The major complaint I have is that the floors were dirty...so much so that my feet turned black. The cleaning fee was refunded after i complained and asked for a refund but it kind of ruined my stay.

Well equipped with cooking, bathroom & laundry supplies. Pleasant decor, spacious feel. Patio & grill a plus. During morning & evening rush-hour, traffic noise can be intense but did not find it overwhelming. Would stay again.

Well kept, very well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated. We like the concenience of the washer/dryer and enjoyed use of the living areas. It is in an easily accesible location, which also brings a bit of road noise from nearby traffic. For our weekend stay, we enjoyed it and thought it perfect for a home base in the evenings. Would stay again.

Property was pretty well cared for and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Cleaning was okay (it appeared floors were vacuumed but not mopped). The key reason for a 3 rating was noise. The unit is at the corner of Patterson and 1st. Both high traffic streets. Left a day early due to noise.

It was great. The only minor issue would be locating it had an address but it was hard to find the Unit.

Jan’s place was absolutely adorable. It is close to everything and even has an outdoor seating area with chairs/table and a grill. A great place to sit and have coffee in the mornings while it’s still nice and cool.

I am a travel nurse who stayed at the property for 3 months. The property is just as described. Very close to all the amazing things in Grand Junction. Well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the outside storage for my bike. Didn't get to use the patio because it was cold when I was there. The Landlord was very responsive when I needed something and communicated well when services were needing to do done (i.e. exterminator etc). My only negative to this place is the road noise. There is a hospital close-by and busy street right next to it which makes sleeping difficult during the day. However, I know they are replacing the windows so hopefully this will help. I loved my visit to Grand Junction and this little place was a big part of it. Thank you for letting me stay!

It was a nice place to stay, close to everything you could want or need.

This place is perfect for a quick weekend away! Gorgeous outdoor seating (this pictures don't do it justice), but it is on the corner of a busy street. Smart TV, kitchen appliances, easy entry, & comfy bedrooms. I would absolutely stay here again!

We love this property and have stayed here a few times, very convenient , close to shopping, dining, etc. Great sitting- patio area outside, this property has all the amenities you need to go out of town from coffee, spices, bbq to laundry soap. Perfect space for 4 adults. Easy check in and out with a door code. Good parking options.

Easy to locate. Location is close to town center. Clean and well furnished.

Great home away from home.

Our original reservation was changed due to plumbing issues and after 2 days in alternate place another family was given access also to same property. Original property was repaired but we were not notified . It was kinda strange knowing cops had been called and our stuff scattered about during a search instead of communication done with partner. Felt invaded because someone else also had same code. Fair warning to double check your reservations before entering a place.

Was an absolutely greasy place to stay, it is very accommodating, so cute and comfortable. I will look for this property again when we are in grand junction.

We could tell a lot of thought went in to what is provided to the guests. We could stay here for a lot longer than a weekend and wouldn’t need to buy anything but food. There are plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets provided. The beds are very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The AC works really well which is awesome when it’s 90+ out. The carport is great too-it’s covered and really big. We felt safe in the surrounding neighbor hood, and it really felt like we were coming home each night.

The location was good, easy access to I70 and shopping. Was a little loud with traffic noise but it was never an issue. Couldn’t figure out the TV but Gary came out to troubleshoot and he figured it out that the batteries needed changing! There were 2 new batteries on hand that solved the problem. The shower was stopped up, but there was plenty of sink cleaner and a stopper on hand. The only reason I bring it up is because these things do happen, even at home. and the homeowner was very responsive to anything and I appreciated that. Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everything you need.

We are very grateful to have such nice and responsive hosts. Great centralized location to get around Grand Junction.
