The staff was wonderful and welcoming. I love the location l, able to get on the highway with ease.

The tub plug was hanging out and the toilet paper roll holder was broken

Good location, and clean

I do not like the billing process over several days and weeks. I have a hard time seeing my bill and need a calculator to add several hits on my credit card. I don't think I would return. Part of the problem goes back to a billing agency outside the hotel.

Room was very nice & location

I was quoted $129. per night & was charged $149 per. I questioned this & was promised that the asst. manager would contact me later in the day when she got in. No contact, just $10 per night discount. My room wasn’t cleaned a single time, I did ask to be skipped the first night. Two different excuses for the rest of stay… we’re short handled & we’re an extended stay hotel. Trash in hallway & elevator, kids running down the hall at night and some one knocked on my door the last night at midnight(ding dong ditch)! Relayed all this to front desk upon check out with just a blank stare as response. Hotel is beautiful but doubtful that I would stay again.

There were stains on our comforter and bedsheets. The wifi was not stable at all. The tub drain was out of the tub when we got there, I had to fix it so my kids could take a bath. The hotel was full of kids that were so loud and obnoxious, and the parents were not parenting them. Then I got a call at midnight from the front desk saying 5 kids were just seen running into my room, when in fact my 2 children were asleep and we did not know any other kids at the hotel. The people told them it was a different room so they did not get into trouble. It was not worth the 200$ I paid for the room.

Everything omg so clean and the beds were nice.

The staff were very friendly, the room looked very nice and was comfy. The walk in shower was nice. Also liked the large swing out TV.

The pool had no towels, small, very salty and it had a ring of filth. The breakfast options were very limited and we had $20 limit for two, not a "free breakfast" as we booked (Worker was awesome though). There was also not a "restaurant" as we thought when we booked. Just a couple food options, wings or burger and a bar. No free coffee in the morning, there is a small Starbucks with limited options.
