I'll bet you are thinking, "Gee, only 575 sq. ft. Isn't that kind of small?" We thought exactly the same thing, but you can put that thought out of your head. This condo's accommodations are so well thought out that you will swear you are staying in a place double the size. I have a long list of positive things to say. Let me begin by saying that the cabinet arrangement in the bedroom is one of the most clever ideas I've seen. No dresser needed, so floor space is saved. The amount of cabinet storage is beyond what anyone could need. There is under-cabinet lighting for reading at night, and there are counters below the cabinets which give ample space to spread out. We love ceiling fans, and this one has 3. We didn't use the air conditioning once. Naturally, that is a personal preference, but for us, if we can produce a nice cool breeze at night without A/C, that's our preference, and the fans worked perfectly. Everything is clean and well maintained. We found no maintenance issues whatsoever. The kitchen is well-appointed with the usual appliances, but more importantly, the cookware, plates, and flatware are of very good quality, which is not always the case in rental condos. The view? The floors are numbered the way they do it in Europe, so we were actually on the 13th floor, which is called the penthouse (PH). The view is breathtaking. We watched the sunset every evening, sat on the lanai for meals, feeling the breeze, watching the ocean, and loving that we never encountered a flying biting insect. The Queen size bed is quite comfortable, with lots of pillows. Not all beaches are created equal, but this one is among the best we have encountered. Sandy, deep, long, and inviting. We prefer the ocean, but if you like a pool, this one is very nice. Mandatory for me is that I have an outdoor shower to rinse off after being in the ocean. There are 3 of them, so I was happy. A computer table is provided, for my laptop, and the WiFi is excellent. Plenty of facial tissue and toilet tissue provided. You're going to think this is funny, but we have one complaint. We needed a large, non-serrated knife to cut watermelon. Hey, I wouldn't be a normal renter if I didn't complain about something. Finally, and most importantly, Julie, our host, was communicative and responsive to our needs, beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Thank you, Julie. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Awesome place to stay at. The condo is a lot nicer than the pictures. The entire complex is very well maintained. We would highly recomend staying here for a couple. Our only wish is that the pool would stay open past 7.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was the best we have rented by far. The view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. The beach & pool were 3 minutes from the door! It was very clean and the owners/hosts were excellent to work with. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a little over a week. We loved how this property was far enough away from the business of the northern part of the island, but close enough to drive to restaurants/check out other beaches/etc. We did have a car during our stay, which made traveling very easy. The view from the balcony is amazing, the pool was great, and the beach being right there is a huge draw. The condo was very clean and was stocked well with things we weren't even expecting, which was great! There was quite a bit of construction going on in the street right in front of the condo buildings, but not much you can do about that. We did have an issue with the AC unit one morning, but the owners were responsive and immediately worked to resolve the issue. Great place and my husband and I both agreed we could see ourselves coming back here in the future!

This end of the beach was less populated which is exactly what we were looking for. The unit was small but we didn’t care as there were only 2 of us! Easy access to beach-literally 30 second walk as beach is RIGHT there. Easy walk to more populated if that is your thing. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Close to shopping and restaurants. The decor in the unit is a bit dated but we were there for the beach and it completely met our needs! Sit on the balcony and watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

five star condo with five star views. Ron and Julie very helpful with information about area and traffic. Large pool, beach in front of condo, great sunsets every night. Even full moon set into the gulf. Will be returning in the near future. thank you Ron and Julie.

The property was a perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our first anniversary. We loved how quiet the area was and the great dining across the street. The pizza place was the best pizza we’ve ever had!

The size was big enough for the two of us. It was completely stocked with everything we needed. We never wanted for anything while we were there. I will definitely use this again and refer to family and friends.

We had a very nice stay. The sunsets were absolutely outstanding each night! The place is beautiful. We were hoping to use the trolly, but it didn't work very well as far away as this condo is, so I would recommend renting a car. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location! The pictures show a mangrove with lots of birds to watch, but rest assured that there is direct access to that beautiful beach. The place was immaculate and the amenities were great. The many cabinets were excellent for storage and it was great to have a place to put everything, including a place to store our luggage out of sight. The view and sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed hearing the waves crash onto the beach from the terrace. Besides the view of the gulf, this condo is located within a few minutes walk to Santini plaza, with several restaurants, shops, a marina offering rentals and tours, and even a CVS. The pool offers plenty of lounge chairs and the tennis courts are har-tru. The owners are most helpful and answered any questions I had within minutes!

This time away was exactly what I needed for rest and refreshment! Everything was perfect - can’t wait to go back!!

When we arrived we were welcomed with chocolate , cold bottled water and a view that’s to die for! Morning coffee was amazing on the open balcony and evening wine was just as perfect. Owners were very responsive and welcoming and kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure we were good.We truly had everything we could want , sheets, towels , beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen was fully equipped . We walked to ice cream shop , restaurant and many other stores in the Santini plaza which was very convenient. The beach was a very short walk from the apt , ,the pool was clean and had nice lounge chairs to sunbath.Thank you Julie for a great stay and will definitely be back to stay.

We booked this property for a anniversary trip. This property did not disappoint. The amazing views are breath taking , with gorgeous sunsets you can enjoy from the balcony. Bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Very well kept and stocked with things you need for home away from home. The grounds of the resort are very beautiful as well . The owners and Julie , they're daughter , manages the condo for them , she made our trip even better . Our booking, checking in and out was a ease. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary, July 4th -11th. The place was extremely clean, the pictures were accurate, the beach and the pool were not overcrowded. There were a ton of shells. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and a ton of beautiful birds. It has breathtaking views and is a great place for pictures. There are also bunnies. The place is quiet, relaxing, and refreshing. The staff we came into contact with were wearing masks and social distancing. This is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. There were even cleaning and disinfectant supplies. I would highly recommend this condo to others and also definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for my wife & I for a week long getaway for a little Rest n' Relaxation! The views are spectacular and pool and beach were both awesome. The owner did a great job communicating to ensure that the check-in process went smooth. Several nice restaurants within walking distance, but we spent most evenings cooking right at the condo. It has all the cooking equipment necessary, and there is a nice Publix just a few miles North of the condo. Also well stocked amenities with beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, pool & beach toys so that you don't have to spend extra money on items that you can't take home on a plane. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The grounds are well-maintained and the feel is more secluded than some of the other properties with a small pond, tennis courts, and nicely manicured lawns. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean unit, beautiful view, plenty of extra linens and towels . Had beach chairs, umbrellas and noodles. Unit stocked with everything you could need. Only note, doesn’t have central air has a wall unit can be loud when running but it didn’t bother us 😀

Absolutely enjoyed our one week stay at this beautiful Condo and amazing view. So close to the ocean, easy access to pool and beach. Wonderful people we met. Could not have been better. The owners are very nice and great to deal with. Next time we'll do the same.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view is spectacular. The condo is exactly as pictured. The bed is comfy and the condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay. This end of the island is far enough away from the traffic at Times Square, but has lots of amenities (restaurants and shopping) right across the street at the Santini Marina Plaza. Julie is quick to respond to any questions you have and refund for security deposit was prompt. Looking forward to staying here again!

Hubby and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this lovely condo. It was comfortable , clean and offered us everything we were looking for. We met some wonderful people at the pool, took advantage of the local restaurants, shops and spectacular scenery. Being directly on the Gulf provided us hours of enjoyment walking along the beach and viewing the birds, dolphins and various marine creatures which showed up on the shores. One week was definitely not enough. The view was absolutely breathtaking. It offered us everything we were looking for. The owners definitely consider their guests when renting out this unit. The location has many offerings. A small strip of stores/restaurants are within walking distance for your convenience. Lots of local entertainment too! Looking forward to returning.
