excellent staff very friendly and welcoming room was great very clean loved the bed super comfy great breakfast. Also valet attendants were great at getting our car to us on time . Loved this place will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! It is located on a quiet part of the river. The bedding was so comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The only things that could make it better would be a fire pit outside to lounge around at night, a hot tub, and a bath tub in the room.

The location of the hotel was wonderful and so was the valet staff

I did not get the room I originally booked and was told it was unavailable. There was a Powerade bottle behind the curtains when we pulled them back, and there seemed to be a blood stain on the floor.

Very comfortable and clean. It was nice and close to everything. The staff were super friendly.

Breakfast facilities were absolutely atrocious. Single use plastic or polystyrene everything. It made me feel really sad. Even though the breakfast was complementary we refused to contribute to the problem and paid to eat elsewhere.

The room was very nice ,comfortable and modern.. the bathroom was great, as well as the mini kitchen area. The outdoor pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast time, too. The location area was fabulous and very convenient to walk to the River walk and many other wonderful venues on the street level. Pricy but a very good hotel.

I just didn't like that they add an extra 230 dollar incidental deposit to.your room charge and not tell you ahead of time. They do refund to your account after a few business days but a heads up before hand would be nice. 230 usd can be used for flights ✈️ 😏

Well I'm pretty sure you hear it this before. I love the fact that you guys have valet parking, but I think it's a little overpriced but I didn't mind paying it for the convenience

The staff was friendly

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The floors were filthy and covered in hair. The shower wasn’t cleaned, there was a booger on the wall and hair still in it. The sink had toothpaste in it. Toilet wasn’t cleaned either. Our beds had balls of hair in it and were stained. We had to ask for clean sheets and change our own bedding after traveling two days to get there and it was late at night, we were tired. The maids came in the next day to “clean” but the floors were still disgusting. Price was different from what booking told me. Valet is basically the only option here, it’s $49 a night. We could never get the room to cool down. One elevator was broken the morning of checkout and everybody in the hotel was checking out at the same time. Their wasn’t enough carts, it took two hours to get all our belongings down to the lobby. Cockroaches were all over the sidewalk outside. The pool was smaller than it looked online. Mostly all of the chairs were broken. Our view was of old abandoned run down buildings with graffiti written on them. I will never stay here again.
