My friend and I wanted a little break from the cold, so we decided to meet for a long weekend in Florida. The Villa Mojito was the perfect find! Adorable, extremely clean and in a great location. We had a wonderful time that wasn't long enough. I highly recommend this little gem.

Very clean, well-maintained, small but very functional 2 bedroom cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Kayaks for protected bay. Good bars/restaurants and bike rental about a 15 minute walk. Well managed. Very happy with this experience!

Took my dad to the boat race that I had a boat racing in before I have a major surgery. We had a great time. Awesome father and son bonding.

I stayed at Villa Mojito with my daughter and husband. We wanted a quick getaway close to walk on the beach and enjoy restaurants. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing couple of days. It was clean and a very quiet neighborhood. We walked a couple of minutes to the beach about an hour before sunset and easily found sharks teeth on the shore. We look forward to going back.

Visited Manasota Key on past trips and have come to love the area. Found Casa Mojit and gave it a shot. Priot to booking, reached out with a question which was promplty answered and I booked. Upon arrival, we were provided with a code to the door and were off to a great start. All the necessities were provided which helped with packaging. We did some shopping locally for some snacks, light meals, beverages and cocktails. Lots of great restaurants nearby which if you want are within walking distance or a short drive away. One of the great things about this place is the location. If you walk out and walk about .1 miles to the right, you are at the Gulf Of Mexico. If you walk to the left a slightly shorter distance, you are at Lemon Bay. If you walk to the other side of the Property down Friendship Lane at toward Lemon Bay, there are a few Benches to watch the sunrise over Lemon Bay as you sip your coffee. If you go towards the Gulf at sunset, you can grab a beach chair along with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the sunset. The property had all your beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, a coller.) One of the highlights was sifting through the beach sand looking for fossilized shark teeth which kept us busy part of the time. Another thing I loved was the access to the kayaks on the property. I went on a sunrise kayak and enjoys view. Overall a great place to stay. It did have a musty smell at first, but not horroble.

My partner and I have been coming to Manasota Key for long weekend getaways for a couple years now and this property is the ideal location for us.

Great location, cottage had everything you'd need for a nice relaxing beach-town visit. Park once and walk to the beach and also local restaurants.

Nice cottage with beach-themed bedrooms and plenty of storage space. It has a nice covered porch. Pool was perfect for a quick dip. Quiet location with quick access to the beach and Lemon Bay, yet still within walking distance of multiple restaurants. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys) were included as well as access to kayaks.

This property is comfortable, clean and cozy. Also, conveniently close to the beach.

Cottage is comfortable and clean. Dishwasher lock wouldn’t latch. And the kayak launch area is over rated and not easily assessable. But overall a very nice, quiet location

Very comfy apartment/cottage, contemporary and up-to-date on furnishings, decor. Perfect for 2-5 people. Lots of beach equipment and nice kayaks. Perfectly located within walking distance between Gulf and Lemon Bay. Many, many turtle nests on beach (mid-July) and saw one hatch and talked with very active turtle patrol members. Walking distance to restaurants and a little shopping, plus a great fresh fish market. Well stocked full kitchen. Highly recommend.

The cottage was adorable- 5 of us in the cottage and we still had plenty of room. Kitchen was equipped with all accessories you need to make meals. Perfect location- 1 block to the bay to fish and 1 block to the beach. Amy was wonderful to work with as well as the cleaning crew!!

Overall very positive experience- the only small negative was the one car only parking but overall experience really deserves 5 stars. Very clean & quiet- loved it.

Property was perfect. Quiet street. All the beach equipment was there.Unit was nice and well kept. Would definitely recommend for a beach getaway!

We rented the Mojito beach condo the weekend before memorial day, for a long family weekend. Upon arrival we thought the place was nice and cozy. It has items for the kids to play with at the beach, some beach chairs, pots, pans, beach towels and more. Our first day there was good. The following morning when we woke up, we found a little German cockroach saying hi from behind the outlet cover in the kitchen. We killed it and moved on with our day. The next day we woke up and found more cockroaches this time. They obviously felt at home as one was in the coffee pot, one was inside the stoves digital display...yes inside of it, and another one on the counter top, running behind my baby’s clean bottles. There was a dead roach in the dishwasher and a couple other alive ones in with the pots and pans. We then notified the managing service and they sent out the nice people who take care of the buildings. They came armed with Raid and caulking to fill in the gaps. We declined the raid because we had small children in the small house and didn’t feel comfortable with the fumes. During their inspection a little German cockroach ran across the floor, which they killed. They apologized and said the building would be fumigated after our stay was over. They did return shortly after with a little gift bag for the inconvenience and told us to send our contact info to management as they would reach out to us about the situation, and to offer a gift card. Unfortunately, we still had cockroaches and debated on leaving or staying. We finished out our stay as we only had one more night left, but had to wash everything before and after our use. It has been three weeks and we still haven’t received the offered gift card. Beware of the German roaches!

Price was great, the home was well decorated with everything you could need. A few steps from the beach . I had no idea that Manasota Keys had so much life, restaurants ,live music, sunset boat rides.

This cottage was fantastic! Clean with all we needed! Any and crew were great to deal with. We will be back!

The unit had everything you could need for a beach get away ! Umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Free use of the kayaks ( right on site ) You are right in the middle of the ICW and the ocean ( less then a block away ) Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to restaurants and nightlife.

Wonderful location and wonderful hosts! This great cottage had everything my husband and I needed and we were so close to the ocean. Amy was very attentive and responded to quickly to questions and requests. We had a great time in Manasota Key and this location was a big part of it. Thank you!

We had a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break. The perfect place for a family with kids that doesn’t want big Spring Break crowds. The beach was so close, just a minute walk, easy for our five year old. It was beautiful and never crowded. The kids found over 100 sharks’ teeth. We loved that we didn’t need to bring anything as the cottage had lots of towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Our kids loved the pool. It was never crowded and they had fun playing with other kids they met during our stay. Would definitely go back! We tried all of the restaurants on the island. Our favorite was Farlow’s on the Water just over the bridge.

If I could rate this place higher than a five I would! They deserve a 10 in every category! The villa is small but set up perfectly for your convenience! The hosts are very easy to contact and left us with all sorts of amenities! You basically do t need to bring anything but your suitcase!! Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, body board, popcorn, wine, coffee, shampoo, soap, conditioner. I mean if you can think of it they supply it!! So nice to have laundry available on site! The location is beyond amazing! Perfect proximity to the beach and lemon bay! Manasota Key is the perfect beach Island community!! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a true Florida experience

We had a wonderful stay at the beach on Manasota Key.The condo was everything it was advertised to be. The property was clean and updated. Amy was a great host and we would absolutely stay here again.

What a gem we discovered! Just as cute as shown in the pictures, on a quiet barrier island with a pre-high rise, or "old Florida" feel. The cottage was nicely equipped and totally comfortable. Everything worked just as it should. And, the owner, Amy, is super-responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Well kept property. We stayed with our 2 adult children 21/18 for a couple days while visiting family locally.

Property has everything you need for a super relaxing beach vacation. Walking distance to beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park and restaurants a few blocks away. Very quiet at night. Definitely plan to return. We rented one cottage and a family member rented another... perfect multi-generational get together.

Spent a relaxing few day enjoying the beach. Our bungalow was quite and peaceful. Would recommend it.

My husband and I decided to do a last weekend getaway and found this gem! It is about a block and a half from the ocean so that was key. I could wake up early (darn internal alarm clock) grab a quick Keurig coffee (a few are supplied otherwise there’s a Publix you can stop at on the way in) and went for a long walk on the beach. Found my way to Stump Pass and that was a nice change of scenery as well. Also there are tons of supplies for your days relaxing on the beach (shark tooth sifter, buckets, shovels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc).Cottage was perfect and we will defiantly be coming back.

Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and great location. Beds were very comfortable! Very close to beach and great food places! Great communication from Amy as well!
