The place was great. The only bad thing was the weather. It was cloudy/rainy the whole time and tropical storm Debby came so that kind of ruined the week.

This condo is always clean, very well maintained and a great, comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect with walking distance to restaurants and centered between the piers for walks. Beach chairs and the wagon are great to have and umbrella rentals are super easy to get. This is our 4th stay and we’ll be back again.

Condo met our expectations. Shower door was frustrating to unlock and open. Beach was beautiful, but too crowded for what were used too, especially on weekends. The town's parking system is not visitor friendly. We enjoyed the week!

Amazing views from the balcony of the ocean and sky! We enjoyed sitting out for our coffee in the morning and wine at night! Steps from the ocean and owner provided the name of a beach rental so we had an umbrella waiting for us every morning :)

The property was just as described, and you have to sit and gaze at the ocean from your top floor balcony to appreciate how special it is. We absolutely loved the location, the condo itself, and the beach. Lauren was accessible and communicative. We would absolutely rent again if we return to the area.

We had a very fun and relaxing stay. The property overlooks the public beach. It is so close that you can watch it from the balcony or even in the living room if you'd rather. The Carolina Beach boardwalk is right there too, with all its restaurants, bars and the fair rides. The ferris wheel at sunset was perfect.
The apartment was nice, clean, and recently renovated. We didn't mind it being a 3rd-floor walkup. Everything was great. Would book again!

Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for our adult daughter on the pullout sofa. Thanks Lauren for keeping your place tip top. This is our 3rd stay and we’ll be back. Fantastic location within walking distance of so many restaurants. Balcony is perfect for coffee with your sunrise and watching Thursday’s fireworks. Thank you Lauren!

Comfortable and clean condo in an excellent location. Easy access to the ocean, convenient parking, family-friendly environment, comfortable, and updated condo with abundant accessories -- such as washer, dryer, sheets, outside shower access for sand removal, chair access closet.
Owner was prompt in resolving a small issue we experienced, which did not disrupt our stay whatsoever..
Would gladly return for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo was wonderful. My favorite spot was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops as well as the Boardwalk. Lauren was quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Just steps from the beach, the boardwalk, and great dining options. I felt very welcome at this property and Lauren was responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I have stayed at a few different condos in Carolina Beach over the last few years and this stay was my favorite. It made for a great birthday week at the beach.

This was a great weekend getaway for my hubby’s birthday. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants. Condo was perfect for us! Bed was a lil uncomfortable, but we made due. We will keep this in mind for future visits.

Amazing view of beach! Can park your car and not move it again until you are ready to head back home. Walk right out to beach as well as walk to anywhere you want for food/drinks. Condo very nice! Only thing a bit odd was having to bring your own comforter/duvet/blanket for the bed as well as having to make the bed when you arrive (sheets are in basket in hall). Other than that, wonderful place, wonderful city, wonderful time!

Very clean property with amazing views. My sister and I were here for a long weekend and never used our car. We walked to nearby restaurants and also rented a beach umbrella and chairs. The umbrella in the owner's closet has seen better days, but there were lots of nice chairs in there. We just prefer the ones offered by the rental company. There were numerous items left in the condo by previous renters, like DW detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, spices, cans of soup, etc. You may want to check the cabinets before you go out and buy supplies. Communication with owner was excellent. We encountered no problems during our stay and would stay here again.

The place was clean, well stocked with all our needs, convenient to everything and a beautiful view. The only drawback, and this relates strictly to me personally, the steps were a little challenging considering I'm disabled. However this was not a major problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

This property sits closer to the shore than any other, making the view from this top floor corner condo spectacular.
It is quite a strenuous climb up the stairs to the third floor. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Kitchen is perfect. The living room carpet and couch desperately need professionally cleaned.
The boardwalk next door is adorable with plenty of shopping and dining you can walk to.

This is a great location, with a pretty beach. Views were exceptional! Unit was exceptionally clean and good size for my wife and I. We ran into one little hiccup with the key at check-in but the owner extremely responsive and solved the problem quickly, We would definitely recommend staying here. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I just don’t think you could do better than this property. It is in a perfect location, right next to the boardwalk, walking distance from restaurants, third-floor beautiful view of the beach. We actually spent more time on the porch than we did on the beach! The place was incredibly clean and ready for our arrival. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Another incredible view from the kitchen and living room. We fell in love with the place over the weekend and we will be back.

Our weekend at Lauren’s condo was wonderful! The unit was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony. We were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go. The boardwalk and feeris wheel were very close, but we did not hear the noise while in the condo. Lauren was personally in touch before and during our stay. We definitely recommend Lauren’s place to others and hope to stay here again soon!

This was the perfect condo & location for my husbankd & I at Carolina Beach. Everything we needed was provided. The 3rd floor view was exceptional. We were within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The place is in the perfect spot. Right off the beach. You could hear the waves at night. We walked all the time and everywhere except the grocery store which took maybe 5 minutes to drive to. We had such an amazing time while we stayed here. Really when I think about it we didn't spend that much time inside because of where it is located. We would make coffee and go right to the beach. Then go get cleaned up and go walking. When we got tired of walking we would go back and go to the beach. Then we would rinse and repeat!!! So much fun. We will always remember how much fun we had. Thanks for sharing your amazing place.

Perfect vacation property. You are in the most convenient part of the beach.Restaurants , boardwalk, and beach at your doorstep.Probably the best view of the beach and ocean as the building is set forward of all the other buildings on the beach.

We had a great experience staying here. The views were breath taking! Perfect location to watch Thursday night fire works . Great spot if you have kiddos bc it's so quick to the beach & public restroom access. My kiddos felt at home here. We loved our visit. The steps are a work out but it was SO worth it! It was so good being so close to the board walk. We enjoyed many walks down to get ice cream, donuts & icees. We really enjoyed our vacation & would recommend this place in a heart beat.
