We stayed at Bora’s home for my daughter’s wedding at a local winery. It was centrally located and very comfortable, no need to heat the pool it was a refreshing contrast to the hot tub. Would love to stay again😄

The house was lovely and suited our needs. We were there for a girls trip/birthday celebration. There were seven of us. In terms of constructive criticism, the room with the pull out couch did not really match the description. We wouldn’t describe it as better than a regular bed, or even close to a regular bed in terms of comfort/cleanliness. The cushions were stained and there were no readily available sheets and comforter in the room. Plus it was flimsy feeling. So we ended up having a couple of ladies bunk together in a different room. (I would recommend that the owners just put a bed in that room.) In addition, we found that the house could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. There was confetti on different parts of the floor from the previous users in addition to some nail clippings which was gross.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 active, fun loving women. The kitchen was huge and easy to prepare meals. The weather wasn't great but we had a blast celebrating my 70th birthday!

12 of us came to Sonoma for a bachelorette and had the most fabulous time at this property. It was close to town and wineries so it made for an easy adventure to and from. The house had plenty of bathrooms for all us women to get dressed, it was stocked with towels, the backyard was gorgeous. I really can’t put it into words how amazing it was. Highly highly recommend this property if you are even thinking of booking!

A terrific rental property in a wonderful location. Less than 10 minutes to town but nicely isolated for peace and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pool area and the house has everything you need. If the house came with a 24 hour babysitter i think that could be the only improvement made!

Five couples from all over the US descended on this property to enjoy live jazz and wine country. The property was perfect for this size group as everyone always had a place to escape if needed, there was a lot of collaborative cooking, and lots of games (including table tennis) and general trash talking! The serenity of the well kept grounds and pool was just what we all needed to relax. The house was well appointed- dishes, cookware, etc and there were great laundry facilities as well. We walked the area and met wonderful people in the neighborhood who were very welcoming. Highly recommend this property!

We had 9 adults total, and everyone slept very comfortably. The location is not super ideal, being around other homeowners, but that’s usually the deal with rentals. We definitely understood noise would not be tolerated after 10pm, so just be sure your group is courteous to that before booking here! All showers had shampoo, conditioner and soap, and sinks had hand soap. The laundry room was well stocked with laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, cleaners, extra towels + sheets, etc. It was very nice not having to worry about those extra household items, particularly when flying. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a really nice place to stay while visiting wine country.

A group of 11 adults stayed at this beautiful property for a birthday weekend in Sonoma. The space works well for a large group with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and a large common space. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, beautiful back yard, and lots to keep everyone entertained. Bora was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a small family reunion and loved this house. We had plenty of room and loved the outdoor space. Many wonderful hours were spent by the pool and in the yard. We greatly appreciated the extra board games that were there when we arrived. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

A relaxing stay in wine country and a property that’s great for an extended family vacation.

This property is absolutely stunning and pictures do not even do it justice! It is fully equipped with amenities, and everything is new using state of the art technology and design. We were able to fully use the home to cook meals, play outdoor games, and enjoy the pool. It is also in a great location - quiet and scenic in the hills - but just a few minutes from downtown Sonoma. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Well built, spacious and full of amenities. Perfect home to rent for families or friends looking to getaway!

We stayed here for easy access to wine country and tours. We enjoyed Sonoma more so than Napa. It was still easy to access Napa for winery tastings and tours. The house was beautiful and we had fun. We were disappointed that a refund was not an option in a Covid year. We booked this for April 2020 and our only option was a 50% refund or rebook to 2021. Half of our party was not able to go in 2021 so it became far more expensive than we originally planned and the owner would not allow any discounts.

Everything was as advertised, property and surrounding area was beautiful, couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed in the spacious house for an extended weekend. Loved the inside as well as the outside space, pool, and games around the house. Sonoma town is very close. We rented bikes, cycled through the vineyards and rented horses. Everything is close by. Great house and great location for activities.

We had the best time at this property! Great location close to Sonoma square. We really enjoyed the hot tub, spacious layout, numerous bathrooms for getting ready, and beautiful backyard! Had everything we needed to make delicious meals in the large kitchen. Would love to come back to this property and would recommend to any large group wanting to enjoy wine country.

We really loved Bora’s home for our stay. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, hot tub, bocce ball, hammock - there are a lot of things to do outside. Our chef complimented the properties kitchen as being workable. The interior is great for gathering and the bedrooms are spacious and private. I would highly recommend this home for any large group gathering in Sonoma.

Home & amenities were so spacious & comfortable for our large group. Outside we enjoyed having dinner on the large table, playing bocce ball, cooling off in the pool & soaking up the rays on the lounge chairs while be surrounded by fruit trees, flower gardens, herbs & veggies. Inside, we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen & gathering at another lg table. The location was great with only 10 minutes to Sonoma Plaza. The home was perfect for our gathering!

I visited Sonoma in late August with my boyfriend and three other couples. Our first impression of the home was the location. We loved the secluded wine country feel, knowing that we were still so close to all of the shops, restaurants and wineries we had planned to check out during our stay. Once we entered the home we were blown away!! The house is brand new, stunning, and has a perfect open layout overlooking the pool. We loved that we could cook in the amazing kitchen and have large group dinners at the home, BBQ by the pool, and hot tub once it cooled down at night. We were also very impressed with the bedroom to bathroom ratio. Each couple was able to have their own bathroom - huge plus!! Overall this was by far the best vacation rental any of us have ever stayed at - and we have collectively stayed at quite a few!

We stayed here for six nights. They were still finishing the last touches of landscaping when we checked-in. It looks like a brand new house. We have stayed in a tons properties over the years in Napa and Sonoma. This is by far the most beautiful property I have stayed in as a vacation rental! Period... Very beautiful kitchen/living room area. Just that area alone is bigger than my whole flat in SF! The outdoor area is to die for. The only noise you hear can hear are cows mooing. It's actually kind of cute. We were surrounded by vineyards in every direction. We cancelled two wine tasting trips so that we can stay by the pool and hang out more at the property. We played ping pong, hung out by the hot tub, and the kids were in the pool every day. Every morning started with bocce tournament. My kids loved to play foosball and it would be nice to move that out of the main living area. It is too loud in there when kids play :) Downtown Sonoma is about five minutes driving distance and we visited tons of the wine tasting rooms. The only complaint I had was we ran out of shampoo when we were there. They should probably keep some back up supplies at the house. We will be back in September next year!

We stayed here for my mom's 50th birthday celebration for Labor Day weekend this year. It was the hottest weekend Sonoma has ever seen (just our luck!) but we enjoyed the house SO much. Thank goodness they have such a great pool :) Bora was able to answer all of our questions about great restaurants, local events, and even the best place to grocery shop. I can't believe the level of customer service we received! By far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There were enough bedrooms for myself, my parents, siblings, and aunt to each have our own room. The hot tub was great in the evening time and we enjoyed eating dinner outside each night. The pictures do not do the place justice. We had a luxurious, relaxing, and just plain fun time here. We hope to be back soon!
