The stay was great. We had a blast. Cottage was a little small but we enjoyed the outdoors mostly so not a big issue. We will certainly be back!

We loved everything about this cottage. The location is private off the main road yet close to everything. It is a great spot for walking to shops and restaurants. We loved having the gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is just right for this quaint little community of cottages. The home is beautifully decorated, lots of nice touches and plenty of natural light.

This cottage has been perfectly remodeled recently and shows high-end quality all over. The location right on the beach is perfect. This was our second time in this unti - and we will come again!

The place is exactly like the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. The views from the deck were amazing. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the relaxing looking loungers in the photos had been replaced with Adirondack chairs. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

My husband and I rented for a week. Very charming cottage. tastefully decorated. smart and functional layout. right off the beach, private, convenient, beautiful views, and extremely comfortable. wonderful updates, central air is a wonderful bonus, roomy standup shower, Pool right next to cottage overlooking beach. The private patio is a big deal bonus and comfortable.
Very clean and nicely organized. Very user friendly and comfortable beach cottage. Close (walking distance) to amazing restaurants, grocery, laundry mat, etc.. The beaches are top notch, miles of wide white sand to walk on and very roomy. Sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. Extremely peaceful, relaxing and quiet.
we just loved it. Could have easily stayed for a month or more. Will rent again for sure and plan on many returns. Would highly recommend. you won't be disappointed. Only thing I really wished they had was a washer machine but the cottage in every other aspect made up for this.
Keyless entry was extremely convenient. Host and neighbor's are extremely helpful and friendly. Great little beach neighborhood. Not touristy, crowded, or busy.
This cottage would be hard to beat. We are already planning next years trip and plan on staying 3 weeks.

This property is amazing (for 2 people). It is extremely well laid out and designed, and steps from the pool, beach, a reserved parking spot, and from local amenities. Nothing short of amazing.

Great place on the beach!
It was so quaint and perfect - not the condo/high rise experience that you often find here. Very well kept, and the recent remodel turned out awesome. The patio facing the water was a great place to enjoy the breezes and get out of the sun for a bit. Kitchen has all you need to do some cooking on your own. Hoping to come back again!

This cottage is perfectly located - quiet and towards the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. It has been remodeled recently and they did an amazing job. The perfect retreat for two. We will come again!

A little slice of heaven!
The cottage was a perfect location for beach access and exploring Indian Rocks Beach. Very clean, everything great. Sis sets were remarkable and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was amazing. Wish we could give Cameron 10 stars for his attention and responsiveness. Thank you Cameron!!

Cozy Beach Cottage
Blue Heron Cottage #1has an ideal access to the beach and a private deck ; however, it was minimal in amenities. We had no microwave which we had expected, and the coffee maker died on our last morning.
The agent quickly addressed all questions. Our internet stopped working , and he came in person to resolve that problem.
The overall experience was positive and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated cottage. Just steps from the beach and views of the Gulf from the living room and deck. At check in the cottage was spotless and the manager was wonderful.

Great location....clean and cozy cottage. Could use a little more details to kitchen utensils and appliances, this would only apply to travelers like us who do a lot of cooking, even while on vacation.

Relaxing Get- Away
My husband and I rented Cottage #1 for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic and just as described - beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is the closest cottage to the beach in the Blue Heron community which makes beach access extremely convenient. It has the best porch of the cottages with a wide shaded space and comfortable lounge chairs. Everything we needed for the beach was provided - beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. We kayaked, walked on the beach, read for hours, watched Netflix movies, enjoyed the most amazing sunsets, and strolled down the street to the Kooky Coconut for ice cream. It was just what we needed to relax. I highly recommend this cottage to those who want to get away from the more commercial beaches.

Nothing less than amazing
This property was unbelievable and exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage is exactly as pictured but even better, super clean, so close to the beach and within walking/a short drive to some of the beach restaurants in Indian rocks beach. Old Florida feeling
This is the perfect little beach cottage with a pool. Just like our family used to stay at when I was a kid. Just steps to the beach. Mornings on the deck sipping coffee was the perfect start to every day. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. Cameron was very responsive. We will be back.

We had a great stay in this quiet cozy cottage! Its right on the beach, and everyone is like family. Neighbor Ron and his dog Summer were just what we needed to brighten our day! We had everything we needed right there, and spent our days gathering shells. This is a must if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life!

Couples getaway!
My boyfriend and I stayed a week and had so much fun in this area. We had more privacy than we thought we had at first, and we FELL IN LOVE with this cozy little cottage. We've made memories to last us a life time and got our week of relaxation in. The view from the back porch is PERFECT, we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely try to book here again!

Quaint cottage Everything as advertised
Perfect setting. Just the right size for 2. Clean and adorable. Equipped for all your needs. Very close to the beach and it’s private pool. Cameron the flowers and wine were the perfect extra touch. We would book it again in a heartbeat and we’re looking at next years calander already to see if we can stay again. You would be a fool to pass this up!

Small and not private
We go twice a year to the beach and rent on the beach! As this unit was on the beach, in fact about 39 steps to being on the beach, there was not a view from our bungalow unless you enjoy looking at the sea grape trees only! In addition, the views online are taken with a wide angle lens which gave the impression of a larger unit when in fact it was 500 square feet! The shower was identical to what you would have at a campground! Needless to say the bathroom was very small, although you could brush your teeth and be on the toilet at the same time. The pool was nice, small but ok. Great regarding beach access but unfortunately that was also the case for the public! The trail for beach access was alongside the unit which made for no privacy and very loud! The previous reviews mentioned the kitchen utensils being old and needed to be replaced but were not! , were very old and “this and that”! Having guest over for dinner was not and could not happen! Finally, having a dishwasher and or washer/dryer would then possibly support the costs being asked but as of now we , 2 of us , will not return for the costs !

Romantic Beach Cottage
The cottage is very clean and sufficiently equipped In the kitchen, linens, beach chairs and umbrella plus a grill. This is mine & my husband’s 5 stay at this cottage and feel like we really unwind and relax while we are here. Early morning beach walks, sunning for awhile and reading on the private deck in the afternoons. This is always followed by a picturesque sunset each night. We have been coming to IRB on and off for years and love the local restaurants! We feel like it is our home away from home. See you next time. Thanks Cameron!

Really enjoyed the quaint very comfortable cottage. Absolutely the best beach location you could ask for. Was very nice the cottage had beach essentials (chairs// etc). So we didn't have to go buy stuff. Nice to have central A/C vs window units also. We had 1of the most relaxing week we've ever had while visiting. Florida ever. Cameron was excellent at how easy it is to check into cabin..

Great decorated cottage just a few steps from the beautiful white Indian Rocks beach. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The private deck was perfect for relaxing, watching some breathtaking sunsets and enjoy life. Jamie is very easy going. Everything worked just great and she answered questions right a way. Thanks again for everything.
