The house was cozy, comfortable, bright, and so well equipped with everything from kitchen to beach supplies. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops of Avila Beach was so convenient, but we loved the view of the ocean from the house and the fun fireplace deck seating so much that we often just stayed home. Exactly as in pictures, but the authentic, home-like feel in person was beyond expectations. Sparkling clean with excellent amenities - great use of small space with large kitchen, large bathroom, great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and state of the art laundry.

Beautiful views of the Pacific in a perfect little each community

Loved this little bungalow. It was perfect for our small family get-together. It was across the street from my favorite coffee shop (Kraken) and the view of the ocean was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Due to the length of our stay, it was easy for us to settle in and feel just like locals. Our morning beach walks were always pleasant and one day even rewarded us with whale watching from the shore. Of course, nothing beats watching the sun go down while sipping a glass of wine on the deck. This beach house is well furnished and stocked. It’s good to know in advance that we don’t need to bring certain necessities. We have stayed here for several years and continue to appreciate that every year there are always improvements being made. The owners obviously love this place.As always, the management team was quite attentive and courteous. I requested some additional utensils and batteries for remotes. It seemed like they were at the door (full of smiles and positivity) to deliver shortly after I hung up the phone. They were also very courteous and considerate in scheduling installation of a new dishwasher.We are repeat customers and intend to continue the trend.

We had an amazing experience, perfect for our week stay at Avila Beach. So close to the beach, stores and restaurants… We will be back for sure, thank you!

We were very pleased with this property. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk made it very convenient to enjoy the beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and pots and pans which made meal preparation much easier. The bedroom beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very well appointed and included a awesome laundry room. The only thing I could say that would have made the experience even more delightful would be to have a more comfortable mattress on the sofa bed. All in all this was truly a five star experience.

I loved the location one block from the beach but private. The view of the backyard with ample seating and a fire pit was so fun and still private. We had a problem with the dishwasher and I called and Seven Sister sent the cleaning crew over to check the dishwasher and they cleaned all the dishes by hand and put them away. Very response to our call. The beds are very comfortable so we slept well. We also appreciated the well appointed bathroom with a great shower!! Couldn't find the hairdryer though. The parking is ample and convenient! The laundry room was so nice that I loved doing our laundry even on vacation! I would highly recommend this house and I would rent again for sure. The app to check in and out was so easy. Seven Sisters is very organized. Avila Beach has very few restaurants so if you want to walk to the restaurants make a reservation before you start your vacation.

We really enjoyed staying in this very well appointed beach house. Kitchen is wonderful to cook in. Indoor and outdoor space is excellent! Loved the laundry room with ample space to stay organized! The bathroom and shower are wonderful. Beds are so comfortable! We Slept well!! Location of the house was really ideal! One block to all the shops and beach. Avila Beach is buzzing during the day but. Ice and quiet by bedtime. Ample places to walk. Beautiful area in general. Loved our stay! Also rental company was very responsive. Thanks for making our trip great!!

The cottage had to many amenities to list. We really enjoyed having all the supplies for the beach at the cottage so that we didn't have to pack them. Will be renting this again for our next Avila family getaway.

Property was super convenient. Only 1/2 block to the beach and all the shops in Avila. The property has everything you need. Well stocked with beach supplies and kitchen utensils. The fire pit and bbq are nice and easy to use. We look forward to our next visit.

The only thing missing was a comforter on the beds and a real bathroom cabinet. The pedal stool sinks are great but nonfunctional. I kept dropping all my bathroom stuff! The outside heat lamp would have been great cause the nights were cold. Didn't work and the house manual said it wouldn't. Kind of a tease. Seriously, folks, this place is great!!! Book it, Dano... Oh, don't forget your pillows, cause when they send them back to you they are the wrong ones. Look forward to going again!! Simply charming and relaxing
