We had a great week on stay in this very unique home. Its decor was very well thought out to make you feel like you are in the old west. It was stocked with amenities, games and destinations entertaining destinations. the location was ideal. the management was attentive to our needs.

This was the most spectacular home we have stayed in. My family had and extraordinary time at your home. From the very first moment we walked in our 4 kids were excited to explore. The home had absolutely everything we could imagine from a beautiful and well stocked kitchen to an incredible game room and pool. We will definitely stay here again next year.

We love this house - its location is at the edge of the desert with mountain and sunset views. It’s near North Scottsdale for shopping and dining out, and it’s close enough to Cave Creek and Carefree for more options. The best golf is also nearby. We love the southwestern ambience of the home and furnishings. Great kitchen. Great pool.

This property is incredible! The backyard looks and feels like your own private resort. The only thing I don't like about this house is that I can't stay longer.

We love this house. It has a great sense of place - a southwestern vibe in design and decor, located at the edge of the desert in north Scottsdale. The mgmt team could not be more responsive and helpful. We have stayed here for several years and each time we stay longer!

Everything about this property was amazing. Pool was warm, plenty of pool towels. Kitchen was large. We loved the pool table. Location was close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I chose this property for my 50th milestone birthday with my family and I have no regrets. The house was beautiful and perfect. It has so much character with great views. I love the open floor plan. It’s clean and has everything you could possibly need including extras. I was so impressed and didn’t want to leave. The property owner was FANTASTIC, ATTENTIVE , and SUPER NICE. I couldn’t have chosen a better house with great memories for years to come!

The house was perfect for our golf trip to Scottsdale, as it was minutes from Troon North and other great courses in the area. The property and house were clean and well-maintained, and the owner was excellent when it came to customer service. The backyard and pool is the perfect setting for afternoon grilling and relaxing. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Scottsdale.

My wife and I have been visiting this area for the last several years now. When we travel to the Scottsdale area we make it a point to stay at this property. The home located in an area that surrounded by views of the mountains. We love this house and we love the area that its located in.

We stayed in the house Aug 9 - 13. Upon arrival, the house with extremely clean and organized. The manager, Rachel, was so accommodating to work with. She responded to email efficiency and was an extreme pleasure to work with. House was well appointed. Huge living room/entertainment room with pool table bar is a great place to hang out. Back yard has an inviting pool with waterfall, backyard BBQ, and fire pit. Bedrooms and bath rooms were spacious and clean. Two of the most surprising parts of the house were the kitchen and extras in the house. We made breakfast and dinner every night at the house. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil. In addition, there were pool towels and even sunscreen. They truly have thought of everything needed for complete trip to Phoenix. Would absolutely stay here again on future trips

This house was perfect for our girls trip in August. Everything was fully stocked from the kitchen to the pool. The backyard was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Definitely need an Uber or car to get everywhere, but a peaceful location. Would definitely come back!

This house was fully equipped with everything a group would need for an enjoyable trip. Several entertainment areas allowed for separate conversations. The pool, barbecue and out door areas were well maintained. There were also supplies available if you forgot to bring something from home, shampoo, sunscreen, lotion, toothpaste.

This house is incredible. Lots of space and plenty of room for big groups. Fully stocked with everything you would need. I highly recommend this property for large groups. It is spacious and secluded and with Uber, it is easy enough to get in and out of town worry free.

We stayed at this house for a golf trip at the end of February, trust me it wont disappoint! We had 10 people and had absolutely no issues with room! The back yard is gorgeous and the pool was nice even though we didn't get to use it much! I would 100% recommend staying here when In Arizona!

This house was a wonderful family reunion location! We had 10 people total and the house was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. The heated pool was perfect for swimming, it got great use all weekend. We are absolutely talking about coming back! Thank You so much for sharing your house with us for this special time!

We had a wonderful visit and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. The kids loved the two sets of bunk beds plus a swimming pool, and the adults liked the two master suites and media room that was thoughtfully situated away from the bedrooms. House was well located for golf, shopping and dining. Very spacious and clean. It is well supplied with toiletries, household items and non perishable food which was a very nice surprise. Outdoor space was lovely. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Me and 6 of my girlfriends wanted to plan a little get-away, and this house could not have been more perfect for exactly that. It was well stocked with everything you may need while you are away from home. The house was a great size, and there was more then enough room for the 7 of us to share the house comfortably. The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for, and where we spent most of our time! Karen was absolutely the best host, she was always available if we needed to ask any questions, not only about the house, but about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some relaxing time in the Scottsdale area. I know that if we ever go back to Scottsdale for a vacation we will definitely be sure to book this gorgeous place again.

We were just a family of three so this was far more house than we needed but we decided to treat ourselves to all the amenities we wanted. Everything was as in the description, with great pool and outside area to relax and barbecue. Inside was spacious, comfortable with very well equipped kitchen and relaxing central family area. Even had a pool table and bar area for family challenges. Being a bit off the main road meant lovely peace and quiet but easy access to shops, restaurants (Lush Burger was great) and grocery stores. Obviously aimed at bigger groups, and would suit 2-3 families, but as a treat for a smaller number the space worked very well. Felt like home and we really didn't want to leave.

I rented this house for a girls getaway. The house photographs beautifully; however, pictures do not do it justice! I was blown away by the beauty, as well as how everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Rachel was so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. We slept 10 grls comfortably, and could have fit more. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

This house was exactly what we needed! It wasn't an easy summer for our family and we needed a change of scenery and a place to relax and unwind. This house offered it all! First and foremost, I was thrilled with how clean the house was. Better than any other rental we've ever stayed in. Very impressed. The location was perfect - close enough to shopping and activities, but far enough away so we didn't hear any of the city sounds. Many hiking trails are just a short drive from this house. The house was wonderful!! It was walk-in ready. It had everything we needed, all the conveniences of home: sunscreen, FULL kitchen (even plastic wrap and foil), paper cups for the bathrooms...the list goes on. As I was unpacking, I realized I forgot to pack a razor (poor husband!) I looked around and found the laundry room was stocked with razors and a huge supply of all the paper products, sundries, and laundry products we would need for the week. All we really needed to buy was food. The house also had much more than the conveniences of home: a swimming pool, sun-room (our favorite), pool table, theatre room. and a work-out room. We spent our mornings hiking local trails, then we would go back to the house for a dip in the pool, where we stay all day or go out and explore Scottsdale, Cave Creek or Old Town. I highly recommend renting this house. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. I can see how it was voted #1 in Scottsdale!!

We spent my mother's 58th birthday with family and close friends and this Scottsdale rental had everything we could have needed for our girls' getaway! Home is absolutely gorgeous! We spent a lot of time in the pool and just enjoying everything this house had to offer- gym, theater room, surround sound, pool table, state of the art kitchen. The owner was very quick to respond to any of our needs during our stay. Highly recommend this rental!

Great home, both indoors and outdoors! Very relaxing place. We played golf during the day and came back to relax in the pool and by the outdoor fire pit. After that, we moved inside for some pool. Great kitchen for cooking as well! Owner was easy to work will, as well.

We had a group of 9 - 4 grandparents, 3 adults and 2 children ages 7 & 9. We had a wonderful stay! The kids lived in the pool and used the rafts, etc which are at the house. It was cool for 2 of our days but the pool heater kept the water nice and toasty. We also used the outdoor kitchen and fire pit which were quite easy to operate.

Our group consisted of members of a Summer golf league team from Minnesota. This house was perfect for us. The location was ideal for all of the nice golf courses in North Scottsdale. We liked that the house gave us an opportunity to stay together as a group and not have to split into smaller condos. We found ourselves staying in rather than dining out as the kitchen and common areas were ideal for relaxing. The owners were very accomodating and the house had all of the ammenities we wanted. We hope to book again!

This house exceeded our expectation and was one of the most vacation friendly houses we've ever rented, the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully and beautifully decorated in and out. We stopped off at the store before going to the house but then found everything in the house we had bought, the house comes well equipped with everything you need to feel at home and owner was very responsive and kind. There were only four of us and there were rooms we never went in but this house is great for large families. Loved the stocked chef's kitchen! Looking forward to returning.

This house has everything! Great open spaces, a theater room, great bedrooms, and the bathrooms are exquisite. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The owner was very gracious and welcoming. This is the place to stay and we will be back again!
