The property was perfect for our family. Close to everything we wanted to do and the view was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

My best friend and I decided to bike Dogwood Canyon and needed a place close. We also wanted something with a lake view. This was the perfect condo for us. It was clean and well maintained, the beds were great, and plenty of room for each of us! I left my wedding ring and didn’t realize it until I was back in Arkansas. I called PJ and within just a few minutes my mind was at ease because they found my ring and promised to mail it back asap. Appreciate the customer service!

This condo is AMAZING!!!! The views of Tablerock Lake out of each window were magnificent. This owner spared no expense! Everything that you need is there! We did bring our own Keurig, but they had a nice "regular" coffee pot there. The appliances were top-of-the-line. New mattresses (very firm....but ours at home are also firm, so we loved it). Decorated so cute! It's far enough out of town to enjoy the peaceful quiet, but easy to get to Branson Landing. We did land on a weekend when there was a big bass tournament leaving the docks right next to us....so it was loud in the early morning....but my husband is an avid fisherman and loved watching the boats head out and come back on the tournament. (and note....we did have our window open) The weirdest part of the condo is actually getting there. You have to turn into a shopping center and then drive around the back (or at least it seemed that way). But once we got used to it...it was no biggie. The property manager was great-super friendly and helpful! The owner replied quickly when we filled out the form for our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Nice condo, beautiful view of the lake. Had a few issues but quickly addressed by property mgr. The A/C in the double queen room (window unit) didn't work very well. Overall a good stay though - quiet, nice appliances and grill, convenient location to lots of activities.

Modern updated, great decor, very clean, great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful lake view off deck. Convenient to get to food and to Branson.. Would recommend to anyone. Only thing really missing was a can opener.

This property is very clean close to everything we wanted to do . In the mornings we had a heard of about 20 deer 🦌 right at the lake

This is our 5th year staying at the Kimberling City condos with family. There was plenty of room for 5 adults with a nice kitchen area. great view of the water. Short walk to the docks or pool. Grocery store across the street from the complex. Make sure to bring any condiments, shampoo, soap items with you. Great place for a weekend at the lake.

We needed somewhere to stay while we vacationed in the area and this place was great. Super easy to get into with parking right in front. Very clean. Nothing fancy, but was great place to relax.

We have come to Kimberling City since the 1980's to have a family vacation. We do a lot of boating and lounging at the lake and go into Branson a couple of times during our stay. We have stayed in a variety of units and this one was a great, no frills, easy place to relax in. Great living room/kitchen area with lots of hang out space, very comfortable bedrooms, nice terrace with a spectacular view of the lake. There is a nice pool close by and it is about a 3 minute walk around the back of the units to get to the lake. There are 2 docks and one has a nice area with a ladder where you can hang out, jump in and float for a while. Silver Dollar City is about 10 min away and the Branson strip is 30 min. Some of our favorites are any go-carts or bumper boats, the Indian Point Water Slide (like you just went back into the 1970's but so much fun!), and one of the many golf courses. We will see you next year!

Great location if you're looking to spend time on the lake with boat slipped at What's Up Dock (5 minutes away). Ground floor access was very convenient and the room was clean.

Cold water issue they worked really hard to fix which was appreciated. Internet never worked but not their fault.

The condo was clean, well-stocked with sheets, linens, utensils, etc. Very nice to have washer and dryer. Wonderful view. The rental process was good. Dining and groceries practically within walking distance. Our only negative to the trip was we thought there would be more convenient access to the lake from the condo. It was a bit of a trek to walk around the condo establishment then back near our unit. This was inconvenient for us due to the ages of our grandchildren.

The condo had an amazing view and was clean upon arrival. We had a mix up getting checked in as we had the wrong door code, but they answered our call immediately despite it being 11:30pm and helped resolve the situation right away. Everything we needed was supplied, including toilet paper and paper towells. There is also a washer and dryer which was nice to have to throw in our wet towels after a long day on the lake. There is a boat dock right across the road about 5 minutes away and we had a great experience there as well. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks for letting us use your home!
