This place was so cute - well decorated, fully loaded, plenty of sleeping space, great location, walkable/bikeable to everywhere. The hosts were great - very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

This property is wonderful, exceptionally clean and everything works like it should! I was there for several weeks and spent about half the time there alone. It was very quiet and felt totally safe. The weather in January was pretty chilly and wet. Also many businesses are closed during that time. The weather definitely improved in February and after having explored most of 30A, I was ready to get out my flip flops and really enjoy the beauty of the area! Best hosts ever, very comfortable beds and did I mention that master bath!

We loved this condo for its excellent location and well appointed decor. The hot tub and heated pool were fabulous!

My two friends and I stayed for a girls’ weekend. The property was easy to check into, newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. A great location and we never had to drive anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and super cute. The master bed was comfy. Plenty of room for my husband and I and three almost adult children.

We had a wonderful week at Rosemary Beach. The condo was better than we expected: Roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, amazing master suite and convenient. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous with white sand and crystal clear water. George’s is a must if you are looking for excellent food. The owners were very helpful and always available. Would highly recommend this condo.

We had four adults and two kids in the condo and it was perfect. The bedrooms for the adults were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the air conditioning worked very well (much appreciated in July!). We loved the location. It was only a few steps to Rosemary and having the Sundries store downstairs made life easy.

The Unit: My wife, three kids, and mother, stayed in this unit for a week and had a wonderful time. The unit is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Fantastic décor and modernized, it felt extremely homely. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds which had direct access to the hallway bathroom. The master bedroom was huge, private access to the master bathroom. This to us was the best spot, it had a jack and Jill sink, large bath tub, and a walk in shower. Super helpful when you have 3 kids who need to rinse off quickly or enjoy bath time in the evening. The AC unit was great, the washer and dryer had no issues, the kitchen was perfect size (pots and pans were a bit limited, if planning to cook big meals with multiple sides, but made due), living room was probably the smallest room due to all furniture, but that did not impact our opinion of it. The balcony was great for morning coffee and night time relaxing. Though the view on the balcony is of 30A and some houses, there is a slight view of the ocean which was not expected! At night there is music that you can hear directly from below the balcony, playing from the 'Beach & Brew' tap room (great music and don't worry it will not keep you up at night, the walls are pretty sound proof!) 9/10 Last quick notes, the location is perfect and beautiful, we rented bikes right outside our building, listened to live music every night and loved the pool! The tram rides to the beach were a plus! 10/10

This is a great vacation property in the Rosemary Beach area. It is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, has very comfortable beds, a kitchen with anything you might need and a balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed.There were only 3 of us staying but it is quite large and would easily accommodate 6 people. There is no need for a car as you can walk everywhere or rent bikes from the company right outside the building. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at a couple different places in this neighborhood and we loved this one! I was a little worried about noise being above the bar but it was absolutely not an issue! The beds were very comfortable and the kids room being at the opposite end of the balcony and master bedroom was wonderful. We didn’t have to worry about waking up the toddler when staying up and hanging out during naps or bedtime. Great experience here!

The rental was great. Owners communicated well. The property is a top floor condo in a mixed use development directly overlooking 30A. Noise wasn’t really a problem despite the proximity to the main road and being two stories up from a (family friendly) bar. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. Kitchen well-stocked for basic cooking. Being city people, we loved the proximity to restaurants, convenience store, bar, beach supply store, etc, all just right there. My only real criticism would be the bathroom towels are wearing thin and need replacing (and more of them). Pools were nice but not heated despite being advertised as such, and the seating would have been woefully inadequate had the weather been warmer and more people at the pool. Seacrest Beach access was disastrous—shoulder to shoulder with people, literally unable to figure out how to walk between everybody to actually get to the water. Definitely do not recommend. Get in your car (unfortunately) and drive to one of the many great public access points or state parks (Deer Lake and Camp Helen were our favorites) for unspoiled, uncrowded beaches. We never had parking problems but you won’t always be right at your unit. Overall, the unit was excellent—clean, bright, high ceilings. Great overall location. We didn’t love 30A, but if you do, then you’ll love this place!

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We Came down for our kids spring break and to meet with family. Such a great location with endless things and places to walk too, We rented bikes right outside our building and rode all around seacrest and rosemary beach. Lots of shopping, food and special places to shop. highly recommend for families. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the master bathroom is dreamy!

This is our third year staying at the Village and this unit was by far the best! It is absolutely beautiful, is in a great location and was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the 30a area!

This place was as advertised- clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything we needed for a fun family of 6 trip. Jason was quick to address the few minor needs we had. I would advise that if visiting during a high volume time as we did (fall break) get to the beach early for a good spot. The beach tram drivers were especially helpful and friendly.

Overall great experience! Icemaker in the refrigerator was not working would be the only minor negative. Would be nice to have ice for your drinks. Otherwise awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s the perfect location for easy access to the Village shops and Rosemary. The pool was ideal for our infant as well. Would definitely stay there again!

This Mama was able to capture her two young adult children for a week away at the beach and it was awesome! The condo had everything we needed: -clean and spacious -good location -owners gave great suggestions and responded quickly when I had questions -we loved having a little grocery, bar, bike rentals, nightly entertainment and restaurants right downstairs Thanks for allowing us to rent your place! We hope to return again soon.

Loved the location and amenities. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. You can even see the ocean from this unit which is rare for the complex. Very satisfied and plan to return next year!

I highly recommend this property. My husband and I rented this unit for our 23rd anniversary. Even though it was a 3 bedroom and would be plenty large enough for a big family, it was still cozy enough for the two of us. This condo was top notch and in an excellent location. Upon arrival, we parked the car and biked or walked everywhere. The large city pool and beach were super close and everything you could possibly want or need was either in the shopping center underneath the unit or a very short walk away in the quaint town of Rosemary. I also loved the food selections in the area. Plenty of selections for those who enjoy clean eating. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the organic options, even in the grocery store downstairs.

Just very, very pretty area

The property was great! The pool was heated enough for early April. The condo was very comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were actually amazing (which never happens)! The condo was very close to Rosemary Beach downtown and some cute shops which had nightly live music. We also used the bike rental that was right there and I loved the convivence of it. The beach is very close but too crowded for our tastes. There is a big thing here about private beaches which is a bit foreign to me. We ended up driving to all the AMAZING state parks in the area. The great thing about this location was that you can hop on 98 in minutes to avoid all the 30A traffic. We also went in April which appears to be a big time for high schoolers to go unsupervised. I would love to stay here again but might avoid this time of year. Things were just crowded and busy.

This condo is conveniently located above restaurants, coffee, bike rentals, live music and shopping on 30a. Walk to the pool, take a short tram ride to the beach, or bike to sightsee. Nothing is far away. Perfect location for families with children who need midday naps.

The property was fine and clean. However, I left behind a phone charger and within a few hours contacted the property owner about it and its exact location where it had been plugged and unfortunately either the house keeper kept it, or the new visitors as I was unable to get it back.

Property is wonderful. Finding the place is not easy. Instead of listing as the village at south Walton, it needs to be listed as the village. It was very difficult to find.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished nicely. Was a very convenient location to beach and all 30A has to offer. We would stay here again.
