This house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family and the kid’s friends that we brought skiing. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to be able to use the garage. The driveway was a little steep but we never had a problem getting up and down it. Loved the views from the house.

This place is great and exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of rooms to sleep everyone, and plenty of space so we could all spread out when needed. The views are amazing and we just couldn't get over them! Only thing I would say is the kitchen chairs are all pretty wobbly and loose and seem close to breaking. Probably all need to be replaced sooner than later!

We loved the property. The beds were pretty comfortable, lots of room for gathering, and very close to the slopes. Our two biggest concerns which i believe were situational based on other reviews, was a lack of communication and responding from the owner. They did not respond to us for 3 days then again after they finally did respond for another 2 days after we had a few questions. They stated they had been moving that week, which is great and does make sense for a delayed responding but they did know we would be there so i would have thought they could have at least responded in the same day. One of the questions was answered by their note book so that was on me, however the other should have been addressed much quicker due to a safety concern. Overall our family did have a good trip and it was a great experiance.

This was our family trip., and we all loved the area, the view at night and waking up seeing the snow all over was the best view. Enough space, grocery store 5 minutes away and the host of the home answer within minutes of reaching out to them. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house is beautiful and ideally located between town and the mountain. Spacious bedrooms, gorgeous vistas and a large well equipped kitchen, made for a great stay for our extended family.

My family and I had an amazing time, it was a gorgeous home plenty of space had lots of laughter and making memories sad it's time to go home but thank you so much it was amazing time I hope we'll be back soon.

This spot is the perfect home-base for all of your outdoor activities nearby. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable, the kitchen was fully operational, and the deck provides an amazing spot for meals, playing games, or just looking out at the absolutely incredible view this place has to offer. The deck, honestly, is the star of the show. The home is placed high enough on the hill that there are no obstructions to the gorgeous mountain view directly in your eye-line. The check-in/check-out was super easy, there is a washer/dryer on site, a fireplace, and spacious garage. Overall, a really excellent spot to spend a weekend!

This home was perfect for our stay. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and for the kids to play.

We had a great stay, thank you for the use of your home! Our party of 10 (3 adults and 7 kids) had plenty of space to run around and sleep. The house was as described, clean, comfortable furniture/beds and had everything we needed to make meals for our crew. The house is in a quiet area with a lot of deer watching and a great sunset off the deck. We did hit the tubing hill and rec center in Fraser, which was an easy drive. Thank you again!

Great place

Plenty of room for several families to spread out. Having the crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gate was very nice!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our friends in Granby and this house was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults and 7 kids. The adults stayed in the two upstairs bedrooms and the kids all slept downstairs in the two rooms down there. The mattresses were firm memory foam. There were extra pillows and blankets available. The kids in one room got really hot on the top bunk so we closed that vent. There are closets in every room with a few hangers and some shelves. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice coffee pot, toaster, crockpots, pots & pans, dishes, and working appliances. The kitchen table seats 6 and the kitchen island has 3 chairs. We brought up a couple stools from the smaller table in the basement so we could all sit together for meals upstairs. The washer and dryer worked great too! The gas fireplace was a little hit and miss with how long it would stay going but it would eventually warm the upstairs. Although we showed up to a 60° house, the heater worked great to get it up to a more comfortable temperature while we got settled in. The Siggs were very responsive to our needs. We showed up to an impassable driveway and overflowing trash in the garage from the family the week before (Christmas). We called the Siggs and they arranged for the snow plow to come clear the driveway. They also came and dealt with all the trash on trash day so we didn’t have to do that ourselves. We stayed the week after Christmas and Granby got dumped on with snow. It was great for skiing but made some other things more difficult, like the steep driveway and neighborhood roads. We have a front wheel drive 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had a lot of trouble getting it up the hill in the neighborhood to just get to the house. After a couple more days of snow, we ran into town and got chains for our tires to make it possible to drive up the hills in the neighborhood and up the mountain to the ski resort. Our friends had 4 wheel drive and did much better. They were able to park backwards in the garage and make it up the snowy driveway with a running start. We had to leave our van parked on the street. Sounds like we had an unprecedented amount of snow in the week we were there though. Last but not least, the Siggs worked with us to extend our stay by one night due to a winter storm creating unsafe travel conditions. They gave us a discounted rate for that unexpected night and that was very appreciated.

Excellent location and beautiful home.

This was the first time I was able to get together with my brothers and sisters and their spouses in many years. The time of year was great and the accommodations were exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware. It would have been nice to have a few more large serving dishes and utensils. It looked like others had left spices and some canned goods behind, which was convenient. A couple of easy fixes would be to increase the bandwidth for the internet. I this day and age, everyone has computers and smartphones they want to use. The TVs were good and we only watched as a family one night (too much else to do). When we watched a movie, we found it frustrating again because of limited bandwidth and ended up turning it off. Physical requirements that would be good include; more chairs around the table. We should have easily been able to seat 8 at the table, but only had 5 chairs. The driveway was a little tricky to navigate if you didn't know how to back up going uphill. I would also recommend stabilizing the railing around the deck. We didn't have small children, but I would have been nervous if we did. Overall it was a great location and accommodated our needs. I much prefer the Grandby side of the Mountains to the more commercial side of Estes Park. Views were spectacular!!!

Our group ranged in ages from infants to seniors and we were able to accommodate everyone. The crib, highchair, and pack n play were a huge help with the infant. House was clean and spacious. Great location to RMNP and other activities. Would definitely rent again. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Thanks for a great week!

We had a great time at the house! We had a range of adults all the way down to a newborn and the house was very accompanying. Will absolutely be back!

I rented this home to enjoy a mountain getaway with two of my sisters and our families. There were as many as 9 of us, and there was plenty of room for us to both spread out throughout the house and gather in the kitchen to cook together. We used the kitchen a lot, as we were eating in to keep the budget down, and it was well stocked with everything we needed.We brought a puzzle and set it up downstairs on the high table and we could wander down for some quiet time as we liked. Our most fun evening included using the house’s Trivial Pursuit game, and we found ourselves howling with laughter. The beautiful sunsets and expansive views of this home are stunning and an absolute highlight. We enjoyed the deck immensely, and a few of us brought mats and did our yoga stretches. We enjoyed the cool mornings out there with a cup of coffee, and used the grill for cooking a few dinners. I would say that the deck railing is a bit on the delicate side, not to be leaned on, and could use some reinforcing. Though we spent a lot of time at the house, we did enjoy a few outings. Boating on Grand Lake was a exhilarating and we had a fantastic trek around Monarch Lake. Upon arrival, we were a bit short on a few basic supplies like TP and hand soap, but I was heading out to the market anyway, so really not a problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. We had sunshine, rain and a few windstorms- very exciting! Everyone had comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the home is a true asset.

Great location, very close to Granby Resort. Lots of room in the house, we had 7 people. The kitchen was well equipped, just needs a new toaster. It does have a very steep downward driveway so a bit challenging to go down and up. The house was very clean and the view on the deck was great.

Stayed over the July 4th weekend with family. Our group ranged in ages from 4 to 70, and everyone loved the home. We really appreciated the toys for kids and other nice touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Our two families were visiting RMNP and really enjoyed our stay at this home in Granby. Granby is a very quaint and quiet town, much less crowded then Estes Park. The house was perfect: clean, spacious, and well stocked. And the view was perfect. It is quite a drive to the east side of RMNP, but it’s a beautiful drive. It’s just a short drive to the west side of the park, where again, it’s less crowded and overrun with tourists. Also, we saw more wildlife on the west side. This location was exactly what we were looking for! Hated to leave.
