautiful comfortable condo on the water in Cudjoe Key. Condo was very spacious & comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. High speed internet too! Nice small pool. Newer little pier. Parking available for boats but just know how to navigate cause water is shallow. 4 kayaks to use which was great for paddling around mangroves. Saw a baby bull shark & a 4’ nurse shark! Covered tiki hut and nice outside chairs on water. Park underneath house. Outside table for 6. We felt it was a great location. Not in the business of Key West but just a short drive. Owner even dropped off a key lime pie!! Nice stay!

This was a good place to launch from and come home to. Close to beaches. Close to Key West. Close to fabulous restaurants.

This place was almost flawless, property manager was nice and attentive to our needs and have no complaints other than low tide for boaters but thats mother nature and do not fault anybody for it. This was clean and amazing place to celebrate our 14yr wedding anniversary, location was perfect as we close to key west and literally everything we needed and wanted, would definitely book again and promise melanie no shrimp incidents lol , again thanks to her and property owners for great experience!

Our trip began with a text message letting us know we could check in early. Unfortunately we drove from Tampa to the Keys the same day so arrived around 4:30. We did a quick review of the property, let the owner know of a couple of things that were not working and our vacation began. We walked down to the marina and met another couple who had been there a while. Pool is small but not why we came so it didn't matter. The unit itself was well stocked with all the basics and more. We visited places from Marathon to Key West during our stay and found it to be a great location. It was very quiet, comfortable and we even discussed how we would love to purchase a home just like this one. It was about 30 minutes from Key West and not a bad drive at all. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Melanie for a memorable anniversary trip!

Great location only about 30 minutes from Key West, house was really nice and clean, had everything we needed and more!

We had an older group, so having bedrooms on the 2nd level of an already raised property was tough. I’m talking 70+ so keep that in mind! The boating is limited to shallow water vessels, max draft 2’ which was find for my 24’ bay boat. The place is well kept and everyone on the phone and in the community were wonderful!

Parking is tricky getting in and out of complex, Water is very shallow and were unable to use our boat we traveled with on most days.

The check in process was great as was the check out. The rental was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience the Keys! Thank you Melanie!!

Place was nice, A/C was programed not to go under 73 most of the time it it was hot in there called property manager she got upset. checked out at 10:10 instead of 10:00 she got mad again. Property managers was not nice i would not recommend.

Very nice place! Fit our needs for our stay with family! Only wish was that there was a beach like the picture looked like. Overall a great place to stay!!
