We so enjoyed our stay in Jeff’s charming house in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It had so many thoughtful details. The house was spotless and we felt very comfortable from the start. My teenage son loved the pool table and the pool. The pool was a bit chilly but we’re from the northeast so we’re used to swimming in chilly water. I loved relaxing poolside, enjoying the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to book another stay in early 2024.

Enjoyed this very comfortably 3 bed house a few minute drive to Jupiter. Could not have been better.

Plusses: 1. Jeff, the owner & landlord, is an affable (albeit reserved) individual. He seemed responsive to many of our immediate needs. 2. The home is situated in a mid-range segment of town, a very quiet area of the community. 3. The house is relatively convenient to the center of town...which is a must-see trip...and is close to shopping/restaurants/golf courses/highways. 4.The "street appeal" of the house is good; the interior layout of the home also is good; the furnishings...while somewhat dated...are quite comfortable . 5. Except for the need of more water goblets, the dishware/cutlery/wine glasses were sufficient. 6.The daily/weekly/monthly rental prices were deemed to be "competitive." Minuses: 1. We recognize that securing capable help these days borders on impossible. Jeff does the best that he can under those circumstances. 2.While the pool...and the surrounding area...are nicely done, the pool is unheated (for the winter months). And it should be screened from above, as well as on the sides in order to prevent leaves (as well as other uninvited elements) from finding their way into the pool. 3. Although the house is located some distance away from the ocean, that problem is manageable. However, at least two beach chairs, perhaps a recliner or two, and a beach umbrella should have been provided. 4. While someone might be critical of the sink-shower plumbing concepts, they can be made to work adequately.

Great property and easy to get to .. along with great access to the beach and downtown Stuart. The pool is unuseable, it is not covered and was full of debris.

Our family had a great stay while we were house hunting locally. We like it so much we added this neighborhood to our list.

Great place to hosts guests and entertain. Lots to do inside and out with pool table and pool. Landscaping was very tropical and inviting. Location was very central to Stuart and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

We loved this house and have rented here multiple times. Great location and close to downtown and everything you need. Jeff was super helpful and easy to get in touch with, can’t wait to get back.

We enjoyed our stay at North River Shores & cannot wait to come back to the FL sun! The property is tucked away on a quiet street and very nicely landscaped. We travelled with 3 girls (aged 2-5) and they enjoyed the kids room and splashing in the pool! We managed to take advantage of the kitchen and outdoor space on several occasions and definitely enjoyed sipping coffee outside on the rocking chairs in the morning. The hosts did a great job making sure the home was stocked with supplies to make the trip unforgettable. Thank you so much!

House is in such a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood but still close to stores and restaurants. Jeff was very available for any issues that may arise because he lives so close. Backyard was awesome as others have stated, very private. Pool was nice, but could only use it a few times because it’s not heated. (We were there in February) Layout of house is great, master bedroom on one side, two guest rooms and 2nd bath on the other side. And, plenty of hangers available! The kitchen was lacking a few items I’m used to using, but I sent Jeff a note recommending he supply them for future renters. He does supply plenty of towels (excellent quality), toilet paper and paper towels. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was nice to be back in Stuart The property was very comfortable and welcoming.

This is a lovely vacation rental. Location is quiet. It is very pretty. Used the pool everyday. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It really felt like you were at home. Everything you needed to cook was in the kitchen. Beach was close by. If you like to golf I would highly recommend the Jensen Beach Golf Course. Course is in great shape and nice club rentals for reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and outside area. We appreciated all of the details the property owners thought about to make our stay better. We had everything we needed and more. The house, location and neighborhood far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again.

We found the home to be very comfortable and cozy for what we needed. Greatly enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. The pool table was a fun addition. Communication with Jeff was very fast and easy.

We enjoyed a month at San Souci which is conveniently located between Stuart and Jensen Beach. After the first few days, we received the Safer At Home request from the Governor. If we had to stay in, this was the place to be. Quiet, comfortable quarters and a backyard oasis to contemplate life or just listen to the birds. Thank you, Jeff.

Beautiful home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Check in was very easy and owner is quick to answer any questions. The location is close to everything and anything you may need or want to do. The home is cozy, yet spacious and most importantly, clean. Beds are very comfortable. My favorite part was enjoying morning coffee and meals in the tiki hut in the very private backyard. The TV provided entertainment as did the squirrels that run along the wooden fences. The pool we didn’t use often as we are beach goers, but it was nice to have it available for the couple of times we did use it. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand after long beach days. An added bonus is the pool table. My husband and daughters boyfriend really enjoyed some great games! All in all, I considered this our home away from home. It felt great to walk in at the end of each days adventures. I would have loved to stay through the rest of winter! We had never been to this area of FL previously, but we LOVED it and are definitely considering moving there as we approach retirement. We have only been back north for 3 days and all I can say is TAKE ME BACK!! Highly recommend.

The listing was just as advertised (quiet neighborhood and was definitely close to everything). The owner was nice and pleasant. Our son enjoyed the swimming pool and we all had fun playing pool (billiards).

This house had everything and more! Plenty of space, close to everything and in a super private and quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and outside by the tiki hut with tv. Jeff was a great host and super accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a great location.

Jeff is very nice to work with. I am a neat freak and everything was spotlessly clean and we were very comfortable. The house is beautiful and so relaxing. One morning we woke up to baby owls by the fence around the pool, so cute! We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for a Girls long weekend. The pool and tiki hut were exactly what we needed. The pool table even got some use. If you are looking to kick back and relax but still be close to things this is the house for you!

This home was a perfect place to spend a week relaxing in the sun. The back yard is so private and tranquil. The home has everything you need and is so close to everything Stuart has to offer. I enjoyed long walks in the morning and then cooling off in the pool. We loved the outdoor shower. The king size bed and the queen were so comfortable.! We did not use the third bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out if you need space to read or just want to watch a movie. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and said hello when they saw us. I would love to live in this area some day. I highly recommend this property.
