Lovely spot close to everything but far enough away with a great view. Well appointed.

We loved the location and the neighborhood. People were so friendly when we walked our dog. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous three weeks at this Crystal Springs property. We loved looking out every morning and seeing the calm water and enjoying wine and cheese on the deck before dinner. Lots of long walks and beautiful parks. Highly recommend this spot!

This is such a peaceful place to stay. This is our second visit to this wonderful home and every time we leave we can’t wait to come and stay again…

This house is on a walkable waterfront street, with all the necessary amenities.

My daughter and her two sons visited for several days in January and stayed at this wonderful beach cabin near to our house. This is their second stay at the property, though it was the first in winter. Their only complaint is that the ground floor was always chilly. We set the thermostat to 70F but the temperature never rose above 64F. Also, the place has a wood stove, and firewood is stacked outside, but the loose leaf binder full of notes and tips says nothing about operating the wood stove. Perhaps the assumption is that it is self-explanatory? Unfortunately, people coming from parts of the country where wood stoves are uncommon might never have learned how to open the flue.

We celebrated the holiday with a bonfire on the beach. Kitchen, dining, living room, and bedrooms well met our needs.

I continue to stay at this property due to location and fantastic accommodations. My dog and I love spending time here!!

Great place to relax and enjoy BI

We loved the place, and it was so relaxing to just hang out on the big wraparound porch and watch the water activity. It is a quiet street and lots of walkers!

We have returned to Crystal Springs again and again because it is quite simply, perfect in every way. Picturesque, peaceful and charming location, spotlessly clean and comfortable, chef-level appointed kitchen with always-sharp knife collection, plenty of towels and extra bedding, comfortable beds and upscale furnishings, books, games, table linens, etc, etc, etc. You cannot go wrong by booking this house. Thank you again for another truly wonderful stay.

Great house with wonderful sunsets over the water. The house is comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The porch is a gem with many spots to gaze out over the water. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall a first class place to spend time on the island.

This is a comfortable well-equipped property. It was very hot and so it was a bit difficult to cool the place down. Not all windows have screens and we were not keen to get mosquitos.

The pictures do not do this home justice, it is beautiful. It is also well appointed with a stocked kitchen, nice linens and more. Lovely, peaceful view of the sound. Quintessential Bainbridge Island. Thank you!

My husband and I got married on the island this weekend and used this rental as our getaway after tue big day and it was perfect!

This place is perfect for a small family and dog. Water is right across the street so bring your water toys. Yard is great for well behaved dog. Walking trails nearby for some adventure

We were looking for a local get-a-way and happened to find this amazing property! The location with water access and the cabin feel of the house was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this home for 9 days with my dog over the holidays and had the best time. Accommodations and location were both great. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

We had a lovely 3 night weekend getaway at this comfortable and inviting home on Bainbridge Island. We cooked all meals and found the kitchen very well appointed and organized. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home has a wonderful radiant floor heating system that kept us cozy on a very wet and wintery stay. We hope to return again!

This a cool vintage beach house in a nice waterfront neighborhood. Our first impression as we drove up wasn't overly positive because the yard and exterior appeared to be somewhat neglected. Inside, the cottage was charming and had some nice updates reflecting the period of the house. The outside covered front porch was a comfortable place for breakfast or to sit and read once the sun had passed over. The home has many lovely French doors and windows that brighten it up and bring the outside in. Unfortunately, there are only a couple of screens. We stayed during a major heat wave and even though the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans, it was still too hot. When the sun went down, the outside temperature dropped so we'd open all of the windows and doors in order to cool the house down. Without screens, the house quickly filled up with dozens of moths and creepy flying insects. I counted 18 moths in the upstairs bathroom on our first night. We quickly learned that if we left all of the lights off in the house, it wasn't quite as bad, but the lack of screens made our stay very uncomfortable. The other major downside to this cottage is that all of the French doors lock from the inside making it a dangerous place to be during a fire. Also, the throw rugs don't have pads so they slip when walked on We ended up taking all of them up during our visit to avoid a possible fall. The house is right across the street from the beach. During certain times the day, the roadway gets fairly busy. During the evening, many individuals walk in order to enjoy the cool breezes and the Beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The Neighbors who we talk to were extremely friendly. A downside for us was that the beach is privately owned, although there is one small public area a block or so down the street.

I love waking up and looking out at the water, sitting on the porch and enjoying the view, and just taking in the beautiful surroundings. Thank you! Hope to stay on Crystal Springs again!

Such a lovely, calm, relaxing, beautiful and cozy home to visit. We had a great time playing games on porch, paddling on the water, laying in the hammock, and biking to cute little town!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The location to the beach was great, and you can get to anywhere in town within 15 minutes. Faces west for great sunsets. Would recommend!

Stayed here for a week and this place was perfect. The front porch coupled with the view and the beach are ideal for a peaceful trip.
