Great location and good fishing right off the dock.

We had such a relaxing time. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was so well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely be back

House was great,everything you could think of was there,only thing missing need a non-stick pan,a little problem with big water bugs,but overall a great place and location

All was great as always however, as we get older the sofas are not made for the older people.

I would give this place 5 Stars if …. if it was cleaned out of spiders 1 bit my wife the first night so whoever is responsible for the cleanup is not doing a very good job so that’s 1 star. Now For THE LOVE OF GOD please buy a NEW mattress for the master bedroom you can actually see the lumps in the bed when you make it up I checked the reviews after I got there so I can only think that this mattress was from day 1. So that’s 2 stars. So would we rent again…..yes if these items were taken care of in a heartbeat. If you want to fish catfish and crappie from the dock this is a great location.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was as seen in the pictures. We had everything we needed accept a strainer for the spaghetti. The area was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed fishing and for some It was the first time. We actually caught some fish, but we threw them back. The house was very close to the water and we were able to enjoy it from any part of the house. The landlord was very responsive, which was very helpful. We plan to go back again and bring our husbands. We got just what we needed out of our stay. Thanks for making this trip a memorable one.

What a great find! Perfect space for enjoying family time on the lake. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Loved everything about it

We enjoyed our visit alot. We took our boat and fished and caught some also. Loved the porch. Our main problem was the couches, you just sink down and they were hard to get out of, especially for older people and the bed in the master is very lumpy.

DIRTY, carpet filthy, rug unvacuumed, Both Sofas sit down, and go almost to floor, Mattress in master bedroom hard an lumpy (worn out), Both deadbolts on 2 sets of double doors would not lock, Both vacuum cleaners would pick up dust BUT not debris, or lint, the front porch chairs needs replacing, but was the only place I really injoyed beautiful yards and GREAT view of lake, house is cute with great potential just needs the above and a deep cleaning, Owner said he had no complaints before, BUT that’s strange 2 other ladies with me will certainly agree with the above!!!!!!!!!!!!

The property was in a beautiful location didn't want to leave. The house was a great size but there were some cleaning issues that needs to be done. Contact was great and response time was excellent. Would like 2 suggest that directions to leave trash to be provided. Will rent again and tell others.

This at least our 2nd time at this property and as usual all was perfect. We enjoyed our time and will rent again in the near future.

Our family had the best vacation / from fishing to boat riding, volleyball and corn hole. Every age group had something to do. The house had everything you needed, plus more. We are already looking at summer dates❤️

I really like the home. We had a good time and spent quality time with family. However, the trash place was not open the times we went by and found one open on Hwy 129 once near other family. We had to bag up the trash and leave it in and beside the can outside.

One of the best waterfronts on Sinclair - great back porch, very big yard, nice boathouse. Awesome views for both sunrise and sunset. Very nice combined kitchen - living room area for family time.

Just the place we needed to relax and unwind. I fished and my wife painted some of the beautiful foliage and scenery. Visited Tallulah gorge... Weather perfect Thank you.

Everything was great, house was as advertised. We enjoyed our experience, really appreciated easy access to the dock. We will def be renting again in the future.

Our son is in the Army and stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia. My son is my fishing buddy, and has been since he was able to hold a fishing rod in his hands. So, he left for Basic Training in May, and then went straight to his duty station at Fort Stewart. Needless to say, we both haven’t fished for a while. He told us he was. It granted a pass to come home for his bday, so we found the closest lake to him and met him at Lake Sinclair to celebrate his bday. This was the perfect house and great for fishing and family time with our soldier. Beds are comfortable Nice kitchen and appliances Great water pressure in showers Den/family room is very nice Comfy furniture 2 refrigerators WiFi was great Nice gas grill Great covered boat dock Power at boat dock to recharge batteries The neighbor Jimmy was helpful and even took us on his golf cart to show us the boat launch Ample parking for truck and boat Easy check in Overall our experience was GREAT! If we come back, we would definitely book again if available.

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. The kitchen is well stocked and the home has plenty of room. We enjoyed the large porch and the close proximity of the home to the lake. This is my second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time. My only complaint would be spraying for mosquitoes and the trash situation. The mosquitoes were really bad. I did not know about taking the trash to another location and had a car so we couldn’t take it off for you. The AC was rocking and felt amazing. Appliances were nice. The house was very clean. Great amount of bath towels!!! Lots of seating on the porch. It was a nice place and have already recommended it to several people that I know.
