Very quiet and cozy

This is our third time staying in this property and it never disappoints.. we absolutely love cudjoey key have been going since 2015 and have always stayed in venture out everyone is amazing we always have the best time. Thank you we will see you again in 2024

Great place on the water in Venture Out. Perfect location. Perfect for the 2 of us. Everything we needed.

The property was nice and will be back. The only concern was the ghost ants that were getting into our food. I kept the counters clean but it didn’t keep them away. Everything else was nice.

No Complaints - great time. Everything you need was there. I would recommend this property and stay again.

The location was perfect. We had a couple diving trips scheduled, a boat charter then 2 Beach days at Bahia Honda. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to where we needed to be. Looks like some places at Venture Out you can have a boat...so good for boat folks. The security staff were kind and helpful. We made use of the pool in the evening to relax after all the adventures. GORGEOUS sunrises from where the community store is. My only warning is to remember this isn't some fancy home. It is a bit outdated but that being said everything worked and we slept well at night! We would stay again!

I was happy to find the property clean and well supplied with everything I could need! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay while in cudjoe Key!

It was very clean! Peaceful, quiet for morning coffee and evening relaxation! Close to Key West but out of the hustle of the city! Our stay is out of the high season so there weren’t as people and we certainly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay

Place was great! Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and we loved the pool area! Check in was a little tedious but understandable. Thank you!!

I would have appreciated knowing about the $113 resort fee in advance of purchase rather than 5 days out. Other than that I was very happy with the property and experience

Great price and location to Key West

Truly enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean, bed was comfy, and had great amenities, such as bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Neighborhood was nice, friendly and checking was super easy. Neighborhood has a community store, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickle all courts. Such a fun area and also only a half hour to keywest. My only regret is I wish we had more time to spend here!

This was my fourth time staying here and has been great each stay!

This property was very nice with a great location right on the water of the Venture Out establishment. We actually had 5 bikes to use and paddleboards along with the kayaks which was awesome. Easy to travel between this property and surrounding keys. Communication with the host needed work. I didn't hear anything from the host when I booked the property in May and only first heard from them in August when I checked back in. When we got to Venture out in October the security guards put us in the wrong property. I messaged the owner but got no response. I had to contact the Venture out realtors for assistance who eventually got us in the right place but I never heard from the owners on this. She did get back to me immediately when I asked for an early check in so that was definitely nice. Despite any communication styles differences I would recommend this property as it was fantastic for any kind of Florida Key type of vacation

Perfect for the 2 of us and our boat. Bait freezer was a big plus as was the storage area under the house for all our water toys/fishing supplies.

This was my second stay here and it is the most best place ever comfortable quiet and so relaxing I will definitely be there again for the third time soon thank you for letting us stay .

It was amazing and relaxing. Right on the canal we almost didn't even wana go down to key west a deal with people. It's a gated resort way more than what was expected. Would definitely rent again.

Was a great location about 30-40 minutes to get to Key West activities!!! Very safe and quiet!!!!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was in a great little community as well. You have access to the water at your own dock (I wish we could have brought our boat!), launch ramp, trailer parking, pool, picnic tables & chairs by ramp/swimming harbor, a little store and more. The house has a great screened in, elevated porch perfect for watching the sunrise, morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and grilling dinner! The owners supplied beach towels and nice beach chairs. We also used the bikes and kayak under the house. We really enjoyed our week here. It is a short drive to Key West or Marathon for restaurants and stores. But after a day in Key West you have this quiet place to come back to. You can’t go wrong renting this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect between Key West and Marathon which made it an easy drive in either direction. Watch the beautiful sunrise from the screened porch! Clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back.
