Lovely time, lovely beach, lovely accommodation.

This is a beautiful property in a lovely, gated community. Huge pool, lazy river and ON the beach. The condo has a big deck, clean, roomy and has everything you need for a perfect getaway! I would stay there many more times if available!

Great location in gated community. Fabulous view of the ocean, close proximity to the beach and incredible pool with a lazy River. We were very comfortable with the size. Would one back to this condo!!!

This was the very first time I ever used VRBO and it was great!! Our condo was perfect. I will be booking again for future visits to Litchfield beach.

This condo was better then expected. Excellent location, big and spacious and very comfortable. Truly did not want to leave. The host was great to deal with and communicating with her was easy and prompt. Will decoy stay there again. Hopefully soon!

We had a girls weekend and this was a great place to stay. The pictures are accurate and the view amazing. It was located close to everything. There was painting and remodeling but we never heard any noise and it didn’t intrude on our visit. The building was clean and quiet. Definitely would go back.

Unfortunately construction was going on every week day from approximately 8-5. The noise was horrific, making it impossible to sleep in, have breakfast on the deck or take an afternoon nap.

Everything was great. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was as the pictures portrayed. We would stay there again.

The view from the balcony is great. The view of the ocean is perfect. The property was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Best asset of this condo is the location and view- Condo is dated but clean. We had a few issues- none of the TV’s would work after we arrived & we have the same set up at home,Owner responded immediately & tried to walk us through instructions, still no go. Offered to have Spectrum come the next day. The next morning we tried again & it immediately worked!? Other issue was door code-got in OK, but code left in condo to lock when leaving would not engage lock. My husband tried numerous times & finally used code they had sent us to get in & that worked. So we used the same code to lock & unlock door while there. Few aggravating things- one lamp in living room didn’t work, light over kitchen table out, toilet roll holder in master bath still has no spring, & light cover over vanity had broken edge. Note in condo said not to use tubs, only showers, or they would have to call a plumber, this might be an issue if you had small kids. We were only there 3 nights, so just dealt with it.

Pleasant, peaceful and restful get away. House supplies a pleasing find (loved the coffee and paper towels). Difficulty with door locking system (new to us) readily explained by owner over the phone. Overall a wonderful visit to Litchfield by the Sea.

The condo served us well. The sink in the master faucet had barely had any water flow. Probably needs the screener replaced. Overall well pleased.

This was our third stay at this sweet rental - we hope and plan to return. Great location, clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival, condo looked well appointed and taken care of, however, as our stay commenced, we noticed many problems i.e. dirty tub in master bath, broken faucet in master bath/only a trickle of water, broken toilet paper holder in master bath. Shower fan in the second bath inoperable due to loud scaping noise. Stove top burners looked as if they had never been cleaned underneath. Walls of the microwave appeared to have a greasy film. No dish clothes or dishwasher soap in kitchen. Given the location of this unit, we would have expected better.

We had a great view of the ocean. This was part of a larger, gated community, which felt very secure. A local bike trail connected to the property. Litchfield is a great location, much quieter than Myrtle Beach. Beach was great for walks and looking at starfish.

The location is great. The view is amazing. The unit was quite straightforward, and as described. The owners were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Had a great time here.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway at this lovely place which is just as advertised! Add in great owner communication, tasty restaurants with lovely outdoor seating in the area, and close beach access, and you too can be very happy in our COVID world. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view! Of course, the lazy River and outdoor pool were closed, as expected, but they were working on it for the new season. Sure it is fun then. We loved walking on the beach and even got to see a family of porpoises swimming with their very young and tiny baby. If you are looking for some rest and relaxing, we recommend.

Highly recommended.

This is our 3rd stay at this property and we love it every time! The view is beautiful, the condo is clean and has everything we need. The owners respond quickly and are very accommodating. Our kids also love the bridgewater pool after a long day on the beach. Can’t wait til our next stay!

We really liked this place. Good beds, great location.

We stayed in late July and couldn't wait to return for fall break in October. This unit is perfectly located and super clean. The unit overlooks the lazy river and pool area and the beach is just beyond the pool so you can hear the waves from the balcony. The owners of this unit are super nice to deal with and communicate well and it has been a pleasure to work with them. The only negative we would have it the lazy river was a little cold as the condo association no longer appears to be heating it but it was still bearable and I am super cold sensitive. We can't wait to return! :)
