I did not stay in your hotel. My neice and nephew did. You should amend this form. However, I will comment on my meal, on their final evening! I have lived and worked all all over the world, but have never, ever eaten such absolute and utter, diabolical crap in all my life!! I will never book my family in there ever again! Iwill never eat in that despickable place ever again! I don,t know who that person was who managed to create such a disastrous all day breakfast!? That is all I asked for! And the thing that was resposible, I will not call him a chef, that would be going to far, you must have gone out and dragged in some one off the street! I will visit social media, and tell the world what a disaster you created on that night! I would have made a formal complaint at the time, but I did not want spoil my families last evening.

Room was very large and modern. Clean with all amenities. Breakfast was great.

TV was mounted too high on the wall making viewing a little difficult. No welcome note with WiFi or instructions to turn heating up.

The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Park facilities are ample. Food was delicious.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Facilities in the room were good and the en suite bathroom was fine (nice hot shower - plenty of towels.) Breakfast the following morning was lovely - well cooked and hot and self service section ideal. Staff friendly and efficient.

Sadly although the room was lovely it was directly above the bar/social area and there was a party going on and the noise and vibration carried up to the room itself! Happily it DID stop at around 1130 pm. I wasn't aware that there would be a party when I booked but was advised when I asked what was the latest time I could return to the pub/hotel and was told then that there was a party happening that would conclude around 1115. (It was a bit later than that but as said earlier, was around 1130 when the music/vibration stopped!) So all good in the end.

No one to greet us at breakfast, just had to help ourselves and catch a passing kitchen person to ask for some toast, then had to ask for some plates.
