We have been coming to Annie's Song for several years at different times of the year and are never disappointed. The house is immaculate and has all the conveniences we need. We usually don't cook and go out to dinner and breakfast during our stay but if we did, the kitchen is very well equipped! The location of the house is amazing. The sunsets are breathtaking! Thank you Ann for sharing thiis beautiful property with us!

This is the third year we have stayed here, we love it. The house is in great shape and is very comfortable. The beach is right out the back door, it is phenomenal! Anything we need was just around the corner.

Third time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. The new cushions on the deck furniture are so nice! The two king beds need new mattresses, though. The A/C filter needs to be changed. We looked for one but every place was sold out of 24x24. We cleaned the drain in the West bathroom sink. Now it drains well. We’ve been vacationing in the panhandle for 50 years. This is our favorite place!!!💟

Relaxation at it’s best! Great accommodations. The location and private beach can’t be beat. Days start with morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sea. Beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs is included. There is also a custom sun deck on top of the house! Comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this perfect beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach home. I sipped lattes and watched the waves every morning sitting in the beach chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could need. We used the charcoal grill almost every night. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. *The beach chairs set up was an added bonus.*

Great location and house for a family. Perfect for a couple with 2-3 kids, as well as a set of grandparents. The two king rooms are great for 2 couples, and then the queen room and by room are great for kids. The bunk room is really only suitable for small kids though, due to the size of the bunks. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are very nice. The best part was the location to the beach - right outside your back door. Beautiful views and wonderful days at the beach. We will be back

Even the homes directly on the beach typically have boardwalks (albeit, private ones) with stairs and/or a gate. This property has a great deck which steps directly onto the sand. The best spot for dragging toys, chairs and kayaks to your spot on the beach without steps. The sunroom and back deck are prime for early morning coffee and dolphin spotting. And late evening sunset viewing. Great beds, great kitchen for staying in and cooking. We’ll be back!

This house is in an amazing location! On the beach, close to a coffee shop, and so close to rosemary beach! I have to agree with the other reviews that the washer is very loud, so definitely don't do laundry at night. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could need, except there was only one cutting board, but that didn't deter us from cooking. We had chair service, which was so nice to just walk down to the beach and have those set up already. Just be prepared the bunk room is very very small, in the pictures it looks like a normal size room, but it is more closet sized, we were able to make do with that space, but if you planning to put adults in there just be aware you could probably only fit two adults, it is a perfect size for children though! Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely rebook the next time I am in the area!

Beautiful location. Relaxed on the beach as much as we could. The weather wasn’t the best, but we didn’t let it detour us from a great time. Lots of fog. I’d never seen that before. Beach is right outside the door. You can even hear the waves from inside the house. Having chair service daily for the beach was nice. The house had everything that’s needed to make our stay nice. We really enjoyed our time relaxing, laughing and making memories with friends.

Location, location, location!! Would return for that in a minute. The house had beautiful ocean views from the dining & living areas and really had everything we needed…but to be transparent, it’s definitely well-loved and worn. The back deck is the main attraction and we spent great family time there. That being said, it’s probably past due for some repairs…splintered & rotting wood in places & could definitely use some updated furniture cushions. All & all, for location & price…it was a sweet vacation for our family.

The location and the price are why I gave this property all 5 stars. We have stayed at Inlet beach several times and when I found this beach front property I was excited. There is incredible value in this property. It truly was only three steps from the back deck to the soft white sand. Made fishing and going to the beach super easy. That being said, also know that you get what you pay for. If you like to grill, be prepared to use a grill that is very old and should be replaced. We loved the fact that the unit had a washer and dryer but you need to make sure that any laundry you do is during the day as the washer is so loud that no one could sleep while it was running. When you leave the house to go to the beach, make sure you have shoes on because you have to kick the doors to get them to open. Also, when you walk on the deck, especially the top deck, make sure you have shoes on so you don't get splinters in your feet or stub your toe. The beds were comfy except for the middle bedroom with the bath attached, it was difficult for our daughter and her guy to rest and get a good nights sleep, they did however find the couch to be a comfortable alternative. The area the house is located is fantastic and a beautiful little spot. This place is like a cottage among mansions. Would I recommend this place to a friend? For sure, like I said before, it is an incredible value to have a place with a roof over your head on such a wonderful part of the beach.

First of all Annie is so easy to work with. The property is as advertised. Your back yard is the Gulf of Mexico. Could not have had a better week. Mostly relaxed on the beach all week. For the golfers out there. Windswept dunes is about 25 minutes inland and is absolutely in perfect condition and a pleasure to play. Thanks again Ann. We will definitely return!!!

Great access to beach. Private. Chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. This was our 3rd time to stay. The inside needs attention. Bedrooms are tight, some issues with the two master beds. The back doors very difficult to lock. The deck furniture needs attention. Unfortunately due to the building of large houses on both sides block views of beach but if it’s your first it’s ok because of the great convenience to the beach.

We’ve been visiting here for many years. This spot is genuinely special.

First, let me say i gave all 5 stars except a 4 star on ‘accuracy of listing, The outdoor pics probably need to be updated-lots of large houses around it now. With that being said, I absolutely loved this beach house! The listing is accurate in every other way. The amenities were excellent in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces-only missing smart TVs but with that view, we didn’t really mind. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. It’s an easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys neighborhoods. My favorite thing was stepping off the deck onto a sandy path to a private beach, oh and a morning cup of coffee watching the waves roll in. It’s my heaven!

Spent w a week here and absolutely loved it! As advertised and shown in the pictures. Beach outside your door, sunset views nightly, nice kitchen and close to restaurants and retail of Alys Beach. Spacious for 7 adults and two kids. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Great communication with the host.

This beach house is like a breath of fresh air amidst the “progress” surrounding it. We’ve been vacationing in this area for almost 40 years and it is by far our favorite. The view from the deck is absolutely breathtaking. We can not wait to come back.

This is our second stay at this property.our last stay was in 2018. We stay along 30a a few times each year and enjoy the eclectic vibe of the various beach communities. What we liked about this home was the beach location, ranch style home and proximity to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The downside this visit was the fact that there are 2 new homes being built directly next door and directly behind the home. There were numerous vehicles surrounding the home and blocking us in every day. The noise level , trash and behavior of the workers was prohibitive to a relaxing vacation. There were also a few repair issues that need to be addressed in the home to bring it up to where it should be. The layout of the home is great and beach views amazing . The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfy. Thanks to Ann for hosting us in her home

We have stayed at Annies Song for the past 5 years and each time we love it more and more. We have created so many memories here. Ann is a wonderful host. This home is truly a gem. Can't wait to return.

The house is located perfectly on the beach, no Long walkway or stairway to get to the house. One of the few in that area that is. So convenient. The picture is from a number of years ago and is not how it looks today. They are building a two story house next door, so a bit crowded. But we had a wonderful week with the location and the really nice beach and super clear water.
