The house was extremely nice. Only complaint was the floors were a little dirt but that is to be expected at a beach house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was within walking distance so no need to drive much. We will for sure recommend this house to anyone.

There were dead cockroaches under furniture in at least 2 rooms, the white bathroom towels were stained and should be bleached, bedspread/coverings not laundered between guests, total sand in the back yard made it unusable, TV in living room would not connect to the Wi-Fi, had to be unplugged everytime we used it to “reset” it to find the Wifi, I messaged property manager and they got back to us later stating the Wi-Fi address which we already had, the main water pipe broke outside by driveway and we had to contact the utilities to help stop it flooding the side yard. We checked out early, but I had no idea how to let the cleaning people know this? This property needs more communication and cleaning/supplies. I would have cleaned up more, but the vacuum didn’t suck, and the old broom wouldn’t sweep up sand/hair either. I would have started laundry if there were some laundry pods.

Was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the house, the location was very close to beach access and the home was way bigger than the pictures made it look. We could have walked to the beach but chose to drive and there is a convenient parking area right by the access point. There is also a nice gas station right across the residential street that had a few last minute necessities. Kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals we’ve been in for pots, pans, utensils, etc.

Great for all ages. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Had everything we needed plus some. Would love to stay here again!!!

This was our second stay. Owners are super responsive and accommodating which is why we came back. It has been a few years between stays and house is starting to show some wear which is expected of a rental. Some fresh paint and new mattress in master would be great but overall very pleased and will definitely stay again.

Cute house but not being cleaned well enough. The towels were dingy and didn't look clean. The floors had not been swept and mopped.The floors were gritty. The fans had not been cleaned. They had dust around the edge. The edge of the coffee table had been chewed off by an animal. Cleaners are not doing there job.

Great house with plenty of room. It was also in a great location within walking distance to the beach and gas station next door. Lots of fun things to do within walking distance or just a short drive. Check in was easy and house had everything you need as far as dishes and pots n pans. Microwave didn’t work and house wasn’t very clean. Bedding had dog hair all over it and there were mice. Other than that it’s a great house for a family trip.

The house was nice and clean with a lot of amenities. Nice size backyard for the kids and dogs. 5 minute easy walk to the beach! The location was great. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was perfect!! Check in was easy with the door code and no keys to keep up with at the beach. The house was clean and the enclosed garage was wonderful and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beach was it too far away. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to the beach.

The Main Street is 100 feet away and most of the times you come out in night you will notice multiple police cars at a point. Definitely the safety of the place is a serious concern here. There is a strip club just quarter mile away. In regards to property the cleanliness is a big concern. Both bathroom shower curtains are filled with moss. Linens are not properly put on all beds. Biggest concern the property manager is not available most of the time. Highly over priced looking at the property and location with safety concerns.

Very good location close to beach and a few restaurants, the neighborhood was very quiet with a lot of locals that lived there, walked to the store every morning to get coffee, very spacious house and since we brought our golf cart the garage came in very handy. Had to contact the property manager to check in a day late due to a death in the family and she was so helpful and understanding, she was able to move our stay one day later so we could still have a week. Great place and great management.

Location of house is excellent. Steps away from beach and away from all the busy areas but yet short a drive to everything. The only thing I would suggest is giving the house some updates!

Very big open and roomy 3 bedroom home with a 2 car garage. Pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Private area but close to beach, entertainment and restaurants. Less than 2 minutes to Rick Seltzer park on the beach with showers, bathrooms, ample parking. 2nd stay here. Manager Jeanette is very easy to work with and is very communicative. Definitely will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and big rooms. There are not a lot of decorations which we loved. Makes it so much more comfortable and easy to pack up. We loved having a garage with a door. The dogs had plenty of room to get outside. This was the easiest and most convenient stay that we've had at PBC. We will definitely stay again!

The location of the house is ideal for the beach, marina, grocery, convenience store, etc. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers, of which, accommodated us very well. The only downfall of this house is there is no gas grill. And by the way, trash runs on Monday. Luckily one of the neighbors was outside to tell us or we would have been stacking garbage on top of the trash can.
All in all, I would recommend this house if you do not care for grilling much.

This place is wonderful to stay at! Beach is a short walk 2-3min walk. The only complaints I have; 1. Property Manager is hard to get a hold of. 2. Lack of cleaning supplies. Other then that was the best vacation and would stay again!

Stayed here with some friends for our first vacation together 6/3-6/9. The home was more than what we expected, all TVs with Roku, and plenty of space in kitchen and dining room. The host was available every time. We had unfortunately locked ourselves out and Jeanette was extremely helpful even though we called at 11pm. Wonderful stay overall, will definitely book here again!!

Great location with public beach access. Big garage which we used during all the rain :( The house could have been a little cleaner, and we also did not have basic cleaning items upon arrival, such as hand soap. Overall great place and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was a great size for the 8 of us. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we had no issues! We hope to be back soon
